04/06/2026: This was the first time in my life I've ever eaten such a bad beef bò bún. The dish literally turned my stomach. The bò bún was garnished with fried onions and peppers, which was already quite surprising, but the worst part was the meat: practically all fat, and on top of that, it was undercooked. The quality was truly disappointing, and the whole dish was difficult to eat. I won't be going back, and I sincerely hope I don't get sick in the coming days.

23/03/2026: Ordered today, pizza was quite tasty. Kids' menu, as expected. The tenders were a little overcooked for my taste, but that's just a matter of preference, not quality. There was a minor issue with the number of tenders, and when we called the pizzeria, the person we spoke to was very professional and resolved our problem. I highly recommend it! 👌🏼

15/03/2026: A very classic restaurant for its type. The menu is clear with codes to easily identify the dishes and menu items. The food is good, with fresh ingredients. The prices are attractive. I enjoyed my meal but forgot to take a picture of the other dishes. So I'm posting the only picture I remembered to take (the meal served with the classic soup, marinated cabbage salad, and a bowl of rice; I ordered a plate of 10 sashimi), a soft drink, and a coffee, all for about €25.

06/02/2026: We searched for ages to find pasta for my daughter. We finally found it here, and it's incredibly delicious, just like the heart-shaped pizza. The prices are very good! The service is very friendly. Highly recommended!

27/01/2026: One hour. That's how long we had to wait for a dish that, clearly, spent half that time dying a second time in the kitchen. Receiving a salmon steak as hard and dry as a hiking boot sole is already an insult. But the worst part is the contempt. We were a table of more than 15 people, I pointed out that the dish was inedible, and despite this: no compensation whatsoever. Total indifference to what was, admittedly, a hefty bill. The concept of 'Gourmand' apparently stops at the menu, because what's on the plate is the Gobi Desert. If you're looking for a place to test your patience, go for it. Otherwise, keep walking.

01/04/2026: Even though I haven't lived in Rosny for a long time, I go there whenever I can. Always welcoming and always beautifully decorated. The food is always very good and more varied than before. My daughter introduced me to takoyaki tonight 👌🏻 (try it, it's really good, even though I wasn't initially keen on octopus, I was won over).

21/05/2026: The Breton crêpes were a disaster, either too dry or soaked in greasy butter 😱 We arrived at 12:15 pm and were served at 1 pm. I almost forgot the extra charge for a little salad with our crêpe. After waiting an hour, with the restaurant practically empty, we left to buy a sandwich. And the service was awful; the waitress was rude and made snide remarks. Ten customers lost, we won't be back. Best of luck!

27/05/2026: I just witnessed a horrible scene. A young boy, clearly very sensitive with some autistic traits, was refused a glass of water. A glass of water! It's the law! No business has the right to refuse a glass of water!! He was in such a state of tears, He didn't know what to do, Completely lost. And instead of trying to help him, one of the employees said to me, "What does he want? For us to buy him a McDonald's too?!?" What kind of humanity is that?!? We're talking about a glass of water that could calm him down! So I asked to speak to the manager who was hiding right next to him. I explained the situation to him, he stammered. He couldn't find anything to say. I told him he needed to train his staff. And he still couldn't form a complete sentence! To those of you who were there today, if it had been one of your children, your nephew, etc., would you have liked it if someone had spoken so disparagingly about that little boy? I'm contacting McDonald's France and your manager! Unacceptable!

26/05/2026: Hello, I would like to report an incident I experienced today at the McDonald's in Bagnolet. Several customers, myself included, repeatedly asked an employee who was taking orders to adhere more strictly to hygiene protocols before handling food. After ringing up customers, she would then go off to prepare or handle orders. I repeatedly asked her to put on her gloves and hairnet. Unfortunately, the manager present displayed what I perceived as a haughty attitude and did not seem to take the customers' comments into account. Several people chose to stop their orders and leave. I informed the manager that I intended to file a complaint with the health department. Given the current context of numerous viruses and germs circulating, it seems crucial that hygiene protocols be strictly followed to ensure customer safety and trust. I would like the management of this establishment to take this situation into consideration and ensure compliance with proper hygiene practices.
