15/02/2026: First time here for Valentine's Day, the menu was delicious, especially the starter and main course. The dessert was a little too creamy for our taste... The waitresses were friendly and attentive, however, we ate in the adjoining room which was very unwelcoming and, more importantly, we were very cold. It's a shame, as it somewhat spoiled this otherwise excellent meal. Next time we'll try the main dining room which looks much more inviting!

17/03/2026: La Coupole is a traditional brasserie offering a variety of dishes, but: - The restaurant doesn't have much seating and fills up quickly. - The kitchen is small and impractical; it's very crowded. - The quality of the food varies from day to day (it must depend on the staff's mood!). In addition, La Coupole's parking lot is full by 8:00 AM, so you have to walk to the restaurant! La Coupole deserves its first Michelin star! 🏭🚽🪑🍽️🔪👣🥩🚽🚙🚧👟🚽🏭

10/03/2026: One of the best restaurants in Amiens, it feels like you're in an old-fashioned Parisian bistro. The dishes are truly delicious and the price very reasonable. The service and welcome are superb; we go there regularly ;)

13/03/2026: 3 hours wait for a pizza... I don't recommend it.

11/03/2026: I do not recommend them. It took 30 minutes to get through to someone. Orders were taken in at least 20 minutes, even after specifying a wait of 1 to 1 hour 15 minutes. I had to repeat myself several times. The final amount given didn't match what I had calculated, so I insisted on the correct amount. I told them there was probably an extra charge, and the person admitted it was their fault. An hour and 15 minutes later, no delivery. I called them back, and they told me the paninis were fresh out of the oven and would be brought to me as soon as they were ready. 30 to 45 minutes later, still nothing. Do you find this acceptable? When the driver had to leave for a delivery and asked a colleague to take over, they politely suggested he shouldn't. I find this unacceptable. Either they lack training or they are understaffed.

10/03/2026: The previous comment where the lady criticizes and gives a bad rating because she stumbled upon a tiny feather... I think she should shove it where it really belongs! As for Elisa... Go for it! The hot wraps were delicious at lunchtime. Last week, my colleagues and I tried so many different things, and they were all so good!!! We've become fans!!!! Plus, they're so friendly!!! Don't hesitate!!!! It's a real treat!

08/03/2026: A customer of Mosaïque Pizza on Rue Allart in Amiens almost since it opened (2004/2005), I had never had a problem until tonight. I ordered a Venezia and a Savoyarde pizza by phone for €16.90. When I arrived, a young employee handed me the order and confirmed that everything was fine. Once home, I realized there was a mistake: instead of the Venezia, I received a goat cheese and honey pizza. I immediately called the pizzeria back to report the error. The employee apologized and told me a delivery driver would bring me the correct pizza along with a free drink as a gesture of goodwill. Forty minutes later, the delivery driver arrived and asked me to return the goat cheese and honey pizza. However, this had never been mentioned to me on the phone, and I had already eaten it, thinking it was simply the pizzeria's mistake. The result: the delivery driver told me they were "losing money" and ultimately refused to give me the pizza I'd ordered, leaving me only the drink. When I called the pizzeria back, the employee initially admitted he'd forgotten to tell me to return the pizza, then changed his story, claiming he had. I'm very disappointed with this management and especially the lack of transparency. A simple mistake can happen, but the way it was handled clearly ruined the evening, especially after more than 20 years of regular patronage.
