27/02/2026: Excellent restaurant! We had dinner with colleagues in a small private room. The welcome was warm, the staff attentive and very pleasant, the space was both spacious and cozy, and the food was superb: fresh, local produce. The cassoulet is an absolute must (be warned, it's very generous!). The dishes were beautifully presented. All our compliments to the chef! And to his energetic and caring wife. I highly recommend this place and I plan to introduce it to my husband and friends!

01/04/2026: Mixed feelings…we ordered two tasting menus at €60 per person, with additional charges for the main course and cheese, cocktails, and glasses of wine. Overall, we enjoyed the food, though the cocktails were a bit weaker. We left with the feeling that, for the same price, we had been more impressed at other restaurants of the same or higher caliber. A shame.

18/11/2025: Excellent restaurant, with refined dishes, a varied and seasonal menu, local ingredients, and original recipes. The only slight drawback is that the subtlety of the dishes can sometimes be inconsistent from one course to another (for example, between vegetarian and meat dishes). It's possible to dine overlooking the Tarn River, either inside or on the terrace, depending on the weather.

22/03/2026: A fantastic restaurant with fabulous food. The chef and owner are lovely. I deducted one star for the atmosphere because the place is a bit noisy, but otherwise, no complaints.

The à la carte menu offers a wide selection of starters, main courses, and desserts displayed on a large chalkboard, all at reasonable prices. The cuisine is excellent, featuring quality ingredients and recipes where spices and aromatic herbs are used judiciously. The service is quick and efficient, all delivered with a friendly and cheerful atmosphere. Reservations are recommended. A truly enjoyable experience awaits at this restaurant, located just steps from the Honoré Cave clinic.

My partner and I received a warm welcome from Emma and Vanessa, as well as from the equally friendly and attentive chefs. 19/03/2026: A friend introduced me to La Cave Ô Délices to celebrate our one-year friendship. From the amuse-bouche to the dessert, it was a delight. Go without hesitation, I recommend it 100%! I'll even go back for lunch. The gentleman who served was very attentive and friendly. See you soon!

09/03/2026: We were absolutely thrilled; I've never eaten so well in my entire life, sublime! And we Flemish people are known for being foodies!! And the friendly service... I can't find the right words to describe it. It's a shame we live so far away, but we'll definitely be back and we'll recommend it to all our friends! Huge congratulations to this restaurant!

22/03/2026: Following our first visit, where we were very satisfied with both the quality and the atmosphere, this second experience convinced us not to return. Indeed, the prices have increased significantly considering the quality of the food. The burgers were literally swimming in sauce, which made the bun soggy and was quite unpleasant. Placed right next to the entrance, the door bumped against our table every time it was opened. As a result, we rushed through our meal and didn't order dessert or coffee... A real shame.

22/03/2026: The food was good, but the wait time was completely unacceptable. Over 1 hour and 10 minutes for a simple salad and a piece of grilled meat… 😕 When you're busy, it's sometimes better to turn people away than to make customers wait so long. It's a shame, because the quality was there, but the overall experience really suffered.
