Excellent tapas for a very reasonable price. A perfect evening. I recommend the place with my eyes closed. And I would definitely come back.

23/03/2024: I am changing my opinion which was as follows: Pizza half raw and the other side overcooked. Thick dough on one side and raw and burst. In short, I don't recommend it. We certainly won a 10th reduction thanks to a lottery but we took 1 more pizza and drinks. But don't worry, your customers will understand for themselves when they see the photos. And having a reduction therefore entitles you to barely garnished and raw pizza. No worries, we will be very happy to discover other pizzerias in Castres. Good luck 🙂

08/01/2024: Passing through Castres yesterday, we attended the last service of these Ladies yesterday. I will keep very good memories of this typical restaurant, yes, with retro music, we love it! Classic cuisine with very good fresh produce. And top waitresses. I have been in the restaurant and catering business for 37 years, and if my waitresses (extra) who are 25 years old could be as professional as these people that would be perfect! So these people who leave a bad review know nothing about our business. Ladies, I congratulate you for having honored your profession and your establishment for 30 years despite the hard knocks.
