Les meilleurs restaurants en Castres

13/09/2026: We sometimes order from there, and I have nothing but praise for their pizzas—they're absolutely delicious! My favorite is the pizza with burger sauce, it's a real treat! The owner is very friendly and makes customers want to come back.

02/08/2026: The owner is super friendly, always smiling, and hardworking. He has the real charm of an Italian. The pizzas are very good. The service is a little slow, but that's due to the quality.

27/09/2026: The pizzas are perfect, quick, for me they're the best pizzas in Castres!! The owner is super friendly. Thank you to him.

17/09/2026: It's hard to say what's more enjoyable: the incredibly friendly welcome or the undeniable quality of the pizzas, but we love coming back...for all of that ☺️. And it's here to stay 😏!

16/09/2026: We had a wonderful family meal at this restaurant. We enjoyed lunch on the charming, shaded patio, a truly delightful, peaceful, and very pleasant spot. The manager is incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely attentive to her customers. As for the chef, he's a true culinary virtuoso! The dishes are delicious, refined, and prepared with great passion. A fantastic discovery, with high-quality cuisine and a warm welcome. We will definitely be back! We highly recommend this restaurant.

16/09/2026: A very friendly, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere. A warm and intimate setting. Refined cuisine with generous portions and excellent desserts!

07/06/2026: It's a shame the service and ice cream don't live up to the location! The ice cream isn't good and is topped with cheap, canned whipped cream, all served with appalling service... Disappointed! It used to be much better...

12/05/2026: The chicken supreme on the menu was a very dry half-thigh, clearly cooked the day before and reheated in the microwave. The fries were soggy. I asked for extra sauce, but it was bland and sickeningly sweet, like a supermarket salad dressing—nothing homemade. The daily special was an overcooked pork chop. We left hungry and didn't even bother ordering dessert. There were very few customers, which explains it.

15/08/2026: A very warm welcome. The food was excellent and the price was very reasonable for the quality. I was pleasantly surprised to find this restaurant. I would gladly return. I recommend the Tiramisu.

07/08/2026: Homemade food, great cuisine, and great service. And the owner is very friendly! I highly recommend Côté Jardin

03/10/2026: I dined alone, and on the menu for me this evening: a raspberry Kir Royal to start, followed by a glass of Labarthe with my prepared steak tartare, accompanied by fries and a side salad. For dessert, I opted for the "café gourmand," which consisted of coffee (of course!) with banana crème brûlée, praline mousse, fig sabayon, and a scoop of strawberry ice cream: the perfect ending to the meal. The food was excellent, and the service was fantastic; the staff were kind and attentive. I would return without hesitation. After six months away from home, this was my first restaurant visit and my first evening out, and I think it will be every time. Aside from the food and the staff, parking is easy, access is convenient, the decor is lovely, and the music played throughout. There is an upstairs area, but I noticed that when we explained that we couldn't access it, the managers seated us downstairs. I didn't eat outside, but the terrace is very pleasant; I stepped out for a couple of minutes between my main course and dessert. Clearly the best restaurant in Castres in my opinion ✨ and to encourage them (good to know and important when needed), they accept card tips 😊

08/09/2026: Great meal, fast service, friendly atmosphere, good selection – we ordered the set menus. I recommend this restaurant.

05/09/2026: Excellent restaurant: gourmet, innovative cuisine. The staff takes great care of the customer. The setting is pleasant with old-school charm. I highly recommend this restaurant; it offers excellent value for money.

21/08/2026: Beautiful setting in a former school. Refined, high-quality dishes with lovely presentation. It's a shame there's no daily special. Good, attentive service.

03/09/2026: Très bonne pizza 🍕accueil très sympathique et beaucoup de choix sur la carte pas de livraison pour nous mais délais de préparation respecter. Nous sommes ravi qu'il est changée de quartier

29/08/2026: Excellent experience from start to finish. The pizzas are truly delicious, generously topped and perfectly cooked – no complaints whatsoever about the food. But what really makes the difference is the atmosphere: the staff is funny, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant; you immediately feel at ease. It's the kind of place you return to as much for the pizza as for the friendly service. Highly recommended!

20/09/2026: A place I love, very good, always top-notch, we come regularly and are always happy to return.

20/09/2026: I've been going to this restaurant for every birthday since I was little, and there's almost never been a problem! The servers are great and the food is very good, except for one time when the watermelon was overcooked, but otherwise very good, I recommend it!

05/09/2026: Always top-notch, year after year! Don't change a thing! The best restaurant in Castres. The value for money is unbeatable. The menu is regularly updated. I highly recommend it!

25/08/2026: We come once a year when we're on holiday in the Tarn region. As always, everything is perfect: a refined and ever-changing menu, friendly service, and excellent value for money. Thank you!

27/08/2026: The gorgonzola gnocchi were excellent, and the waitresses were very pleasant.

25/08/2026: A very nice and welcoming place

11/07/2026: Very attentive service, delicious food and a friendly atmosphere.

07/07/2026: Excellent! A sure thing + very friendly staff. I recommend it 😁

05/05/2026: The service was excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The sushi was fresh and of very high quality; I highly recommend it. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

03/05/2026: Excellent restaurant, we were very well received, it was very, very good, especially the sushi – the best I've ever tasted!

11/05/2026: Very warm welcome, comfortable room.

10/05/2026: A lovely little hotel with very friendly staff. Kudos to them, you feel right at home here. Excellent breakfast buffet.

27/09/2026: I love good meat, but what a disappointment… Given the price and the restaurant's reputation, I was really expecting an exceptional ribeye steak. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case at all. The welcome wasn't particularly warm, and the service also left much to be desired (the young waiter wasn't very good at all). As for the meat, I found it very bland and, in my opinion, far from the quality one would expect at this price point. To top it all off, our table was wobbly… In short, a disappointing experience. I don't recommend this place, especially considering the prices.

23/09/2026: Very warm atmosphere, super welcome, frankly top-notch, both the waiters and the cooks are very pleasant, one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at, I highly recommend it!!
