22/05/2026: A pleasant restaurant, beautifully prepared and tastefully presented dishes, friendly and efficient service, a lovely wine list, several set menus available, and good value for money. Certainly one of the best restaurants in Castres and southern Tarn.

21/05/2026: Another exceptional experience at Bistrot des Saveurs! Incredible welcome and service. We opted for the set menu of the day. Dishes that delighted the eyes and the taste buds! Many thanks to the brilliant Simon, his fabulous wife, and their wonderful team!

07/06/2026: It's a shame the service and ice cream don't live up to the location! The ice cream isn't good and is topped with cheap, canned whipped cream, all served with appalling service... Disappointed! It used to be much better...

12/05/2026: The chicken supreme on the menu was a very dry half-thigh, clearly cooked the day before and reheated in the microwave. The fries were soggy. I asked for extra sauce, but it was bland and sickeningly sweet, like a supermarket salad dressing—nothing homemade. The daily special was an overcooked pork chop. We left hungry and didn't even bother ordering dessert. There were very few customers, which explains it.

29/03/2026: A truly wonderful place! The decor is unique and very pretty. The food was a pure delight!!! We started with an excellent amuse-bouche of broad bean and mint cream. The creamy lentil soup with truffles was simply perfect, as was the egg on the plate. The monkfish, fish and chips style, with its miso mayonnaise, was a real treat! The beef was so tender it melted in your mouth like butter. For dessert, we thoroughly enjoyed the soft cookie with peanut sauce and the financier served with mint tea ice cream and lemon cream. In short, a fantastic experience thanks to the kindness of the lady who served us and the culinary skills of the gentleman! Thank you.

29/04/2026: A place well worth the detour. A warm and welcoming atmosphere. We had the blind man's bluff menu and thoroughly enjoyed it. The dishes are sophisticated, nothing is left to chance. The setting is unique, as it's in a former school. We'll definitely be back.

02/05/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed this charming tea room. A cozy atmosphere and a friendly waitress. They were very welcoming to children, with books and crayons available. It must be lovely in winter. Special mention for the delicious pecan cookies! It's a shame we live so far away!
