29/03/2026: A truly wonderful place! The decor is unique and very pretty. The food was a pure delight!!! We started with an excellent amuse-bouche of broad bean and mint cream. The creamy lentil soup with truffles was simply perfect, as was the egg on the plate. The monkfish, fish and chips style, with its miso mayonnaise, was a real treat! The beef was so tender it melted in your mouth like butter. For dessert, we thoroughly enjoyed the soft cookie with peanut sauce and the financier served with mint tea ice cream and lemon cream. In short, a fantastic experience thanks to the kindness of the lady who served us and the culinary skills of the gentleman! Thank you.

This Italian restaurant boasts a lovely decor (don't forget to look up at the ceiling for a beautiful fresco!), attentive servers who are knowledgeable about the menu and wines. The dishes are varied, the recipes expertly prepared, and the portions generous. A tip: try their homemade tiramisu—it's absolutely divine! In short, a very pleasant evening for satisfied stomachs and palates 🙌

15/04/2026: The experience didn't live up to my memory of this establishment. I had to skip the amuse-bouche because, being allergic to seafood, I wasn't offered anything else (it's a shame they didn't ask about allergies at the beginning of the meal; yes, it's common practice 😊). The starter was fine; the asparagus prepared in various ways was of good quality. The lamb dish was very well cooked (8-hour lamb), but the meat had a very strong flavor that prevented us from tasting the sweetness of the honey and the aroma of the thyme. As for the dessert: choux pastries with a craquelin topping and caramelized hazelnuts were very good, although a little too sweet for my taste. To finish, we were served petit fours on the bar counter when we paid. In short, a missed opportunity! That's my opinion, and I'm sharing it with you. I do not question either the quality of the products used or the apparent friendliness of the service.

23/02/2026: A relaxing and pleasant setting after a long day at work. The staff is incredibly attentive, both at reception and during breakfast service. The room service is excellent. The only slight drawback is having to wait until 8 pm to be served. If you need rest and to be pampered, I highly recommend it.

14/03/2026: A truly wonderful surprise and a fantastic find in Castres! 🤩🤪 A real treat: exquisite, melt-in-your-mouth meat accompanied by delicious fries, perfectly cooked vegetables, and flavorful sauces... all homemade and brilliantly prepared 👍 and a special mention for the very friendly and competent staff 👌 Finishing with a perfectly balanced Irish coffee... it was so good!
