01/05/2026: Soukhothai is a neighborhood institution; I can't even remember my first time there, it was so long ago: back in the 20th century. And while the menu was streamlined two years ago, all the dishes are still excellent, and with astonishing consistency: succulent spring rolls, exquisite grilled rice salad, deceptively simple garlic and leek chicken... The service is also truly delightful. Between the elegant owner and the attentive waiters, you'll never feel neglected. I wanted to have dinner there tonight, calling twice to check if they were open, without leaving a message. They called me back to tell me they were closed: incredibly kind. Thank you to the whole team! ;)

13/05/2026: very good service, nice staff. good food with affordable price. vibe and decoration ia great, if play some thai music would be better. but I'm surprised that the spicy sauce is not the typical 4 bottles Thai spicy juice/sauce, and the ice cream is a bit too sweet, but mango is fresh.

24/01/2026: The iced tea and bo bun were very good, however, everything fried was far too greasy (spring rolls in the bo bun, fried mushrooms, etc.) and the rice wasn't very flavorful. The service was quick and very pleasant.

03/05/2026: I wasn't looking to stray from the beaten path, but rather to recapture the flavors of a holiday in the Indochinese peninsula. So: lemongrass shrimp soup (Tom Yam Kung), puffed rice with tangy pork (Nem Thadeua), and sticky rice with fresh mango drizzled with coconut milk. The setting and the food probably won't be enough to mentally transport you to Luang Prabang, especially at lunchtime, but they do the job of a Parisian experience, along the southbound route of line 96.

19/04/2026: A friendly Thai restaurant in the neighborhood that offers dishes from Northern Thailand. I recommend focusing on the Thai dishes rather than venturing into other options like Bo Bun or Nem... The Chiang Mai sausage is excellent; with a little sticky rice, it's perfect for lunch. Other options include Khao Soi (also excellent but a bit trickier to eat). Dishes with rice are offered for €16.90 in very generous portions. The restaurant is small, and you're practically next door, but it's a great place for a quick meal. It remains a good option for Northern Thai cuisine.

18/05/2026: I hadn't been back for over 10 years (when I was a student in Lille): nothing has changed, and that's a good thing! The welcome is still warm and attentive, the decor a little dated but full of character, and the menu still enticing. We tried the duck with Thai basil and the Khao Yam: flawless, a real culinary journey. Go without hesitation :)

09/04/2026: My shrimp dish was expired. She confirmed that the smell was strange. But she served it to us anyway. And charged us as usual. Very disappointed. We've always eaten well there until today. We won't be going back.
