21/05/2024: Very very good experience in this little restaurant! The servers (and or owners?) are very welcoming and warm, they make sure you don't miss anything! The service was very fast. We obviously each had a couscous, and it was excellent, the meats are particularly good! (I still give 4 stars because I remain faithful to my grandfather's Moroccan couscous) However, I strongly recommend this establishment! Thank you very much to the entire Jasmin team.

10/05/2024: We sat on the terrace next to a small park with a view of the cathedral tower, away from the large crowds of tourists. The food was very good, excellent for anyone who likes North African cuisine. The very friendly and attentive service should be highlighted.

09/06/2024: Very good restaurant. Alexis and her colleague are very warm and allowed us to have a memorable evening! Although there were 11 of us, the service was good, not to mention the food which was excellent. Thanks to the kitchen team!

08/06/2024: Evening meal at the riad for a friend's birthday. We were received very kindly and taken to our table. The server assigned to our table of 11 was super competent. Between his good humor, his adapted advice on food and drinks, we were lucky to have a very helpful host. Thank you very much Alexis 😉 Once the dishes arrive, we begin to eat hearty, generous and excellent tasting dishes. A little tea service spectacle with an excellent dessert. Special mention again for Alexis 😁 The setting is magnificent with light oriental music that punctuates the evening. To do again 😉

05/05/2024: Nous venons au prince des sables depuis de nombreuses années, et la qualité des mets présentés n'a jamais dérogé. excellent couscous avec une mention spéciale pour les délicieuses boulettes de viande. Les tajines sont également à la hauteur des attentes. Ambiance et décoration orientale qui nous fait voyager, vous ajoutez à cela un accueil toujours courtois et souriant du propriétaire et la boucle est bouclée.

02/04/2024: Establishment existing in Chesnay for years. At the entrance, the setting is typical and pleasant, the menu copious. Our lunch: 2 couscous lamb skewers, some cakes, 2 coffees. The portions are correct, but the couscous is quite bland, and lacks those spicy flavors that we expected (cumin, ras-el-hanout...). The vegetables are not or barely simmered, the meat is not very tender. As for wine, Boulaouane gris is excellent. The atmosphere would be pleasant without, from time to time, the sound of a poorly placed hand dryer. Damage.

The staff's recommendations were perfectly tailored to my preferences, and I was impressed by their in-depth knowledge of the cuisine and wines offered. 04/02/2024: Where to start?...with the positive...the place is really pleasant, the decoration, the lights, the furniture, the general atmosphere is quite unique in Toulon in particular. The staff takes great care, listens to customers and always has a smile on their face, a real pleasure. The dishes are plentiful, there is no chance that you will be hungry...except that I found the cooking really not good. So in fact I am of North African origin and one might think that I lack objectivity but I eat in North African restaurants regularly and have never eaten so badly. My friends, who are not North African, found the cuisine as mediocre as I did. Some examples...a super spicy Moroccan chicken/lemon tagine so this dish shouldn't be...it's like making a spicy beef bourguignon, it's way too far from the original recipe. .but let's skip the chili, the taste wasn't there at all. The couscous meatballs were clearly difficult to eat this...the tasteless bricks, stuffed with uncooked egg and raw onion (literally) we didn't try the grilled meats so I can't give you my opinion on this.. in short, we had a nice evening thanks to the setting and the staff but I advise you to move on if you like and know Maghreb gastronomy

A more than warm welcome, atypical and magnificent decor, super beautiful tableware. Very good and hearty dish, a mixture of flavors and tasty foods with perfect cooking. The dessert, the gourmet tea, was also just perfect. I, who am a fan of Tunisia, felt like I was in the country so thank you for this moment. I wish you another happy new year to enjoy.
