24/09/2024: Execrable Secu agent, I had the misfortune of leaving through the portico right next to the initial exit. 11/11/2025: Booked a meal, refused, reservation confirmed. Arrived, the restaurant was closed - shameful.

19/10/2025: Restaurant administratively closed and you can still book, nonsense, at least close your reservations.

12/09/2025: I went to this brasserie because the station restrooms were closed and I was in an emergency situation. I politely asked if it was possible to use the restrooms, to which I was told, in a very cold tone, that they were reserved for customers and that I had to consume. So I offered to have a muffin to comply with the rule. I was then told that the restrooms would be blocked for 5 minutes. I agreed to wait, but I ultimately noticed that the manager was taking his time putting away umbrellas and cleaning up, while there were still customers seated. This gave me the feeling that they were mainly trying to discourage me rather than actually enforcing a rule. I fully understand that an establishment reserves its restrooms for its customers, but it is also possible to express this with a minimum of kindness and consideration, especially when a customer is making the effort to consume. The attitude adopted in this situation was neither welcoming nor professional.

03/09/2024: Beware of danger! I came for a savory breakfast for €9, and I was deeply shocked by what I found. The omelette served had a suspicious color, there was no bacon as expected, and the coffee was cold. Additionally, I had to wait 30 minutes even though there were only two customers in the room. No apology was offered to me for this unacceptable service. It is shameful to see such a lack of professionalism, and it is not surprising that establishments like yours are closing. Honestly, for everyone's sake, consider changing careers. I am on the verge of alerting the authorities regarding your practices and your more than questionable hygiene.

16/09/2024: More than 15 minutes of waiting just for a coke. Dozens of customers in front, it seems that some had been waiting for their order since 2 p.m. (arrival at 8 p.m.). A work pace that gives the impression of watching a YouTube video in 0.25. On the other hand, when chatting with the first customer who passes by, responsiveness suddenly seems essential. In short, if you are thirsty, I advise you to take the train to Marseille, you will have your coke more quickly

10/12/2025: We visited twice in one week. After being won over on Monday evening, we decided to return on Wednesday at lunchtime to continue exploring the menu. 10/12/2025: If I could give zero stars, I would, if it weren't for the waiter, who was lovely despite what I think was obvious fatigue. The food was awful. Everything was frozen, undercooked, and completely tasteless except for the greasiness I could still taste that evening. It was impossible to eat because we were so disgusted. Tourists and locals alike, avoid this restaurant! 🙏🏻

13/09/2024: Nous avons pris un verre pour l’anniversaire de mon amie Caroline et quelle ne fut pas notre surprise quand le serveur Andy nous a proposé de nous offrir un shot et de boire à la santé de mon amie ! Nous n’avions jamais eu de telle proposition si gentille et généreuse ! Andy est un serveur exceptionnel super sympa et souriant et serviable merci à LA RÉALE J’y reviendrai très vite !
