I open my order…. No ice cubes in the drinks I ask him, the manager tells me that the machine is broken…. Strange, my daughter who ate there had ice cubes…. We decide to stay and eat there (because in any case the reusable dishes are not there and the SAT is also deactivated.... Just like 95% of the terminals only 2 are active) Not a clean table, I clean the clean table with my wipes I find a hair of beard in my fries….it’s too much, my order goes in the trash Isn't the beard cover obligatory???? Because at home it is not carried by anyone: neither the manager nor the kitchen team for that matter. When we name each other's coffee shop, we at least try to be a little warm... when you have this kind of friends, you don't need enemies. I showed up at 4:52 p.m. to collect a package (within the time slot indicated on the site that took my order), this gentleman "received" me very coldly because he decided that the packages are from 5 p.m. and that if I read the emails sent I would have known… I read the email, indeed it is marked, I apologize flatly and offer to wait the remaining 8 minutes outside… well no that is not suitable either! Benefiting from a location which might suggest that the place is of good standing, it is in fact a place which should learn from the small village PMUs. - No card or QRcode on the table (the waiter will not take one) - No smile (don't think you're welcome) - Completely wet tables even when the rain has stopped (customers look for a dry place to sit but the waiters don't ask the question) - and TOILETS… (sensational description at the bottom) Toilets: gloomy, no security, similar to a squat: tape and patched walls, toilets without doors, access to toilets without light in a huge, completely dark room Access impossible for elderly people, people with reduced mobility, disabled people Access not recommended (for women for example) because no visibility on a possible human presence with us in the room, then in a more than vulnerable position, especially for a bar which welcomes (too much) with open arms all the homeless alcoholics of Toulon (s 'they weren't it wouldn't be a problem).
