17/03/2024: A very nice discovery. The place is unusual, you don't know where to look so much that you want to see everything. A perfect kitchen.
An unimaginable rum menu but the owner will be able to advise you and his son is passionate and can tell you about almost all the rums with their stories and tastes.
Don't hesitate to go there.

25/04/2024: On the advice of a friend, I was supposed to have lunch at L’Olivier and this afternoon it was the case! Mama mia! How can I describe such a wonderful culinary experience with friends! The Americans have a word for this: Amazing! It was magical from the start of our tasting until the end. Very rare or even too rare to emphasize it. Thanks again to the entire team in the dining room and in the kitchen, thank you for introducing us to local products of superb quality! I dreamed of it The olive tree did it 🤩🤩🤩

Excellent meal! Very tasty panini, homemade (and with love). The filling is perfect with flavors that I have never tasted anywhere else and which are a delight for the taste buds.
Small stand which doesn't look like much but which delights, holds and offers both those who eat meat and vegans.

Very generous bone marrow, and Paul Bocuse-style Beaujolaise eggs perfect for starters, knife tartare, entrecote, beef fillet, veal kidneys for main courses... Everything is well made and tasty.
Terrace well sheltered from the wind which allows you to eat in the sun.
Small downside for the covered part decorated with hunting trophies stuffed in the Stone Age by a dubious esthete... Please change!, I am a hunter myself but here we are at the museum of horrors...
Stay in the theme with a few rural paintings and an animal bronze and that's it...
Dynamic, friendly, efficient waitress...we love her.
31/03/2024: Passing through on Easter day, unexpectedly finding seats in this “no frills” restaurant but with simple and tasty cuisine, generous pieces of meat cooked in wood and “homemade” accompaniments, a well-chosen wine of the day and all that. with smile. There was sunshine on the plate if not in the sky.
Good table.

13/05/2024: Attention ! If you book for 1 night, the deposit is 100% of the room amount. Although we canceled quite early in the week, we made this unpleasant discovery without the possibility of rescheduling or having or even a proposal to postpone it to a later date. The response was a bit administrative: these are the general conditions of sale.
I can understand that the hotelier guards against last minute cancellations but that was not our case and we just wanted to move the date. Very disappointed...

The Mas is just magnificent, very beautiful room decorated with great taste, clean, very good bedding.

26/03/2024: What more can I say, caring, caring owners, always a good address to share. Very well-kept shared rooms and premises, with all the desired comfort. Rooms with air conditioning and guest tables with little onions, and I'm not talking about the selection of wines unearthed and offered by Michel, the house sommelier.

As for the cuisine...the Balmes menu is an extra treat, very refined and succulent. lIt's already been Twice that I enjoy... congratulations in the kitchen. I recommend because there are hardly any restaurants like this left.
