06/01/2026: We went to this restaurant as a family with our daughters, aged 2.5 and 4.5, as well as our parents and friends. The welcome was exceptional; the staff were incredibly kind, especially to our daughters, who were treated like princesses. The setting is magnificent, and we have rarely eaten so well. Everything was excellent.

21/10/2025: We had one of our best dinners of the month in Provence at Bistro Panoramique tonight. This is one of two restaurants at this location in the old medieval town part of Vaison La Romaine. The room was beautifully mid century modern with a fire roaring in a stove making the restaurant amazingly comfortable on a cold rainy night. There’s a great view better seen doing the day. The food was brilliant and served very competently without hovering. An amuse bouche came immediately consisting of a thick mushroom soup with a cheeses cookie and a seeded cracker. Starters were a cassoulette of prawns in a seafood broth with a stuffed ravioli. Main course was slow roasted chicken with mushrooms and truffles and fish of the day - hake - in a citrus sauce over risotto. Desserts were a deconstructed Black Forest cake and a pineapple with passion fruit mousse and coconut cream. A very nice and reasonable wine list and help choosing a vin blanc cote du Rhône to accompany the meal. Overall a meal to remember. And the restaurant is just steps away from a parking lot. We were sorry we are leaving tomorrow or we’d be back.

06/10/2025: Every visit is a renewed pleasure! The pizzas are delicious, with a thin, light, and flavorful crust. A warm welcome and excellent value for money complete the package. I can only recommend it.

25/08/2025: Bland and dry pizza, lots of flour. The pizzas are not at all like the pictures. However, the pizza maker was nice 😊

02/01/2026: Extraordinary!!! A warm welcome and atmosphere with a beautiful view of the old town and the Ouvèze River. A refined menu featuring fresh, high-quality ingredients, magnificent presentation of the dishes, and above all, such culinary creativity! A true explosion of flavors; we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! One of the best restaurants in the region 👌👌👌
