02/08/2026: 2026: The food wasn't as good as it had been two years ago, but it wasn't bad either. What really annoyed us was the service: She arrived at the table quickly, but she was even quicker to leave. As soon as you ordered one item, she was gone before you had a chance to ask for anything else. We ordered two beers. She put the bottles down so hard that both beers foamed over—not just a little, but quite a lot. She didn't even notice because she had already rushed off. We asked for three or four Thai bird's eye chilies. She replied, "No problem," and disappeared again. A little later, a small bowl arrived containing four tiny chili rings. She clearly hadn't listened properly. But, as you may have guessed, we couldn't point it out because she was already gone again. We won't be coming back. 2024: We've had canard laqué and canard with shiitake, pluz riz cantonais. As dessert we've had banana flambé, beignet ananas and perles de coco. Since the main dish was rather small (but with a fair price and good) I would strongly recommend a menu or an entrée if you're hungry. Everything was delicious. Service was friendly. You should definitely reserve, we were really lucky to get a small table. The place was overflowing with guests.

05/06/2026: Excellent restaurant, the welcome and service are very friendly. The couscous was delicious. The meat is cooked in front of the customers in a very warm atmosphere. It's a lovely place where you can enjoy a great meal.

19/08/2026: We came on the evening of August 19th, and everything was perfect from start to finish: starter, main course, dessert, and wine. The welcome was wonderful. The main course was fabulous, delicious, and beautifully presented. The servers were friendly and professional. We will be back very soon.

19/08/2026: Truly disappointing considering the restaurant's reputation. €42 for the lunch menu included a tomato gazpacho with three tiny cubes of salmon as a starter, stale, defrosted bread, a fillet of sea bream (perhaps also frozen?), and ice cream for dessert (a very small portion). This is far from being a refined and flavorful dish that stands out from the crowd. I won't be back.

16/07/2026: Fantastic find!!! 🤩 We were two couples, a baby, and two large dogs (not easy to fit on the terrace, right by the Yonne River, but we managed...). Excellent welcome and very accommodating staff. As for the food, I highly recommend it! We thoroughly enjoyed it! Delicious, high-quality ingredients... A menu perfectly suited to the warm weather... Thank you for this wonderful family meal.

26/07/2026: We've been going there for over 10 years: never disappointed! On the contrary! We adore their shaded terrace (but in winter, the interior is also very pleasant). Their cuisine is wonderful; a guaranteed culinary journey; my taste buds always thank me for going! The service is ideal: attentive and discreet. The atmosphere lives up to everything else. A huge THANK YOU again to the team at Les Cèdres for the delightful evening we spent there! Oh, and don't forget to book!

08/08/2026: Honestly, not disappointed, we had a good family meal and the welcome was good… just the menu is loaded, it's fine but I'm not a fan of menus that are too loaded!

13/06/2026: This isn't my first time at this restaurant. The service is impeccable, and there wasn't too much of a wait. However, a little smile from the servers would be perfect ☺️☺️ The food is very, very good.

10/06/2026: I come to Auxerre quite often for work. I wanted to try an Italian restaurant because I was craving pizza. I was very disappointed. I found the pizza bland, with what was called mozzarella cheese, but it tasted more like plastic than anything else. Even the burrata was of very average quality. I think the owner is trying to cut corners on ingredients to maintain a higher profit margin. That's his choice... it won't be mine anymore.
