31/12/2025: A rather poor experience. Only the lemon-marinated chicken was halal; when you go to a Lebanese restaurant, you expect all the meat to be halal. The dishes lacked flavor and seasoning, and the service was extremely cold. The only positive point was the waitress, who was very friendly, but unfortunately, we only had to deal with her at the end.

19/12/2025: It was my first time trying Lebanese cuisine, and I'm so glad I discovered it at Les Cèdres! You can tell everything is fresh and well-prepared. I especially loved the eggplant caviar! The portions are generous, and you leave feeling full and satisfied.

16/02/2026: The staff were very pleasant, certainly, but the food really needs improvement! The ingredients are low-quality, especially in the salads and burgers; the tomatoes are actually beets! The same goes for the low-quality pizzas. You shouldn't be too demanding, but this will be my last time, even though the prices are reasonable, which seems to be the case given the ingredients used.

03/01/2026: Far from haute cuisine, but tasty and the portions are very generous. Friendly staff. The terrace is closed in January, but it's very pleasant in the summer.

18/01/2026: A warm welcome from our hostesses after a short stay. The room is comfortable and quiet with a courtyard view. The breakfast was plentiful. There is a wardrobe but no shelves for storing clothes. This should be considered when it is replaced. E.S.

Go there, it's worth the detour, superb pizzas made in a wood-fired oven and a magnificent setting. Thanks to the manager. I would say the best pizza in Auxerre without any hesitation. 23/03/2026: A very pleasant lunch break at this brasserie in the heart of the city, with paid parking right in front. Varied menu with reasonable prices. Good value for money. The service is friendly, smiling, and quick. Lunch special: starter, main course, and dessert for €19, excellent!

08/01/2026: I ate for €11.90 with the all-you-can-eat option. The food wasn't extraordinary; some dishes, like the rice, were good but nothing special, and I found the meats I tried tasteless. It wasn't disgusting, but it wasn't worth the price, especially considering the limited selection. There was no one there when I went, so the service was immediate and flawless. The atmosphere is quite pleasant, with background music and nice decor, even if the lighting was a bit dim. The hygiene was acceptable. Overall, it's a pretty good restaurant, but rather expensive for what it offers.

02/03/2026: I've never stayed in such a good hotel for this price, and I've traveled extensively and tried many hotels. The hotel is new, the rooms are very spacious and spotlessly clean. The welcome is warm and the staff very friendly. The parking is convenient and secure, and the location is ideal, close to many restaurants (McDonald's, KFC, Burger King, Buffalo Grill, Steak House, etc.). Breakfast is simple with limited choices, but for the price, there's really nothing to complain about. I highly recommend this hotel; excellent value for money!

27/02/2026: Very outdated rooms with numerous questionable stains on the floor. Prices completely unreasonable given the type of Ibis (STYLES). Breakfast was very limited. Reception staff were barely friendly. In short, I definitely won't be back.

22/09/2025: For all gourmets, every day. Behind its pastel window, enjoy a real homemade dish of the day, made from a selection of fresh products. The chef is passionate about simmering his dishes, for takeout, delivery, or to eat in. Preparation and cooking with a wide choice of extras for the most gourmet. The range of tasty "al dente" pasta (pasta) served in generous portions seduced me because you can choose the sauce to your liking. As did the selection of starters, main courses, and desserts. It also offers paninis. I also recommend a range of hot drinks, sodas, and smoothies.
