12/03/2024: I like going to drink my coffee ☕️ in the afternoon it’s quiet and friendly in winter. Summer is terrace! Moreover, the best terrace in Auxerre in terms of location and price.
18/11/2023: Découverte lors d'un dejeuner de cette brasserie.
Belle deception : nous avons pris un hamburger au poulet, inondé de sauce avec un poulet très étrange : une tranche très épaisse de blanc de poulet (probablement acheté sous vide), avec des cornichons à tout va. Nous avons également testé le boeuf bourguignon dont la sauce était probablement composé en grande partie d'eau...
Seul point positif : les frites semblaient maison. Et pris par le temps, nous n'avons pas eu le temps (ou l'envie) de tester les désserts. Même en dépannage, je n'y retournerai pas..

18/01/2026: The hotel appears abandoned at first glance. It's in a state of advanced disrepair. The reception was friendly but unprofessional. The overall condition of the building and the room is dilapidated, hygiene is highly questionable, and there are no window coverings (dangerous for children).
The only positive points are its proximity to the train station, the affordable price, and the view of the cathedral.
The promotional photos are nine years old, and no maintenance appears to have been done since then. I do not recommend this place.

08/09/2024: Très beau buffet et y en a pour tout les gouts - cela va du buffet d entrée au buffet de dessert très bien garni avec beaucoup de choix dont des spécialités.
Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.
Cadre magnifique.
Perso, je compte bien y retourner prochainement
Prix plus que correct.

The service is not only fast, but also impeccable. The menu offers a balanced selection that will please all tastes. I highly recommend you visit this wonderful place.

Quel accueil et quels plats. Notre restaurant préféré dans la région. Malheureusement, ce sera sans doute notre dernier retour sur ce restaurant car le chef va prendre une retraite amplement méritée.
Si vous passez par auxerre, dépêchez vous de réserver !

23/09/2024: Very nice staff, we slept very well and had a very good breakfast. Everything went smoothly.
23/09/2024: I know the hotel and generally I like it. This time I had a small room, with a slightly old and decadent bathroom, finally it was a bit cold, you couldn't put hot air on, only cold.
Breakfast and welcome as good as always.
The car park was super full, I had to put 2 wheels on the garden.

25/08/2024: There's just one problem: we're from Burgundy, my nephew is a sommelier, and if we say a wine that's sharp is sharp, it's not to get a refund, but to say it's unpleasant. It wasn't a €10 bottle.

The salmon carpaccio was very good.
The ham and Chablis was good.
The salads were generous.
It's a shame about the service... a long wait. I think they were young seasonal workers.

28/09/2024: We've had canard laqué and canard with shiitake, pluz riz cantonais.
As dessert we've had banana flambé, beignet ananas and perles de coco.
Since the main dish was rather small (but with a fair price and good) I would strongly recommend a menu or an entrée if you're hungry.
Everything was delicious.
Service was friendly. You should definitely reserve, we were really lucky to get a small table. The place was overflowing with guests.
26/09/2024: Surprising: it is extremely rare, including in Paris, to taste such fresh and fine Asian dishes and products. Congratulations to the friendly Saigon team, above all don’t change anything!
