25/04/2026: While the pizzas eaten in are beautiful and generously topped, the takeaway pizzas are so thin that they end up burnt on the edges and are under-topped in my opinion, and smaller than the ones eaten in. I'll go back because the ingredients are excellent quality, but I'll definitely order takeaway again.

11/04/2026: The pizzeria is amazing! The waitress is lovely, as are the owner and the apprentice. It's not very expensive and there's hardly any wait. I highly recommend it!

15/12/2025: This Léon de Bruxelles in the northern part of Auxerre is typical of the chain: you go there without any surprises, but you know you'll get a decent meal. The menu is, of course, focused on seafood, but offers a few options if you don't like fish. I tried the Léon Casserole, which was good, although the amount of fish was a bit small and probably frozen. Be careful with the garnish: although it says sweet potatoes, it's mostly potatoes (about 80%). The paella was okay, but it's more of a French-style paella, nothing exceptional, and the rice used isn't ideal for this dish. Note that the drinks are quite expensive. Overall: It's a reliable restaurant for a quick meal if you're not looking for anything original. A decent choice.

28/03/2026: It's a very nice and good restaurant. The welcome is incredibly warm. The decor is modern, a refreshing change from other restaurants in town. This restaurant is well worth the trip. And the food is delicious! A bonus: parking spaces right in front. Perfect!

21/04/2026: A nice restaurant, the waitresses are pleasant, however, they rushed us to take our orders and leave. It was almost as if they were rushing us to eat our desserts! Which I find unprofessional. We were a group of four, and we come to a restaurant to take our time and not eat in 40 minutes. As for the food, it was fairly decent. The charcuterie board was okay, the hamburgers had slightly overcooked buns, and we asked for one without onions, which we didn't get. The endives were swimming in water, so not very good. The duck, however, was good.

29/04/2026: We were in Auxerre for three days and stumbled upon this superb brasserie for lunch… what a great find! I highly recommend this place: the owner is truly passionate and very friendly, and the waiter is smiling and genuinely pleasant. We enjoyed an absolutely delicious homemade burger and a to-die-for grilled chicken salad 🤤 A little tip: be sure to book ahead, as tables fill up very quickly! A well-deserved 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Go there, it's worth the detour, superb pizzas made in a wood-fired oven and a magnificent setting. Thanks to the manager. I would say the best pizza in Auxerre without any hesitation. 19/03/2026: Hello, I spent one night in this hotel and I would avoid it. The reception was friendly, but the room was appalling: completely unsanitary, with moldy windows, mildew, and other issues, stains on the carpet, a cracked bathroom ceiling, mediocre cleaning, and the bed linens weren't hypoallergenic. It was for a business trip, so one night is acceptable, but I find it expensive for what it is, considering the renovations they need to do.

09/03/2026: Overall, a good hotel. The rooms are spacious (at least those on the 5th floor) thanks to the terrace, and the breakfasts are plentiful and varied. However, if you're in room 500 like me, bring earplugs because the elevator machinery is right on the other side of the bathroom. Get ready for a lot of noise every time someone operates the elevator.

06/02/2026: The food is edible, but I noticed they don't wear gloves in the kitchen, and the service is deplorable. I had to wait an hour for what I paid for, and I only ordered four cheese rings.

04/02/2026: More sauce than meat... We ordered an XL and ended up with the same amount of meat as a medium.

23/03/2026: I approached the waitress with a promotional coupon from the French National Lottery (FDJ), but she flatly refused to accept it. They treated me like an idiot, saying it was just a poster for the promotion. The promotion was accepted at another location (you just had to scan the QR code) which was on the coupon. I called the FDJ, and they confirmed it was a legitimate promotion. Then I called the establishment and got the same waitress who had refused the promotion. She was unpleasant, even though they were in the wrong, instead of offering a polite apology. Their lack of customer service is undeniable! Then, a simple glass of white wine cost €4—that's expensive! It wasn't Chablis, and I had clearly stated that it was. Anyway, I expect a response that will be favorable to them, since they are in the wrong.

22/01/2026: I've never seen such a terrible kebab! For delivery, the empty kebab came with only one sauce for the fries, the fries weren't salted, and there was no napkin! The kebab had no taste at all! So we called them, and they told us that the sauces were only included per sandwich, otherwise their restaurant wouldn't make any money if they gave extra sauces! And also, no napkin! Napkins are only available for dine-in! They took our sandwiches back, only to switch us from a kebab to Vrap Tenders! We had to pay an extra €2! And the tenders were rubbery, so I definitely don't recommend this terrible restaurant! The only good thing was my can of Coke, darling! Honestly, have some respect for the people who buy your food because it can be dangerous to give us such disgusting food!

08/01/2026: The worst snack of my life, cold fries, no sauce, honestly, it was a disaster. He's lucky he can't give it zero stars. Avoid at all costs.
