The service is quick and efficient.
14/01/2026: I was passing through Chablis for work and received a very warm welcome. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming; you immediately feel at ease, and the setting is inviting. I also had a delicious meal; the traditional dishes are served in generous portions. The staff is friendly, and the central location is convenient. I will definitely return on my next visit.

25/11/2025: All the bakery products are truly excellent: Swiss bread, croissants, pain au chocolat, they are the best in the region by far! Their baguettes are also excellent and very crispy.

21/10/2025: Fabulous meal in a fabulous place with fabulous service!! The food was amazing, the wine/drinks were fabulous, the ambience was lovely and the service friendly, attentive and lovely. We could list the courses, but better go and discover for yourself!! We WILL be back, thank you!!
19/10/2025: Wonderful place for lunch or dinner. Food is very good, wine list isn't huge, but there are plenty of good wines to choose from. Staff is friendly and helpful. This isn't a 'fancy' place, but it's good food at a good price.

05/12/2025: Disastrous value for money. We decided to leave the motorway to treat ourselves to a decent lunch. What a disappointment! An andouillette sausage served with pea puree (perfectly in season!) for €25. We ate much better ones on the motorway, and for much less money. The two stars are for the Chablis and the gougère. Next time we won't be making the detour; this experience was so disappointing.
24/11/2025: €269.40 for two nights without breakfast.
The bathroom was dirty and had no heating. The fan in the room was noisy and ran intermittently. A blanket was available for an additional fee. The television was tiny. This hotel definitely does not deserve its 3 stars.

11/05/2024: Go on your way! Overpriced and the quality is not at all there. 19 euros for a slice of ham, rice and a half-cold sauce. 6 euros for a coke.

01/08/2024: Amazing experience, hotel is a few minutes walk from center Chablis! Rooms were great for the price, only reason for the rating was the fact that the shower in our room flooded. But I must say, the owners were fantastic, as the only contact at the point, they were at the hotel within minutes. They sorted out the flooded room and moved us as needed to a drier room. All throughout a thunderstorm. Fantastic service and much appreciated. Amazing hospitality.
27/07/2024: Very warm welcome, pleasant staff. I highly recommend, close to Intermarché and the city center. Very good address.
