10/05/2026: A pleasant experience. The dishes are creative and well-executed (except for a bone in my pollack), but the portions could be more generous, especially for the starter (white asparagus and trout, see photo). Therefore, I find the price rather excessive for a restaurant without a Michelin star (the price is equivalent to a Michelin-starred restaurant). The staff is friendly, but the service is slow (a long wait between the starter and the main course). The description of the desserts didn't appeal to us, so we skipped them.

An essential stop in Chablis.

10/05/2026: I didn't sleep there, I just had lunch on the way, and I ate well.
I was quick, because being with a group, time was limited.
04/05/2026: A team led by the very friendly Nico.
The menus are generous and delicious.
If you want to buy Chablis, don't do it in town; Nico will give you some great recommendations.
In short, a place worth discovering.

A very pretty courtyard adjoining what appears to be an old church—an idyllic setting!
An impressive wine list that showcases Chablis wines and also features other fine labels from other regions.
The food is decent for the price, but not exceptional.
Please stop serving cuts of meat in deep plates; you can't prepare the meat properly.
The wait was also a bit long given the number of customers.
It's still a lovely place to spend a pleasant time.
26/03/2026: Had lunch here while taking a Chablis wine tasting tour. Ordered the plat devour for both of us. Delicious!

The dishes could have used a touch more warmth, but the flavors were there... I highly recommend it!
30/05/2026: We exited the motorway to visit Chablis and stumbled upon Kimm&Ridge. The menu is exceptional, the dishes are delicious, made with excellent ingredients and expertly prepared. I highly recommend it! The welcome and service are also excellent. Thank you!

27/05/2026: Always go here when in Chablis. Very good local cafe and bar, and so French.
I love going here for my morning coffee and croissants, but equally have enjoyed lunch there.
Recommended.

26/05/2024: After visiting the market, it is a pleasure to enjoy your beautiful terrace. Jérôme's service was very professional and warm.
11/05/2024: Go on your way! Overpriced and the quality is not at all there. 19 euros for a slice of ham, rice and a half-cold sauce. 6 euros for a coke.
