24/08/2026: Beautiful spot overlooking the river. We enjoyed the lunch menu, which included an excellent homemade cassoulet. The peach dessert was incredible. I highly recommend it.
22/08/2026: A fantastic dining experience. Super dedicated staff and chefs who together created a world class restaurant. I have eaten a lot of fish in my days but never such a perfect trout as at this restaurant, the octopus was also fantastic. Don't miss this restaurant!

14/06/2026: As regulars, since we stop here every time we're in Chablis to enjoy the famous oeufs meurette (which we highly recommend), we stayed here for the first time and we weren't disappointed! The room was recently renovated with a superb shower room and toilet, and it even had air conditioning!
See you next year!

18/08/2026: Very nice restaurant in Chablis region of Burgundy. Great food and wine. Special thanks to Sebastian for his service and hospitality. One problem the flies in the restaurant are annoying. The management should take measures.

26/08/2026: A delightful dinner at Kimm&Ridge where the staff are welcoming and attentive!
The starters and main courses were delicious, and we didn't have room for dessert. There are no vegetarian options on the menu, but they are happy to accommodate requests; however, it would be nice if they considered offering them.
We'll be back!
26/08/2026: I wouldn't recommend it, even just for a drink. It's obvious we're in Chablis... Besides, the price is exorbitant. The bar is cluttered and neglected, and the open kitchen looks mediocre from the outside.
Luckily we didn't eat there. The welcome was nonexistent, with no smiles whatsoever. It took 20 minutes for a floating island dessert while they were sweeping the kitchen floor.
I'm truly sorry to post this kind of review, but at some point, it has to be said. Especially when they charge prices like that. A tourist trap.

26/05/2024: After visiting the market, it is a pleasure to enjoy your beautiful terrace. Jérôme's service was very professional and warm.
11/05/2024: Go on your way! Overpriced and the quality is not at all there. 19 euros for a slice of ham, rice and a half-cold sauce. 6 euros for a coke.
