07/09/2024: Besides the amazing food, Le Chaudron boasts the nicest staff that i have encountered so far in the south of France. Ordered the pate, duck and mussels - best I have had on my trip. Will definitely be back!
07/09/2024: Had dinner at Le Chaudron. Amazing food and wine. The chicken pate was a standout. However above all the service was impeccable, attentive and best of all very friendly. Highly recommended.

We were served by Romain, who gave very good advice and always had a laugh.
A great atmosphere!
As for the cuisine, it’s fresh, very good and very well done.
The whole team is great, I recommend and we will come back more often.

14/12/2024: No respect for customers. They are closed administratively because the DGCCRF has passed and the hygiene is deplorable, causing a serious health risk to consumers, whose manager has obviously refrained from communicating this.
Total contempt!
