14/09/2024: Obviously reserving a single mattress is not profitable enough for this beach, too bad because I had only been told good things about it, I won't have the opportunity to test it!

Ideal for watching rugby or football matches!!
12/09/2024: Nice place to sit and have a drink. Sat for both an afternoon and an evening. Also have a nice drink here in the afternoon. In the evening the service was a bit less. The male server was mainly busy with other things such as hitting on women instead of helping people on the terrace

24/08/2024: Super little sanwich/salad bar with always fresh food and juices and a very friendly owner who doesn’t only serve you with a very friendly manner but also gives you the best tips for beach (plage des sports, merci!!) and also tells you a bit about the history of Cannes. 10/10

04/09/2024: On the whole it was brilliant - prices were very fair - portions were accordingly small, but ok. Unfortunately a bit poorly seasoned. The waiter always smiled, but hardly spoke a word. Ok for something quick to eat, but unfortunately not anymore
31/08/2024: It is a branch of the famous ice cream brand "Amorino". This branch is located on Rue Félix Faure, in the center of Cannes, where there are a total of 4 ice cream shops, next to or opposite each other.
Our favorite flavor was the pistachio ice cream!

11/09/2024: I ordered a ham, cheese, and egg crepe. It tasted ok for sure, and was a good size portion, but didn't have the attractive look one expects. There should be a nice size opening with the yoke framed in the center. There was no opening. Also, I would expect a little crispiness and slightly darker color. But it was as soft as a pancake. The prices are quite low, but I wanted the full look and experience.
The atmosphere is nothing special, but there's outdoor seating on a busy pedestrian area so good people watching.
As some others have commented, not a very welcoming or friendly place.

23/09/2024: Papa Nino makes the best pizza for nearly 50 years. It is walking distance from both the train station and the beaches. The pizzas are delicious! Each pizza is too much for one person, but not enough for two people. Recommend two pizzas for every three people. Pastas and salads are also superb.
20/09/2024: Excellent service and best pizza in Cannes! This is our go to restaurant when we are in Cannes. The pizza is delicious and authentic.
