02/06/2026: Terrible, one star only because it's impossible to give less! We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, and unfortunately, it was a decidedly negative experience from every perspective. From the start, a complete lack of organization was evident: after ordering from one waitress, a few minutes later another lady returned to the table to ask for our order again. When we pointed out that it had already been taken, she responded in an annoyed manner, asking who had taken the order and forcing us to start over. Things then got worse during service. I was brought a dirty spoon, and after I stopped a waiter to ask for a replacement, he literally took it from me without bringing back a clean one. The same waiter, when I asked for the spoon again while he was serving our dishes, responded with an incredible, "What's a spoon?" He then asked if we wanted bread; we said yes, but the bread never arrived, and we were forced to ask another waitress for it. The most serious issue, however, concerns the food. We found a piece of plastic in our plate of seafood spaghetti. For this reason, we weren't able to finish the dish. When we reported the incident to the manager, her response was disconcerting: instead of apologizing, she told us that "we'd already eaten enough" and added that the plastic came from calamari and that "nobody cleans it up there." Such a response is simply unacceptable, both from a professional and a health and safety standpoint. Mistakes and inconveniences can happen anywhere, but what really makes the difference is how they are handled. In this case, we found disorganization, poor customer service, and a total lack of respect. We were treated poorly and ate worse. It's an experience we won't repeat and we absolutely can't recommend.

01/06/2026: We were seated squeezed into a table for 2. After waiting 25 minutes for any service even though it wasn’t overly busy, we left to find another restaurant where we received professional and welcoming service.

13/06/2026: Excellent location, close to the train station and the sea. Very welcoming. The staff are incredibly friendly. I highly recommend it.

12/06/2026: The coolest hotel lobby bar with amazing service – the bartender Khalil is always welcoming, makes delicious cocktails and pizza, very polite and friendly! Very comfortable lobby bar! Also you can watch live match broadcasts.

27/06/2026: Screening on June 26th at 6:55 PM: I booked 6 tickets (5 adults, 1 child) for a total of €80. It's an outrageous amount, but oh well, it's not really the theater manager's fault. However, the popcorn: yes! It's shameful to sell such expensive products that are all soggy! In January 2020, I already left a review stating that the food and drinks were far too expensive, but things have changed! Now they're expensive and awful! Do they realize the price per kilo of popcorn at this theater?! It's equivalent to caviar! And they dare to sell it in such deplorable quality. You might think it's just popcorn, but no, at that price it's an exceptional product, so it deserves exceptional service. Otherwise, they cut the price in half, and then I won't complain: I pay a low price for a product of comparable quality. Review from January 2020: Excellent cinema, however, the missing star is justified by the far too expensive food and drinks.

27/06/2026: The popcorn was soggy with a fishy taste. For the price, I asked for an exchange. I wonder if they only replaced the top of the box because the middle was still rotten!

02/05/2026: A very original blend of flavors. Milk-fed lamb shoulder with ceydras wine and beetroot purée with roasted sweet potato. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

22/04/2026: A one-of-a-kind bistro, serving healthy and creative cuisine. Only local and seasonal products, and a menu that changes daily. A little tip: Thursday is couscous day—fragrant, generous, plentiful, and flavorful. Compliments to the chef de cuisine! Service and natural wines with Seb: what can I say? Attentive and extremely knowledgeable, always ready to share his unique selection of artisanal labels, including old vintages and new discoveries. A paradise for those who truly love good wine. No endless lists: just personalized recommendations. And he's a master at making suggestions. Jean Jacques' service is expert, attentive, and meticulously curated. He accompanies you from plate to glass with discretion and great passion. It's clear that this is his profession: never intrusive, always present. Authentic atmosphere. Every time I return, it's an extraordinary experience, with prices in line with the extremely high quality. Thank you very much! Recommended

24/05/2026: The staff were incredibly unfriendly! We were ignored for ages until someone finally came to take our order. Some of the food was cold and oversalted. Not recommended.

20/05/2026: Incredibly unfriendly. First, we were ignored for 10 minutes. Then, when we said we only wanted a drink, and after another 10 minutes, when we asked if we could order, we were told we could only get a glass of wine if we bought something to eat. So we went somewhere else and got a good wine and a coffee there, even without ordering food. And that unfriendly Frenchman won't be seeing us again. Definitely not recommended!!!

21/04/2026: Fantastic experience! We discovered Korean BBQ and were very kindly guided throughout the meal with explanations and service right down to our plates! Highly recommended

14/04/2026: Quick service, but the vegetables and meat weren't seasoned. Not very tasty. That said, the meat was cooked well!

16/04/2026: Good cocktails (even the non-alcoholic ones), we ate well and the staff were very attentive. We had a great evening.

11/05/2026: Views are amazing but service was vertually non existent. Despite staff milling around all over the place we had to grab their attention. Cocktails were bland and uninspiring. There are much better rooftop bars than this.

17/04/2026: This rooftop restaurant offers a magnificent view of the Promenade des Anglais. The staff are friendly and attentive. The various dishes we chose met our expectations. We had a lovely time with friends. We'll definitely be back.

27/06/2026: Thank you to the owners for welcoming us warmly and even provided an area to store our luggages. The service was quick, we got our drinks and menus as soon as we sat down. If you’ve been to France, this can sometimes take as long as 30 minutes. The food was authentic and they accommodate my request to customize their tofu dish to mapo style. Thank you!

25/06/2026: I wouldn't even give this restaurant one star; I'm only giving it one for the terrible review!! First, the food took 40 minutes to arrive. Second, the rice was completely dry and hard; I have no idea when it was cooked. Even after we complained, the owner didn't offer a refund! My child and I couldn't eat it, and my husband only ate it because he was really tired from driving all day. Later, we ordered dumplings, and for two adults, three children, and several mediocre dishes, it cost 134 euros. The owner said he only accepts cash! I sincerely do not recommend this restaurant.

23/03/2026: This morning's baggage check was appalling. The agents were mixing up bags of liquids on the conveyor belt, and what's more, they were rude! Some training would be very welcome! What a terrible image of France!

Julien's Workshop is in violation: Odor Nuisance and Air Pollution Article 6 of the Building Regulations: Roof venting is mandatory, and venting through the facade is prohibited. Julien's Workshop is a significant source of pollution for 43 apartments, and for the children and adults who walk under the extraction vent every day. They are your neighbors and customers: Smoke, toxic gas emissions, and noise are a nuisance for the residents of Barberis, Beaumont, and Malonniere every day except Sunday. We are all complaining. We are counting on the restaurant management to resolve these problems in everyone's best interest. If we see any progress, we will stop posting messages and delete this one or others. We have the skills and knowledge to increase our social media presence... if you continue down this path. Please be positive and constructive for your business and your neighbors in Beaumont.
