29/11/2025: My son's 1st birthday. Lunch today was fantastic, the atmosphere was amazing, we had a wonderful meal, thank you again for everything ❤️🙏

19/11/2025: Feedback from guests at a birthday party with a meal in a simple and decent outdoor setting, but the food itself was very mediocre: a sickeningly sweet non-alcoholic punch, a few petits fours, a plate of dated crudités including beets, mixed vegetables, half a hard-boiled egg, and a cube of mozzarella—in short, a buffet-style plate from the 70s that didn't impress the other guests either. However, there was a very good, slow-cooked stew with ravioli (not homemade, but still tasty). A fruit salad was never ordered, and the wine was basic (the cheapest option), all for €35 per person. It's a shame, the location is pleasant, but the facilities and the food were subpar. The owner's response is unjustifiable, as I didn't choose the menu; I simply wanted to share my personal experience.

28/08/2024: + beautiful beach + good cocktails + relaxed atmosphere + facilities for changing clothes and showering - slow and forgetful employees who have their work completely on the hook - the prices on the drink ticket do not correspond to the bill when paying (a cocktail for €15 instead of €14) - there are facilities for changing clothes, but the men's were out of order and in one toilet there was a small pool of blood on the floor

10/09/2024: Riktigt god mat, meny med flera val av förrätt, huvudrätt och dessert, några val med lite tillägg på priset. Okej vinlista även om jag blev förvånad att det bara fanns ett mousserande vilket var champagne.

29/08/2024: Excellent evening spent at Petite Cocotte. Smiling family team, excellent value for money. Our compliments for the lemon ravioli, the Saint-Marcellin and truffle burger, without forgetting the homemade lemon and crumble pannacotta.

02/09/2025: My experience at Lou Campo was overall disappointing. The quality of the food was clearly not up to scratch. I ordered a escalope, which, in my opinion, was completely substandard. The meat was low-quality, deep-fried, making it greasy and flavorless. The fries that came with the dish were frozen. The zucchini fritters were heavy and doughy. I would be ashamed to present such dishes and recommend them as specialties. It is unacceptable to offer such cuisine, especially in a city like Nice, where gastronomy is a strong point. The only positive point I can recall is the service, which justifies the two stars I give the establishment. In short, I do not recommend this establishment if you are looking for an authentic culinary experience. Tourists and locals deserve better than what is offered.

28/08/2025: A restaurant you'll always want to return to. The products are of high quality. Different locations are available: terrace, veranda, or dining room, depending on the season. Mediterranean cuisine, burgers, pizza. The grilled octopus salad is divine.

22/12/2025: We recently visited this café for hot chocolate and tiramisu. The wait was incredibly long before our order was even taken: 30 minutes, with the waiter clearly more interested in chatting with his colleague. Once we finally ordered, the service was thankfully quick. However, another problem arose when it came time to pay the bill. After asking for it, we waited another 20 minutes, the waiter busy discussing horse racing bets at the counter. Faced with this excessive wait, we ended up paying directly at the counter. The waiter seemed completely indifferent: I entered my PIN, the payment was processed, and he continued his conversation with his colleague, still holding the card reader and the receipt, which I was still waiting for… In short, don't go there: the staff has absolutely no quality of service and not a shred of politeness. 25/11/2025: We went to celebrate beaujolais noveau and it was perfect ! Marie and her family are so warm and friendly, and her wine knowledge is magnificent! The food was delicious ❤️

18/10/2025: I saw the most recent reviews, which said that the restaurant was rather rotten in terms of hygiene (cockroaches, hair and rats) and service, but I preferred to go see for myself, because I didn't really believe it... But I'm really disappointed. Sure, the dishes arrived earlier, but the rest turns out to be true... I don't recommend it.

27/09/2024: Service was slow after they make you pay for your drinks up front. Got a Long Island iced tea and couldn’t taste any alcohol at all. After returning the drink and letting the server know there was no alcohol taste (in a drink that has 5 different types of alcohol), I waited another 5 minutes for them to bring back the exact same drink and rudely explain to me that you’re not supposed to taste the alcohol because it’s a cocktail??

26/09/2024: Not sure how this bar classifies as Australian? There is not even 1 Australian beer on tap available. And the food, also not Australian. The only thing Australian about it as was the cheap portraits of Australian animals, and the term “blokes” used on the doors to the bathroom. However the beer selection was good if you want euro beer

02/09/2024: TOO rude staff and for the price which is high for a simple pizza, they cannot afford this rudeness. Don't expect them to tell you the waiting time, you'll have to wait blindly! 25min..

24/08/2024: Didnt taste the food but the service was horrible. we were there with 5 frienfs and 2 ordered pizza and then they kicked us out bc we didnt eat enough pizza. no one else was even trying to get into ur poorly designed store so why kick ur only customers out... Lady working there was just rude and bitter. Also speaking italian expecting we were gonna understand. Would not reccommend. The man was nice tho :( poor guy

10/07/2025: Nice place just by the sea on Promenade des Anglais. Food like tapas or small dishes are good. Staff is very nice and friendly.

09/07/2025: Just for a coffee. Anything more, and you'd better move on. A freshly squeezed orange juice that isn't one, avocado toast where you can see the bread through the transparent layer of guacamole. Not generous and way too expensive for three slices of bread and a few seeds! See photo. Too bad...

25/01/2026: A 25-minute wait for a McSmart (at 4 PM). Luckily I asked what was going on because they had simply forgotten my order. Definitely one of the worst McDonald's in terms of organization; every time I've been there, I've waited ages.

01/02/2026: I've been going there for years and have never had a problem; the kebab is always excellent, with very good naan. But beware of the "off-peak" hours. I went yesterday at 11:30 PM and ended up spending the whole day in the bathroom the next day, and it's not the first time this has happened. I recommend going in the afternoon, but not late at night.

24/01/2026: I used to love this snack bar for their Nan sandwiches, but the more I go, the worse it gets. The tables are always dirty, the floor is greasy and slippery, and the service is terrible: not a single smile. I ordered a cheeseburger, the bun was hard and burnt, and when I asked for another one from the kitchen, the person sulked. Very disappointed.

13/01/2026: Outrageous! I'd barely walked in at 8 a.m. when a cloud of cigarette smoke hit me in the throat; it was impossible to have breakfast in those conditions! Thank goodness Brioche Dorée allowed me to eat without being polluted!

10/01/2026: Whatever you do, don't buy any galettes des rois! Today we bought a king cake that was stale and a frangipane filling that wasn't almond but applesauce! And of course, nobody tells you that when you buy it. It's a disgrace for a chain like Paul to sell such low-quality products.

02/09/2024: What a gorgeous and magical place! We loved the traditional Asian decor, with ponds and goldfish, running waterfalls, twinkling lights. Service was quiet, calm organized and absolutely lovely. The Appetizers/Entrées were quite good. The mains were OK. The Peking Duck was a letdown as was the fried noodles with chicken. The curry chicken was nice and spicy. Quite reasonably priced, for Nice. 👍🏻 It was an experience I am glad we shared. Loved the ambiance and the service.
