20/08/2026: Lovely place, really loved it. Small, traditional and good food. Had a coq au vin and a red wine. Wanted to come again the next day but it was their day off. Will for sure come again, next time I am around.

07/08/2026: We visited this place in a group as an excursion, our guide was robbed there. She lost her bag with all her belongings and they practically kicked us out of the restaurant and denied it. (There was only the staff and us in the restaurant because it is a small facility) on top of that the food was very bad. I do not recommend!

17/09/2026: I usually recommend good places, but I think it's also important to point out really bad experiences. I'm a food content creator, and I regularly review restaurants, bars, and other establishments to share my favorite spots with my community. So, I've had my fair share of experiences… but I'd never encountered anything like this. I ordered a glass of Côtes-de-Provence red wine, which was served warm. I simply pointed out to the waiter, with a smile, that red wine from our region is usually served around 15 to 18°C, and I simply asked if he had a cooler one. Instead of simply responding to my request, the waiter stood his ground and insisted that, in any case, he did what he wanted in his bar, that if he wanted to serve mulled wine, he would serve it hot, and that if we weren't happy, we could go somewhere else. From that point on, his attitude became particularly ironic and unpleasant. No discussion was possible, no attempt was made to understand a simple, non-aggressive remark. He clearly made us want to leave, all while laughing at the situation. It was so surreal it felt like a comedy sketch. I had never seen a waiter respond to customers like that for such a trivial comment. When you go to a restaurant, especially on the coast, you pay for both the quality of the food and the service. Unfortunately, that evening, neither was present. As a food writer who spends his time discovering and testing establishments, I can honestly say that I have never experienced such a treatment. martial_blin

15/07/2026: The waiter or the owner… is simply arrogant and unpleasant. It completely ruined our experience. We even apologized for being there 😒. I strongly advise against going… AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

14/08/2026: The service was extremely unpleasant, provided by a very elderly gentleman. We felt rushed throughout the meal, which made the experience truly unpleasant. But the most shocking aspect was the hygiene: to bring us the glasses and the water carafe, he put his fingers directly inside. For the carafe, he even pulled his completely wet finger out again. This is frankly unacceptable, especially when it comes to serving water and drinks to customers. We will not be returning and we hope the establishment takes these comments seriously.

07/07/2026: A nasty person (a man behind the tobacco counter) refused to cash my ticket, claiming he didn't have time, and just threw it on the counter while he was busy ringing up other bettors' tickets. Avoid this place; I won't buy anything from them again.

07/09/2026: ⚠️CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP⚠️ The service was appalling, mainly due to one waitress in particular (Alicia), who was incredibly rude. Between unpleasant remarks like when she misunderstood my request for a half pint (she wrote down a pint), which I tried to correct, and her response was, "Yeah, well, a half, then," or when the bill came and I listed everything I was paying, to which she replied, "Whatever's left, then," with a disdainful air, "Whatever's left, then." The cutlery trays and water carafe were practically thrown onto the table, accompanied by eye-rolls when we asked for it to be refilled. And the plates were cleared away before we'd finished eating. The lack of respect was absolute. We even had to get up to get more water because we were so completely ignored. A big thank you, however, to Lou-Ann, who really raised the bar: pleasant, professional, and smiling. It's a shame her impeccable attitude was marred by her colleague's disastrous behavior.

07/09/2026: A visit ruined by the attitude of one waitress in particular (Alicia). Between her rudeness, inappropriate remarks, throwing the water carafe and cutlery onto the table while rolling her eyes, and clearing our plates right in front of us without asking... We even had to get up ourselves to get more water. In short, zero consideration for the customers. A big thank you, however, to Lou-Ann, who is the complete opposite: professional, smiling, and very welcoming. It's truly a shame that the impeccable work of some is completely spoiled by the nonchalance of others.

01/09/2026: Snooty entry, long wait for water or menu, waitress chatting with guest, ignored us for over 10 minutes, got up and left, then went to Cafe DoDo, had quick service, great food and drinks, skip this place and go to Cafe next door!

26/08/2026: The three of us went and ordered the set menu, which included meat with fries and salad, a glass of wine, and a coffee. The portions were generous and the service impeccable. We'll definitely go back.

28/08/2026: We arrived at 9:30 PM... The employee told us they weren't making pizza anymore because it was quiet and that they were going to close, in a very unpleasant manner! Apparently, they didn't really feel like working and were in a hurry to go home. But I figured that with all the pizza places in Aix-les-Bains and behavior like that from them, their business wasn't likely to last. Too bad for them!

21/08/2026: I ordered a pizza from this truck on a whim and was very satisfied. No complaints.

21/08/2026: At 10:30 PM, we arrived as a group of seven. Instead of telling us we were too many and that it wasn't possible, they told us it was closed, shouting at us. Very disappointing and unwelcoming…

20/08/2026: Friendly welcome, very good bruschetta and great happy hour for aperitifs!

27/08/2026: What could possibly go wrong when serving a couple a small bottle of wine? One glass had a crack about 5 cm long, the other had lipstick residue from the previous guest. The waiter had already poured wine into it, which, after we complained and were given a new glass, was gone and wasn't replaced. To top it all off, the wrong, and of course more expensive, wine was added to the bill. All of this happened to us in this restaurant. Luckily, we didn't eat there. Who knows what else might have gone wrong?

10/09/2026: The worst sushi in Nice. Avoid at all costs!!

09/09/2026: Avoid this place at all costs. For the price, there are 1000 times better options. We placed an €86 order and they FORGOT half of it. They told us they would check the security cameras to resend our order, but we waited over 45 minutes for them to do that. Our meal was ruined; the sushi was rushed, and there was only a tiny piece of salmon. In short, stay away!
