22/09/2024: Lack of professionalism highlighted by the staff, lack of hygiene in the toilets when you go to wash your hands and mice passing through the hall. I will never set foot in this McDonald's again
14/09/2024: I noticed a big difference between the McDonald's in Italy and those in France. In Italy, everything is well maintained, there are lots of staff and the service is really fast. In France, it's quite the opposite: few employees, waste on the floor and frankly mediocre service. We have the impression that the employees are not motivated at all. And what's more, the quality of the food is really disappointing.
Too bad we can't rate it at 0 stars

08/09/2024: Only one car in front of me, but still 35 minutes of waiting, none of the 5 sauces ordered were in the bag, the MC flurry was half filled, the fries and potatoes also half filled (as usual).
In the end we ate cold since the orders are prepared well in advance...
In short, worse and worse...
If it were possible to think a little about your customers who work to be able to come and eat at your place and who pay a lot of money for not much...

21/08/2024: Really disappointed with the welcome, no time to think, burnt bacon wholemeal bread certainly frozen I did not feel the taste of the food, it is really that they were in very very small quantities. Really unfriendly waiters. We disturbed them. We had to act quickly and above all not change our minds. Too expensive. 1st and last time.

16/07/2024: Very good place to eat a burrito. The portions are quite generous and the student menu is rather cost-effective. Be careful not to come at 12:30 p.m. as you may have to wait quite a long time as the brand has difficulty handling the rush efficiently. The decorations are pretty.

06/09/2024: Fries are often cold and the salad is rotten for the second time in a row.
Today the new charging station does not mention the menu that I have in the application wanting to pay through the application it does not work wait 5 minutes for a payment at the checkout and that a person supposedly rushing past you I find the U-turn unacceptable and nothing ordered.
Fed up with this incompetence!
03/09/2024: the large fries are always half full, the hamburgers are tiny, you should think about changing your employees to put in more competent people because everyone is complaining about this McDonald's which is really bad.

29/08/2024: I am a very big fan of their hamburgers but this is the 3rd time I have ordered and my steak is not cooked even though I asked for it to be cooked to medium-rare plus the hamburgers arrive frozen due to the fact that it is middle of the cans cold and dripping with their condensation I noticed for some time that the quality of the products was no longer there disappointed I will no longer repeat the experience

And it's not the first time that an error has occurred without being repaired, but this one really deserves the palme d'or!
The current burger being sold out (as always in Sélestat), my husband ordered a Greek Mac burger, in addition to 3 other burgers for the family.
The order being to go, we had a surprise at home: a “burger” without toppings??!! Of course, it was impossible to reach them by telephone that same evening, and my husband therefore came the next afternoon to express his dissatisfaction.
The employee, remembering well the order from the evening before (this must have been so astonishing: yes, a burger without toppings!!) recognized my husband and simply told him that there was no fault on their part and that they would make no action! Too bad for him!
He would have accidentally entered the information incorrectly when ordering at the terminal (without onion and without tomato?!) and he was therefore served, for €6.20, this “bread” without ingredients.
No one in the kitchen found this strange and even bothered to ask him if it was normal. 👍🏼
Who would pay 6.20 euros for that, honestly? Who eats a burger without steak, without cheese, without salad, in short without anything?
No sense of business and customer service!
In any case, we won't come back, that's for sure, even though we are much better received elsewhere, among others at KFC or Burger King!

Je n ai rien aimé et de plus trèsb(beaucoup trop) cher.
30/07/2024: Horaires affichés : fermeture 23 h
Arrivés à 2 personnes à 22h 05. On ne sert plus ! Sans autre explication
