My girlfriend and I ordered burgers with mayonnaise in them and my boyfriend didn't.
We spent the night throwing up everything we ate while my fiancé didn't.
See your mayonnaise again.

21/01/2026: First and foremost, I want to make it clear that I have absolutely no complaints about the staff at the McDonald's in Marmoutier.
However, the problem clearly lies with your establishment, which has become both shameful and pathetic. In the fast-food industry, you're setting records: the record for the worst rip-off, and you're not even trying to hide it anymore.
Your meal prices are increasing almost every week. Do you really think customers are idiots?
The infamous 14-cent surcharge on a regular Coke… seriously, are you kidding me?
Serving meals with only one sauce maximum, as if adding one or two more would bankrupt you. You're incredibly stingy.
When there's a mistake in an order, it's always conveniently to your advantage. Strange, isn't it?
And finally, the holy grail of this new year: the McSmart meal. At its launch, it was €5 for four items, wraps included. Today, no more wraps are available, and on top of that, the second burger costs an extra €1.20.
In short, you've got me. I'm done with your chain; it's become a complete joke.
For me, it's not a big deal, since Burger King isn't far away. But I still wanted you to know.
PS: This review is addressed solely to managers and decision-makers who give the directives. It is in no way directed at employees, who are simply following orders, often in equally disastrous conditions.

30/12/2025: First and last time at this McDonald's. The place was dirty and we couldn't find a clean table to sit at, which is a problem. The fries were cold. Very disappointing.

We ordered a burrito, a "salad," and nachos on Deliveroo.
- First of all, the salad: a big joke, if not false advertising! I'm attaching a photo of the salad Fresh Burritos advertises on its website vs. the salad I received 😉
A disgrace. The salad is supposed to be in a crispy wheat tortilla, nothing. €10.50 for a cheap little salad that I would have preferred to make myself.
- The burrito: once the packaging is removed, the sauce leaks and drips everywhere, and the burrito is cold! We have to eat it on a plate, with cutlery (ciao Mexico 👋).
- Nachos: €3.50 a bag with 10 ridiculous chips, and of course the sauces were miraculously omitted 🤷
To top it all off, the restaurant is unreachable. Yet another franchise hiding behind a broken hotline.
First and last time for us✌️

Vous réservez et votre table n'est pas prête et il manque les verres et les serviettes.je vous déconseille la choucroute car le chou est fade.
Mais cela reste copieux.
28/12/2023: Service incomplet, ce qui veut dire qu'il manque très souvent dans le menu par exemple des frites 🍟 pour que le menu soit complet, ou alors il y a une toute petite portion
De frites 🍟 pour 4 personnes lorsqu il y a 4 fois le même menu et on vous répond que c'est comme ça, c'est le menu. Oui c'est d accord il faut réclamer, mais sans résultat. Cela dépend je pense au caractère de chaque serveur. Autre exemple, on a déjà avaler la viande, alors que les frites 🍟 encore elles ne sont pas là, alors c'est un autre serveur qui apporte les fameuses frites, car effectivement elles sont fameuses ces frites 🍟 🍟. Les serveurs encore eux sont très souvent de bon humeur et très serviables, principalement celui qui parle avec un accent...circonflexe dans la bouche 🤑 (blague) celui là, il est très aimable, il a beaucoup d humour et réponse à tout, il virevolte, a droite à gauche entre les tables, évitant de justesse chiens 🐕 🐕 et enfants, sale gosses, toujours en train de hurlés et que les parents laissent toujours hurlés. Sinon dans l ensemble la maison 🏠 est en ordre et bien tenue, propre. Par contre, je plein les gens qui sont à proximité des toilettes 🚻, à cause des passages incessant s de tout le monde....entier, mais pratique en été, à cause des courants d'air frais que cela provoque et procure ainsi que le passage des cuisines, il me semble. Allez je jette l éponge car je suis à cours d idées 💡 pour l instant car je t aie à l œil 😉 L ANCIENNE !!! .

29/01/2026: They called me from the wrong number and then dared to criticize me behind the counter next to their colleagues. All they had to do was do their job properly and give the correct number. Very disappointed.

12/08/2024: After 3 orders I still had 2 faults... again yesterday I had a bug without fried onions (one I forgot?) the problem is that it's regular... so this time if it's the 3rd time, I leave a negative review.
I don't think I'll be back any time soon, knowing that BK and jsute are also worth it :/ came back to try the new burger, disappointment.
30/07/2024: With each order at least one error, staff not very competent and pleasant… After-sales service non-existent! Don't answer, don't call back!
It's time to question ourselves and change for the better!!

29/08/2024: I am a very big fan of their hamburgers but this is the 3rd time I have ordered and my steak is not cooked even though I asked for it to be cooked to medium-rare plus the hamburgers arrive frozen due to the fact that it is middle of the cans cold and dripping with their condensation I noticed for some time that the quality of the products was no longer there disappointed I will no longer repeat the experience

21/08/2024: Really disappointed with the welcome, no time to think, burnt bacon wholemeal bread certainly frozen I did not feel the taste of the food, it is really that they were in very very small quantities. Really unfriendly waiters. We disturbed them. We had to act quickly and above all not change our minds. Too expensive. 1st and last time.

11/08/2024: D'habitude, à part quelques problèmes de cuisson, tout était bien.
Mais là, fin juillet, c'est devenu pire.
On appelle pour une commande à emporter 1h30 avant, tout est noté ok.
J'arrive et la commande est en finition, super jusqu'ici.
Sauf que là, des clients avec une plus grosse commande me passe devant, sans qu'on m'explique pourquoi. Super le service...
Je prends sur moi et patiente tandis que ces clients n'arrêtent pas d'ajouter des choses à leur commande (bouteille de vin, coca,"je peux avoir une facture ?" etc).
Sauf qu'au moment où on s'occupe enfin de moi, l'employée se rend compte que le boss a donné notre portion de frites au groupe précédent ! Ni une ni 2, il en relance une. Sympa. Enfin non, même pas 2 min dans la friteuse, elles ne vont pas être cuites ! Et effectivement, ce sera confirmé à la dégustation par la suite...
Bref, je repars et je déguste ma commande. Enfin, c'est ce que je croyais.
Il fallait d'abord trouver quel hamburger était le sien sur 4. D'habitude, ils écrivent sur le haut de chaque boîte lequel c'est. Mais là, rien...Et visuellement, pas de différences.
L'hamburger "vegan" est devenu par magie un hamburger "végétarien".
Ben du coup, je n'ai presque rien mangé.Il était rempli de maïs que je déteste, d'une fine galette de pomme de terre, pas cuite. On en parle du gaspillage ?
Mon amie avait pris un à la sauce au poivre, son préféré. Mais là, à peine senti. Très peu de sauce.
Pareil pour mon autre amie qui avait pris Raclette, un mini bout dedans !
Sans compter que le bacon est servi avec des bouts de cartilage (plusieurs par tranche !) , alors faites gaffe !
Bref, ça se dégrade et nous avons décidé de ne plus y revenir.
25/05/2024: Accueil très sympa et homme d’auteur, particulièrement bon et copieux servi en plus avec des frites. Franchement je reviendrai volontiers. Avis, totalement partagé par mon fils de 16 ans

Je ne me souvient plus quand j'ai mangé une aussi mauvaise viande .
J'en ai laisser 3/4 dans l'assiette .
11/05/2024: Nous avons très bien et un service de qualité très professionnel qui est rare dans les chaînes de restaurants merci à Thibault D pour sa bon humeur ce qui a contribué à ce que nous passons un bon moments

Order at the terminal (dirty) but cashed without problem, waiting for almost 20 minutes without any attention from the 2 people on duty only to be told that the terminal did not send the order (I'm daydreaming!) Zero excuses, why since it’s paid! Both the person in the kitchen and the person at the counter touch the food and the cleaning cloth (which remains on the counter) with their bare hands. Installed outside among cigarette butts on a table....dirty. Forced to clean up ourselves! In short, the disaster.... dirty, no service and the burgers are really tasteless... the vitell was very good! Extremely disappointed with the whole thing. Farewell
04/05/2024: We usually stop at this restaurant on the road to vacation and we were satisfied with the value for money and the speed.
This time we waited in line for at least 20 minutes because of a terminal at the entrance: what is it for? To cause this queue because it is complicated to place the order on a robot which does not provide directions to take a vegetarian menu
The salad was not good and the falafels tasted like bleach
We will not come back again because the experience was very disappointing.
A word of advice: remove these robots because we need exchanges and relationships when we stop for lunch in Honfleur!
