20/02/2026: A real gem! Absolutely excellent!!! Fast, super friendly service, affordable prices, and the food is amazing!! I highly recommend it!!! Special mention for the allspice margarita and the gooey cookie for dessert.

22/02/2026: The place is ideal in so many ways. First, the brunch is affordable and very good. The server is lovely. The ice cream machine wasn't working, and we were given some delicious cookies as compensation, plus an extra savory dish. I have absolutely no complaints and highly recommend it.
15/02/2026: We were a group of 8 and received excellent service despite our late arrival, shortly before the kitchen closed. The food was delicious and plentiful; we had a wonderful evening!

04/01/2025: Friendly and fast service, nice sandwich selection. Not much meat for 10€, though. The round bread rolls are good but would never be confused with a NYC bagel. That's ok; authentic regional cuisines are the best thing about traveling.

18/01/2026: Very well located on Place des Terreaux in Lyon, the restaurant is not very big, the service is professional and friendly, good meats, I had a chili which was excellent.

08/12/2025: Tonight they refused to serve tea. If you don't order anything, the toilet is inaccessible. I've never seen anything like it! Shame on this shopkeeper. Hot chocolate was €3.80, not a drop of milk! There were two of us! I was barely allowed to sit down. I come from Franche-Comté; I'll remember the hospitality of Lyon.

11/02/2026: Place Bellecour... how can they allow only one toilet? For men and women together... out of hundreds of people shopping there... from a safety, hygiene, and customer service perspective. This establishment should have been closed to fix this urgently... plus, they're still using toilets! Scandalous... and irresponsible on McDonald's part too.
09/02/2026: A garbage dump and disastrous service... 18 minutes for a McFirst meal... served cold and without a napkin by indifferent staff... hygiene was questionable and the toilets were out of order.

07/02/2026: During my visit to the McDonald’s Confluence on February 7, 2026, at 8:30 p.m., I observed several breaches of food safety procedures.
In the kitchen, several crew members were not wearing hairnets. One crew member who came in from the counter had her hair partially tied back, without a hairnet. However, according to McDonald’s procedures, hairnets are mandatory at all production stations (kitchen, fry station, beverage station).
Furthermore, a transition from the counter to the kitchen was made without any visible handwashing, despite the prior handling of non-food items.
Having worked at McDonald’s, I am familiar with these procedures and their importance. They were not followed during this visit.
25/01/2026: We arrive, the floor is sticky...that sets the tone...
The meal was served cold, and the best part? We see the staff having fun throwing fries at each other, which fall...and then they put them back in our order!!
Next time I'm going across the street to the competition!

The food was decent, and the price didn't shock me.
