07/09/2024: A more than satisfying dinner. I opted for the €39 menu: everything was delicious, plentiful, without being “too much”. A perfect balance! Well-presented plates, pleasant to look at. Little extra for the starter: mimosa egg with its emulsion and chorizo ​​chips... A real delight! The waitresses were attentive, the decoration is lovely, in short… A very popular address.

07/09/2024: Nous avons passé une très bonne soirée et très bien dîné dans ce joli restaurant. La serveuse est adorable, les plats savoureux et le rapport qualité prix très correct. Réservation conseillée; ce samedi soir, beaucoup de personne se sont présentées et n'ont pas pu profiter d'un bon dîner au Jardin !

14/09/2024: During our visit to Troyes we had lunch here: 2* starters and 2* main course. We chose the daily recommendations (surprise) fish and meat and were not disappointed - the food was excellent. Everything was right in terms of price - rather cheap for the quality. The service was very nice and friendly. We also liked the bright and airy ambience - another highlight in Troyes.

14/09/2024: It was a discovery while passing through Troyes. Charming welcome. Minimalist but very well thought out decoration. What can we say about the meal... It was a delight from starter to dessert.. Beautiful presentation.. Time to taste each dish... without having the impression that the rest is already ready... What can we say about the price... A low price... Which is very rare to be highlighted, especially with this quality. A big congratulations...

22/06/2025: It went really badly! We had made a reservation for 8 pm. We arrived, but were left waiting for 15 minutes while they found us a table. An inexplicable wait: we waited a long time for our starters, and even longer for our main courses. An hour and 15 minutes to wait for a main course is not normal! On top of that, the server made a mistake by bringing us other dishes. We wanted to have dinner for the Fête de la Musique, so we arrived at 8 pm and left at 10:30 pm. At that time, there wasn't much left. The wait was long, and during that time, the music was playing way too loud in a cupboard; we had to turn it down. It's truly a shame. We were among the last to be served. We left the restaurant, practically the only ones left, meaning we were served last, while customers were pouring in, even though we had a reservation. I'm giving it 3 stars only in thanks for the goodwill gesture where they offered us free starters, even if €4 out of an average of €30 per person seems a bit meager considering the disaster it was. I'd never had any problems there before, though, so really, it's a shame to take reservations and crowds when you're not able to accommodate them.

04/12/2024: I've been to this restaurant several times, I'm not going to lie, the service is fast, the food is good but on the other hand the staff doesn't make an effort (I'm just talking about one person, the one who takes the orders, she is not smiling towards the customers, answers direct telephone calls while I am talking to you, frankly a little politeness please, if the customer wants to sit on one side, don't tell them if there is 'has a big group coming to you get off the table? But do you say that to a customer? When I went I had the impression that he was obliged to say bon appetit when they served us, no please, no goodbye, no nothing, frankly it's true that it's small details but it's necessary make an effort with customers

16/09/2024: We came to eat in the evening, we were seated straight away (reservation) The order was taken quickly, warm welcome. The proportions are generous and we ate well. The downside we were placed next to a door leading to the terrace, a door which was open throughout our meal and never closed... As a result, we had to close the door each time we passed and put the coat back on to eat.

Even offered me caramel coulis for my ice cream even though it was not stipulated on the menu. Good value for money. I will come back. I recommend it for Flammenküche lovers. Very thin dough and just cooked. Fast and friendly service.
