27/07/2026: The setting was superb and original, a beautiful barge on the waterfront with plenty of shade. The cocktails were good. (There were ants in the spritz, which was a shame, but it's summer, these things happen.) The charcuterie board was a bit light on charcuterie but had a good selection of cheese. (€18) Our waiter was rather unfriendly, even a bit unkind (the other waiters seemed more pleasant). Despite these minor issues, we had a good time.
26/07/2026: Delicious charcuterie & cheese platter with an excellent wine selection. Gourmand desserts were delicious. Staff were friendly & personable and forgiving of our poor French!

06/05/2026: The sandwich shop has changed a lot. I ordered a sandwich, and they served me a salad sandwich. They piled it full of salad; I felt like I was eating a Big Mac at McDonald's. There's hardly any meat anymore. Unfortunately, the bread is often burnt on one side. All this to say that it's not the same service as before. For the same price, you can get much better at the competitors next door.

26/07/2026: A charming spot in the heart of Troyes. The dining room and ambiance are understated yet elegant. The menu offers a variety of dishes and drinks to please every palate. The food is beautifully presented and expertly prepared. A lovely place to spend an evening with family or friends.

07/07/2026: Unpleasant welcome, waiter who spoke disrespectfully: "We know you young people." He lectured us because we wanted a glass of water at a table of five; the other four wanted to order something else. He wouldn't let us speak and interrupted us repeatedly and rudely. On top of that, the service was incredibly slow, and they messed up our order twice.

14/07/2026: Disappointed for the first time. The order wasn't what I ordered. They deliberately sent chicken wings instead of the drumsticks I ordered, without calling me, and it was only at the time of delivery that the driver (who was otherwise friendly) told me... It's not very professional. The order was paid for, so I accepted it (somewhat reluctantly). I'm not sure I'd order again.
21/06/2026: I recommend it, friendly staff, excellent pizzas, clean, fast and super tasty.

28/05/2026: I contacted Le Pavé des Halles for my birthday cold buffet. The quality and quantity were excellent.
Mr. Sourie's professionalism and helpfulness, as well as that of his entire team, deserve special mention.
I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again if needed. Top-notch.

01/06/2026: The staff is very welcoming for a Kebab shop, the kebab is not the cheapest but it’s definitely the most “worth the price” that I found in the city. I’ll leave 4/5 for atmosphere as it’s not my cup of tea but nothing particularly wrong

05/04/2026: Once seated, barely two minutes later, the waitress arrived and mumbled, "What would you like?" A lamb skewer couscous. On the plus side, the meat was good.
However, the vegetables and sauce were tasteless (I wonder how they manage to make such a bland dish).
The semolina was quickly cooked and indigestible.
For the first time in my life, I didn't finish my plate.

18/05/2026: A delicious plat du jour. A three-course menu for 20.50 euros. Baguette and water included. The service is friendly and your food is served quickly. Only a large glass of beer was quite on the pricey side, namely 9.50 for a Leffe Blond.
