18/04/2024: Popular restaurant that serves reasonably priced food. The dish was good with fresh, homemade products. As for dessert, I should have abstained (gourmet tea): the ice cream was tasteless and crystallized, the tiramisu tasted like crème brûlée, a colleague couldn't eat her chocolate cake which tasted like water . The service is straightforward but sometimes too familiar. I will not come back.

03/04/2024: If you want to go to a restaurant in Troyes, you should definitely go to Bodrum Kebab. I work away in France all the time and go to kebab shops in every region. I have never seen or heard of a place that is so clean, so meticulous, so delicious and so affordable. He and his wife are doing a great job in discipline, I definitely recommend them...

04/05/2024: A delight! The dishes are plentiful and tasty, the waiters are very friendly, the service is fast and professional, no complaints. The vegetarian burger (Rosa) is the best I have tasted, I recommend it!

26/04/2024: The Rosapark is double or nothing, either there is no one and you are served quickly, or there are people and you have to be patient. For burgers it's not a revolution but it does the job

04/04/2024: Nice restaurant, next door Mercure hotel Troyes. Ordered table via app. Upon entering, immediately welcome and nice waiters. The food is excellent. Excellent house wine. At the end of your dinner, you hardly see any waiters anymore, they are eating themselves. Downside, so 1 star less on the service. We wanted to order something, but no one came. Highly recommended for lunch or dinner, as is the center of Troyes

16/03/2024: The bosses are big rats, I've been coming every day for a week for tobacco and coffee, I asked once to go to the toilet and was refused access because this time I hadn't had coffee. In addition, the owner smokes in the tobacconist even though it is illegal since it is a public place but yet they put up the sign banning smoking, from Monday I will call the competent authorities to denounce them.

26/03/2024: 16.50€ delivery for a tiny kebab, honestly I've never seen that. Stale and dry bread. Almost no sauce. Only the meat is passable. How long do fries stay in the open air to get this texture? + No sauce with the fries at this price? Never again

25/03/2024: The kebab plate is very generous and the bulgur is well cooked. The staff is very nice and very friendly. I recommend if you are in downtown Troyes.

28/04/2024: What a beautiful charming hotel with all the comfort and service of a 5*. I sincerely recommend it, the staff is attentive and available at any time. The rooms are decorated with care and we enjoyed the garden and the calm. Every detail is appreciable, and makes you want to stop to contemplate... A bucolic place in the heart of Troyes. Thank you Julie for all your little addresses, this stay was all the more pleasant. And thank you to the chef for this starred dinner which delighted our taste buds, we did not expect to have such a good dinner in a hotel. See you soon !

06/03/2024: Everything started well, the boss welcomed us pleasantly, offering a cushion and a small dish suitable for our little boy. Then our dishes arrived. The steak is not worthy of a Chinese buffet, a slice of rubber sole and obviously overcooked. The "lasagna" is in fact a rubbish gratin, containing a slice of white ham and an impossible to identify meat, bullion beans but neither tomato sauce nor béchamel. All oiled and re-annealed. We didn't finish but the midges seemed to like it. Seeing our almost full plates at the side of the table, the gentleman was careful not to ask our opinion and hid in the kitchen without offering dessert, coffee or a bill. I went to the counter so I could leave this establishment faster.
