We had the choice between around ten hot ciabata sandwiches, rather elaborate and sought after flavors that we did not know, which brings an original touch to traditional sandwiches. The welcome from the owner was very warm as were these dishes. We have adored ! I recommend it for a quick break between two visits

29/07/2023: Really awesome triple cheese burger with liquid cheese on the inside and an omelette on top. The hammer. I would have liked to get the Big Kahuna platter, but that's for 8 people. Great atmosphere. Unfortunately there are no milkshakes here. But the best burgers.

03/04/2024: If you want to go to a restaurant in Troyes, you should definitely go to Bodrum Kebab. I work away in France all the time and go to kebab shops in every region. I have never seen or heard of a place that is so clean, so meticulous, so delicious and so affordable. He and his wife are doing a great job in discipline, I definitely recommend them...

02/04/2024: Hotel super well located at the entrance to the city center of Troyes, ideal for doing everything on foot.
Very comfortable, we had the suite with two bedrooms. Very modern and neat decoration. Comfortable bedding, spacious rooms, very well soundproofed. Buffet breakfast, could be more varied but sufficient.
Very pleasant and friendly staff.
