18/09/2024: Cuisine trop traditionnelle !! Rien d'extraordinaire !! Le service est parfait mais ce n'est plus du tout l'ambiance et la chaleur JUNG ni même Franck Pellux et son épouse ! Les 4 verres qu'on nous a servi sont trop chers (78€) pour des vins sympas, (dont les locaux connaissent les prix pour les 2 verres de vins Alsaciens) mais pas extraordinaires et en quantités inferieures à ce qu'on trouve dans des restaurants similaires !! D'ailleurs la clientèle strasbourgeoise a l'air d'avoir déserté ce restaurant.
07/09/2024: Nous avons été avec mon frère pour fêter son diplôme. Nous n'avons pas décoller....L'accueil est parfait. L'équipe est au petit soin. Nous avons pris le menu découverte. Une déclinaison de vin et de boissons sans alcool. La sélection de vins était ponctuée de belle découverte. La déclinaison sans alcool n'a pas vraiment d'intérêt. Côté plat, des cuissons maîtrisées mais il ne s'est vraiment rien passé au niveau goût. C'était tout juste bon.

14/09/2024: Wir waren zum Mittagessen in diesm fantastischen Restaurant. Der Tisch im zweiten Stock mit Blick in die Küche war toll. Der Service sehr aufmerksam, nett und fachkundig mit Humor wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Essen war vorzüglich sehr schön zubereitet und von hersusragender Qualität, der Wein sehr passend und sehr fein. Wir können dieses Restaurant sehr empfehlen es ist ein Erlebnis hier Gast zu sein.

The beauty and refinement of the dishes contribute greatly to this beautiful culinary escapade through beefsteak tomatoes, lobster, caviar....
Conversely, we were disappointed by the service, only false notes!
The waiter came to take our choice of wines even though we did not have the menu [...difficult to choose... ] Clearing one of the plates while my partner was still eating... Coffee served without spoon or sugar. ..
We choose the “prestige” wine pairing at €90 per person / 5 glasses [white wine pairings of our choice]. We were very surprised to see different wines [different countries, grape varieties, winemakers] served in the same glass!
New trend? New practice? The explanations given by the server did not convince us, especially the ecological argument!
What a shame!

20/10/2024: En visite à Strasbourg, nous sommes arrivés au restaurant sans réservé (je précise) un vendredi soir à 19h30 avec un restaurant vide. J’ai demandé à la serveuse me fixant avec insistance et me dit assez froidement que toutes les tables sont réservés (pas de chance). J’ai proposé au vu des kilomètres à pieds que nous avons fait du centre ville de manger sur leur terrasse à ce moment là vide également comme il ne faisait pas froid, et me répond sèchement qu’ils ne servent pas en terrasse .. ce qui je trouve est dommage pour le patron de l’établissement que c’est deux couverts de perdus… je ne peux juger donc sur la cuisine mais en tout cas, je trouve qu’ils auraient pu trouver une solution pour nous accueillir.

27/08/2024: Prix exorbitants surtout pour des tapas, qui n'étaient pas à la hauteur de véritables tapas...tant au niveau de la présentation, que des saveurs ou encore de la diversité...
Nous étions 4 personnes et systématiquement nous étions servi pour 3 personnes donc obligé de recommander pour que chacun en est un....donc vente forcée, trop facile....
Et en plus, de la bière pas fraîche...et oui ils avaient oublié de la mettre au frigo !!!

31/08/2024: Siamo arrivati versò le 19 . Non era affatto affollato. Cameriere un po impacciati ma gentili. Abbiamo ordinato una grigliata mista di carne per 2. Arrivata dopo 1 ora di attesa. Il Cameriere si era scordato. Carne buonina alla griglia. Pulizia del locale da rivedere. Bagni sporchi e degradati. Prezzo nella norma. Si può fare di meglio.

The owner was charming and had very good wine advice. The dishes were hearty and full of flavor.
The room is very nice. The prices are slightly high, but the quality of the dishes explains it.

09/03/2024: I went to this kebab shop by chance and it was love at first sight although the restaurant is a bit small the taste doesn't change the cooks are very friendly and my even makes a reduction of 5€ because their tpu does not do not walk I strongly recommend otherwise I do not recommend going on Wednesday lunchtime it is at that time crowded

24/09/2024: Hotel without reception, it is on a bar street that is super noisy at night on the weekend, it has nothing more than the coffee maker socket and little light, no elevator the only good thing is a fairly comfortable bed and it is in the center, I was there 2 nights, I wouldn't go back.

28/09/2024: Order placed a week ago for more than €3000 from a sales consultant with delivery, seller who checked my address in store and did not inform me of any error that day...
Confirmation email indicating that my order has been processed.
On the day of delivery I am called to "check my address" and I am informed that the carrier does not deliver to my address following a postal code error on my Ikea family card....I do not see the report, given that the order form clearly specifies my delivery commune (7km from Ikea, a well-served and well-known Strasbourg commune).
I was asked to cancel my delivery and return to the store to start all over again.
Obviously no one had taken the time to check my address before delivery.
It's a shame because it was a big order for my family....

As a loyal customer of the IKEA brand, whose products I have enjoyed for years, I recently contacted the after-sales service of the IKEA store in Strasbourg regarding an oil maker whose cap did not open. When I explained my problem to Ms. Khadja, the customer service advisor, her first reaction was to tell me: "You need to clean this oil maker before bringing it back, I can't do it that way." I then told him that I had not been able to clean it inside because the cap did not open, but that the outside of the product was clean. Following my response, she informed me that she could not find this purchase in my IKEA Family account and therefore could not do anything. She then sent us away without any attempt to resolve the problem, with a rude attitude which I believe does not reflect IKEA's customer policy.
My questions are:
1. Is it IKEA's customer policy to deal disrespectfully with a customer who returns a kitchen product (with a clean exterior, and which only contains olive oil) inside) saying, "What is that, you brought it back without washing it?", which shows a clear lack of training and courtesy?
2. How come this advisor was not able to find my invoice, even though I was able to access my purchase history on my customer account and provide her with a screenshot?
As a customer who has shopped in various countries, I am familiar with IKEA's customer service policy, and I know that is not how you treat your customers. I think this employee should be called to order and undergo new training in communication and customer service.
