10/03/2026: Absolutely delighted! 🥰🥰 From aperitif to dessert, everything was excellent, with a special mention for the pigeon – an explosion of flavors in every bite. Not forgetting the superb wines that accompanied the meal. A huge congratulations to the Chef 👍 for this sumptuous meal and to the entire team 👍. I highly recommend the restaurant and we will be back soon.

23/03/2026: A wonderful discovery: a simple yet welcoming place, a small menu but a guarantee of quality: this was certainly the case, the dishes were cooked with subtlety and flavor, and beautifully presented. Proof of this was the carpaccio, which was as beautiful as it was delicious. The owner sells his dishes and desserts with passion. The team is very friendly and the prices are reasonable. We give it 5 stars without hesitation ⭐️

The staff is incredibly kind and attentive without being intrusive. A highly recommended address for experiencing Michelin-starred cuisine for the first time.
08/03/2026: The setting was sublime, and the service exceptional—very attentive and pleasant. The team accommodated dietary requirements without any problem and with great kindness.
The six-course menu was exceptional: French cuisine showcasing high-quality local Alsatian products. Each dish had a surprising, interesting, and delicious twist, making the experience even more memorable.
I was particularly impressed by the scallops and the truffle dish.
Everything was extremely refined, with perfectly balanced flavors.
The wine list is extensive, although the prices sometimes seem unreasonable compared to their market value. But with a little searching, you can find some truly excellent bottles.

24/03/2026: Very long wait: over an hour for the daily special, which was far too salty. The waiter was unfriendly when we pointed it out. Avoid this place. Very noisy dining room.
23/03/2026: The atmosphere is very pleasant and welcoming. It's an excellent place for groups, as there's often space available, even for larger groups. They transform into a terrace and have a varied beer menu.

15/02/2026: The room was quite small and lacked any particular charm, with closet doors that only opened partially. Soundproofing was inadequate: on weekends, noise from nightlife could be disruptive (waking up around 5 a.m.). On the plus side, the bedding was very good quality.
The lack of a physical reception made the experience feel somewhat cold and impersonal: instructions were sent by email and keys had to be collected at the entrance. However, the central location was a real advantage, allowing quick access to amenities. The price-quality ratio was still acceptable.

The hotel is very well located! Everything is within walking distance.
Before my stay, I was worried about noise because of the reviews. While it's true we could hear some street noise, it didn't stop us from having a good night's sleep!

28/01/2026: "An excellent discovery! I was particularly impressed by the chef's generosity: the bread was very generously filled, with a perfect balance between the meat and the raw vegetables from start to finish.
Special mention for the fries, perfectly golden and crispy, just the way we like them, which is becoming rare. They're serious about quality, both in terms of quantity and quality. I'll definitely be back!"

08/03/2026: The owners were very welcoming. The grilled lamb chops were delicious, and even the kids loved the lamb sandwiches. They were especially fragrant when they were freshly served, piping hot.
The only downside was that the food cooled down quite quickly. If the fries got cold, they weren't as tasty, so please eat them heartily. Alternatively, the owner could perhaps reheat the plates a little (we could look into that). Thank you!
