17/08/2026: Honestly, nothing to add: fantastic restaurant, fresh ingredients, fast service, and a team that's always smiling. 👌 I often come all the way from Strasbourg specifically to eat there, and every time I receive a warm welcome. It's always so good; I try a bit of everything there, and I'm never disappointed. Today, it was Pidé… and once again, a masterclass. 🔥 5 stars, well deserved ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Don't wait, go try it! Honestly, it's amazing. 😮‍💨

30/04/2026: Deliveroo order! Delivered on time. BUT, I ordered extra fries (which were charged), and I don't know where they are! No bread was delivered with my merguez platter!! Unheard of. The amount of salad and fries was clearly disappointing for the price. They were even mixed together, resulting in soggy, limp fries. In short, disappointed! The merguez sausages were good...

18/04/2026: Absolutely delicious. The best in the area and cheaper than Doy Doy. Parking nearby, close to the stadium. The €11 set menu is incredible.

19/06/2026: We were promised an authentic Portuguese culinary experience (the food was fine for me), but I'm not sure Portugese cuisine has to include so many condescending remarks about your looks and unnecessary amounts of touching to the face and shoulders while serving you. My child was unnecessarily touched on their face and shoulders repeatedly, having handled food and drink immediately prior to coming to visit our table. This left them feeling uncomfortable and mildly distressed deform the experience. When the bill was presented the same waitress made a remark about how the young man was paying, which maybe didn't translate well from Portugese to French but it came across as rude. Any interaction with this waitress just made our visit to this restaurant worse, which is a shame as the outdoor setting is beautiful and they take great care in the decor. The other waiters and waitresses didn't seem so condescending towards the guests. The menu itself is very meat heavy and a bit light on vegetables. Order the fish with a soup for a decent experience otherwise they don't season the meat very much. The drinks are at least ok and the whole meal was reasonably priced for Strasbourg. Shame it had to be ruined by the waitress.

12/08/2026: An exceptional experience on the banks of the Ill River. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the elegance and refinement of the setting. The white-clothed tables, tastefully decorated, created a serene and very welcoming atmosphere. The exquisite cuisine completely charmed us. Every detail, from the delicate presentation of the amuse-bouches served in small bowls to the wine selection, testifies to remarkable expertise. We had an unforgettable time and will gladly return.

09/08/2026: We've stayed here before as a couple and again this weekend as a family. The hotel is still as beautiful and very well maintained. The staff are always smiling and attentive to guests. The meals are delicious. The breakfast is exceptional. The rooms are very clean and well-equipped. We can't wait to go back.

17/08/2026: One of the best meals I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying. I was contacted a fortnight in advance to inquire about allergies and preferences, and the chef’s tasting menu offered to me took these into account whilst presenting many welcome surprises. The food was all exceptional in taste, beautifully presented and well-explained. There is an à la carte menu but I recommend asking for the tasting menu as you will have the opportunity to try food you would never ordinarily sample. The sommelier was excellent in providing a flight of wines tailored to my request to explore Alsatian wines. The evening is certainly not a cheap one but should be considered as an experience rather than just a meal - it remains the highlight of my visit to Strasbourg. (As one point of minor feedback, whilst the tasting menu options - 4, 6 or 8 courses - were presented alongside prices, the options for the flight of wine were explained without reference to the price. Although it turned out to be reasonably priced, it would have been useful to be told the price at the time of ordering.) A final mention should go to the cheeseboard, an additional option highly recommended, in particular the 42 month aged Comté, a very rare find. In all, an outstanding meal, and the restaurant deserves far more than one Michelin star. I very much look forward to returning.

12/08/2026: A truly remarkable experience in the heart of Strasbourg. Everything was exquisitely executed, from the precision of the cooking to the subtlety of the flavors. I was particularly captivated by the creative presentation of the appetizers served on a ceramic tree-shaped stand. It's the kind of detail that demonstrates genuine aesthetic sensibility. We had a delightful time, each dish a visual and gustatory discovery. A place to remember for special occasions.

20/08/2026: It's a bit quieter between 4:30 and 6:00 PM. Otherwise, reservations are essential. Delicious tarte flambée, but the small tables can get crowded.

20/08/2026: Very, very good food in the Alsatian style, with a slight modern twist. Super friendly and very dedicated service.

06/08/2026: Restaurant in Eschau. Large parking lot in front of the restaurant. Spacious indoor dining room and also a large outdoor terrace. Very busy, with many regulars. The waitresses are smiling and friendly. Plenty of choices, including the daily special and set menus. I opted for an Alsatian salad which was excellent, although there were a lot of raw vegetables and not much Gruyère cheese. It wasn't the Alsatian salad I was used to. A minor complaint about the beer (€11.60 for 50cl!!!!!) and the cappuccino (lots of whipped cream and not much coffee). Good place to eat in Eschau

09/07/2026: The food is excellent, and the service, both in the dining room and the dishwashing, is impeccable. Unfortunately, the experience is spoiled by the behavior of Jacques, the bartender. He is particularly unpleasant, and his attitude ruins the restaurant's atmosphere. When working in customer service, a minimum of professionalism, respect, and courtesy is expected. A more pleasant way of speaking to customers would make a real difference. Furthermore, he is rarely seen leaving his bar during the evening. On the other hand, he is easily overheard talking loudly with the brunette waitress about matters that have no place in front of the customers. This lack of discretion detracts from the restaurant's ambiance. It's a real shame, because the quality of the food, the service, and the dishwashing deserve to be highlighted.

26/07/2026: Good evening. I'm writing to express my opinion about your restaurant: 1. The meat was tasteless and the colors were strange. 2. The bread was homemade, yes, but it was best to keep it for the next day. 3. The can of soda was dirty with small specks of dust on it. 4. The tiramisu was runny. 5. The employees were sweating and showed no respect.
