12/07/2026: We dined at Le Millésime and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We opted for the six-course tasting menu, which was based on the chef's inspiration. Everything was presented with finesse and elegance. The balance of flavors was perfectly achieved. Special mention goes to the sweetbreads, which were particularly delicious. The waitstaff were professional and attentive while remaining discreet. We will be back!

18/07/2026: Hello, this was not a tourist place. Authentic Bourgogne fair. Delicious, I had the Veal my wife the beef, Foi Gras, exceptionally good. Ladies running the place were very nice. Place was packed with local folks. Price was good. Get a reservation. Thanks.

18/07/2026: It's always a pleasure to eat there. The food is excellent, and the service is just as good. Ask for the wine by the glass—it's a surprise! The owner is a wine lover and always has great recommendations.

01/06/2026: This restaurant is incredible. A friendly atmosphere, an amazing wine and beer list, and fair prices. The food is simply outstanding. The meat is of very high quality and all-you-can-eat, again at a reasonable price. BRAVO to the team at La Braserade for bringing this concept to Dijon!

A journey to delight your taste buds. The ambiance and decor were perfect, as was the welcome. We highly recommend it and will definitely return! Bravo to the kitchen team for their excellent work and elegant decor.

At the helm: Nicolas Isnard and David Le Comte. Your cabin manager will be Cécile... The rest is executed flawlessly; they'll take you on a culinary journey around the world. It's artistic and, above all, delicious—truly delicious, with no risk of jet lag. My only regret is that this company doesn't offer a loyalty program, as I would have loved to accumulate some miles. Bravo! You are an honor to French cuisine and to a fresh interpretation of world cuisines. Keep up the good work, it's perfect, and thank you again for offering such wonderful experiences. Ultimately, the best job in the world isn't pilot, it's chef.

25/04/2026: Hello, We were at the Palais des Congrès for a week-long business event and it was with immense pleasure that we ate five meals at Pizz'Artistes. Rémi, Zoé, the pizza chef, and the cook take excellent care of you. The portions are generous and the service (Zoé 😉) is impeccable. This was our second trip to Dijon, and if the opportunity arises for a third time, we will return without hesitation. I should mention that they don't just serve pizzas 🍕... there are plenty of other delicious options, so take a look at the menu and, above all, stop by Pizz'Artistes 😉. 06/07/2026: An absolute disgrace. We went there in person to reserve a table for 10 people for the Spain-Portugal match. The guy told us the time was 8:30 pm. We arrived right on time, and then, complete dishonesty: he insisted he'd told us 8 pm, was condescending, and canceled everything. Not only is the guy incapable of managing his reservations, but he also verbally abuses customers, speaks extremely rudely, and makes us wait around like we're nothing. The result: 10 lost customers who were there to buy food and drinks, and we almost missed the start of the match because of his incompetence and arrogance. Appalling service, no sense of customer service whatsoever, avoid at all costs!

28/06/2026: A very big thank you to the waiters who take advantage of the back courtyard to chat, smoke and laugh while emptying glass bottles, which prevented us from leaving the windows of the apartment we had rented open to air it out until 1:30 or 2:00 am, despite several complaints.

20/05/2026: Excellent daily menu, friendly welcome and service. Fast service. I recommend it.

14/07/2026: Nice stop after a long drive. The cheesecake and pie were both delicious — well worth trying. The coffee was the letdown though: the “black coffee” wasn’t actually black, and the latte macchiato had way too much coffee powder in it. Great for a sweet treat, but I’d skip the coffee.

05/07/2026: Excellent tea room; their chai latte made with plant-based milk is to die for. It's often packed, so be sure to arrive early or make a reservation.

12/04/2026: The restaurant wasn't very clean the day we came (there was trash under the lid where you put the bucket on the table, and the toilets smelled strongly). The waiter was friendly and helpful. The food was good.

20/03/2026: Geoffrey and Edem gave us a very warm welcome! We were greeted with great kindness and consideration. The food was delicious and fresh. Throughout the meal, we checked in to see if everything was alright. Overall, a fantastic experience with a fantastic team – we'll be back!
