31/08/2026: Probably the best pub in Bordeaux. The burgers and other dishes are prepared with uncommon flair and in generous portions. The menu changes seasonally, with different burgers each week, more tartare in the summer, and pies in the winter. The traditional fish and chips, with minty mushy peas, is served year-round. On weekends, a full English breakfast is offered, and on Sundays during the winter, they serve the sonorro, a magnificently roasted meat. If you think the English aren't known for their cuisine, head straight to Sweeney Todd's; you'll change your mind! A special mention goes to the staff, who are exceptionally friendly!

25/08/2026: I often eat mussels, from Brittany to the Adriatic... HERE I definitely had the best "moules marinières" (mussels in white wine), served with excellent service and the staff in great spirits. A lucky find that I'll definitely visit again next time I'm in Bordeaux.

12/09/2026: I could not recommend a better hotel to stay at if you are visiting Paris. My appreciation is so immense, that I'm making this review while I'm still actively staying in the hotel. I was treated exceptionally by Ignacio, Erika and Kheira F. The three of them made my stay feel like a breeze, with exceptional service, incredible attentiveness and warmly accommodating. I booked my room via the phone through Kheira F. who was amazing, and also welcomed me the night of my arrival. Ignacio and Erika were very patient and accommodating upon my arrival, and were able to sort me out with an early check in. This is one of the most hardworking trio's of hotel servicemen that I've experienced in my life. I'll be sure to recommend this group to everybody that I speak with. Make your Paris trip one to remember, by booking a reservation at the Hotel Wallace in Paris!

Our friends discovered your place and loved it too, and they thank you in turn for the many services, the advice, the kindness, and the fantastic atmosphere! I also want to thank you again for the personalized touch for my birthday. You weren't obligated to do it, but you did it brilliantly; I loved it! 31/08/2026: A truly cinematic experience in a simple, dark setting with a magnificent wine cellar. A divine meal, amuse-bouches, a savory canelé, starters, and main courses so beautiful you almost hesitate to taste them! And canelés from a three-time world champion—simply marvelous. With attentive staff… what an evening! 🥰 WE LOVED IT…

24/03/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant. The staff is incredibly welcoming and attentive. The food is plentiful and beautifully presented. And surprisingly, it's all at a reasonable price. These days, sharing is key... we'll definitely be back. For your information: 2 aperitifs, 2 main courses, 2 coffees (1 of which was a gourmet coffee).

10/08/2026: Probably one of the first pubs in Bordeaux, if not the very first. I knew it from the beginning; it's where I discovered traditional darts and Guinness. Three changes of ownership since Martin. After a period of neglect, darts made a strong comeback. We created the Dartistes Associés there, the first club, then a departmental committee, and finally a league. What remains of it all? I don't know. But great memories and friends.

10/09/2026: Great kebab! I ate there with friends and we were very well received. The food was excellent and homemade. I highly recommend it.
