23/08/2024: Very pleasant staff but unfortunately the kebab is rubbish I asked for tomato and onion salad I only got onions, samurai sauce not felt once, the ultra salty chicken kebab meat of the low end, the hard industrial bread and in short a kebab which is really not worth it

03/09/2024: 2 kebabs, sec, sans goût. Origi aire de lille je me suis dit pourquoi pas et la déception maxi kebab de rien du tout viande plus sèche qu'une feuille cartonnée, pain sec bref pas bon. Livraison rapide et livreur sympathique mais pour le côté nourriture plus jamais. Le pire kebab de ma vie.

11/12/2024: Always very satisfied when I order pizza or pasta delivery. I love their spaghetti bolognese and carbonara. Their desserts are very good, especially the pistachio tiramisu. Their products are of excellent quality at a very affordable price. They are very kind, very smiling and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Small downside on the slightly long service (entered at 12:30 p.m., left at 2:45 p.m....the wait between starter and main course was too long...this can however happen, I just hope it's not a habit ) We will return with pleasure

02/09/2024: Hello. We went to eat last night. Enormous disappointment, 35 minutes to receive the drinks, 1 hour 20 to get our meals, the cold fries? The missing sauces we had to request the missing sauces 3 times I have. Had to go to the counter to finally get them? They serve you a fig salad but without figs? The least we can do is point it out. I could have understood if the restaurant was packed but that was not the case. So I don't recommend this place to anyone.

02/09/2024: In response to your feedback I had put a very good review in 2021, which I had to modify to put the new negative You didn't bother to answer it at the time. Regarding the service, when we arrived there was almost no one left Indeed, you should have taken a few days off to avoid your headaches. When you cannot manage a service the day before the start of the school year, you close your establishment. For the cherry tomatoes and figs, sorry but there were none 3 grains of corn and your cubed tomatoes (not cherry tomatoes, so not the same taste) I was just waiting for someone to let me know and a little “sorry” It's not much What is certain is that I will favor a restaurant in the center of Bavay (very good pizzeria not to mention it) which has "knowledge" and the quality of service is highlighted and respect for customer You still have a lot of work Since 2021, we have been regular customers where the service and dishes have satisfied us despite sometimes a few bugs or oversights but not serious. But last night it was a real disaster 1h30 wait to receive our dishes which were also cold (cold fries, undercooked) plates prepared without any conviction As for my salad, missing ingredients are replaced without warning or even an apology. And soon I'm the idiot and I'm made to look like nothing at all I know this salad by heart and I know the ingredients in it perfectly because I order it every time. The least you could do was warn me about the missing ingredients. Our friends and we said it was good last time. We were really disappointed.

14/08/2024: Nice place and nice service Too bad we found a hair of beard on a plate (bad luck, it happens) - the dish in question was offered. It’s also a shame that the salmon penne is not on the menu at the weekend. Also, I know it's a steakhouse but when there's a group of people coming and one person is vegetarian, their only option is the honey-goat cheese salad. If other options are added, the experiment can be repeated.

07/09/2024: Pitiful service, served in 5 minutes even after ordering an aperitif. And I'm not talking about the pile of meat including the carbonade, to believe that they have free meat, in short, waste!! We will not return there.

06/09/2024: I tried Le Welch au Poulet, and it was beyond my expectations! If you're in Lille and looking to try something new and delicious, I highly recommend giving it a go.

20/01/2025: I would like to report a disappointing experience that I encountered several times in your establishment. Being a regular customer of your KFC, I was surprised by the unprofessional behavior of one of your managers (in any case she must be the only one), who often seems to lack friendliness towards customers. However, what pushed me to write this message mainly concerns the use of loyalty points at the drive. This is now the second time that I have been refused to use my loyalty points on the pretext that they are not applicable to the drive. However, this excuse seems unfounded, because I was able to use my points without problem in another KFC, also via the drive. This gives the impression that staff, particularly at the drive-thru, are not properly trained or do not want to make the effort to apply this option, which is unacceptable. I would like to remind you that it is not a question of money, but a question of respect for the customer and the commitments of your loyalty program. I will not return to this establishment if this type of problem persists, and if so, next time, I will ask for the complaints log directly. Please take this feedback into account to improve training and the quality of service in this restaurant.

18/01/2025: The friendliness of the teams needs to be reviewed The cleanliness of the restaurant needs to be reviewed The sauces are not unlimited, which is understandable, however you still have to put some in the sandwiches (just to respect KFC recipes) One of the terminals has a touchscreen problem (unless it's because of the grease on it)

05/01/2025: Disappointing... here's what we call a large fry at Gaiguette... That's changed a lot in a while... We pay the price of a large fry for a portion like this. Very disappointed, this is not the first time, each time we tell ourselves that it will be fine, that it is surely a mistake but no.

06/11/2024: A very good chip shop, a rather friendly welcome and reasonable prices. Too bad no credit card because it's always annoying to go to the ATM. In any case I recommend.

28/04/2024: Ideal for an overnight stay in transit. Neat rooms, friendly staff, as is known in the north of France. The Chitis! Breakfast really great.

27/04/2024: It is absolutely OK to spend the night before the crossing. The distance to the ferry is optimal. Rooms are clean and quiet. It is not suitable for a longer stay.
