The staff is welcoming, smiling and very friendly.

The service is good
The cooking on the other hand was really disastrous. We were disappointed across the board from main course to dessert. A concrete example was the salad not fresh, but the Welsh was mediocre, the worst was the desserts.
01/04/2024: Fairly friendly restaurant, offering rather good local dishes, with very good value for money. Good room service.
So much for the positive points... The "fresh fries" (yes yes, without "S" according to their sign), look and taste a lot like frozen. Pâté without much interest. Midges were flying around the bar during our meal (our table was right next to it). The tables were quite crowded, but probably due to a room rearrangement for several large groups.
There are much worse, but I have found better.

03/03/2024: Wonderful place on the quays, warm and welcoming place, I had the impression of being transported to the Nordic countries. Beautifully decorated plates of 4 salmon at the top and the plate of excellent profiteroles.
Compare to other restaurants on the quays where the bill can be excessive for a fried steak, I really ate quality food that was fresh and good for your health.

21/02/2024: Very very disappointed this time, we ordered an order for almost €70 on Saturday evening with friends.
2 vol-au-vent plates (one of which had turned)
1 American filet plate
2 fish skewers (overcooked and wooden skewer broken from the inside)
2 poulicrok
2 skewers (overcooked, extremely tough meat)
2 large fries
1 langoustine sandwich.
I will no longer order from you unfortunately.

I'm not going to INVENT something that isn't true! And certainly not comment to “dirty” your Image after more than 5 years of ordering from you… no interest!! 🤷🏼♀️ the facts are there and I’m sharing them with you. Don't be in bad faith with negative reviews 😕

24/02/2024: Dishes regularly inedible due to excess salt. Despite numerous comments to the chef, he continues to add too much salt to the marinades, sauces and vegetables. Thursday evening I returned my dish after the first bite just like that of a friend, we were then served a decent fish fillet but the vegetables were also too salty. Instead of being a pleasure, these meals on the 2nd and 4th Thursday become a source of apprehension. I come to rejoice when it's closed and we go to dinner elsewhere. Next time I would ask for a salt-free menu. What should be done so that the chef finally understands that excess salt is poison?
