27/03/2024: Arrived on Thursday March 21 at 9:30 p.m. Restaurant closed and kitchen off. The owners, who were finishing the evening with friends, kindly agreed to prepare me a delicious pasta dish with a beer? A very pleasant evening. A no-frills place, but highly recommended.

03/04/2024: I booked the hotel at a very reasonable price in summer 2023 for a stay in May 2024.
Now, more than 6 months later, they canceled my guaranteed and prepaid booking on short notice.
I would have had no problems with this if the hotel canceled the booking until let's say two or four weeks after booking. Half a year later is absolutely ridiculous.
So please be aware that the hotel does not hesitate to cancel your booking when they are unhappy with the rate you paid.

Conquered by this small, typical old-fashioned restaurant.
07/02/2024: I went there with my father and we really enjoyed it. He had a welsh and I had a potjevleesch, the quantities were reasonable and the atmosphere was very friendly. I will definitely return and highly recommend.

26/03/2024: Took a few of some locals here to try some tradition Eritrean & Ethiopian food . This turned out to be a full on experience. The food was amazing the team were super welcoming and happy to explain the food and more about the culture as well as traditions .
The restaurant is fairly new so it definitely has alot of potential to what it can become . See you soon when I’m in Lille again !
