However, prices have increased considerably and the quantity has decreased suddenly over the past 2 months.
I find that a shame.
The exorbitant price of desserts... not even homemade, it's reheated and don't let anyone tell me it's fake because I had a fondant for 10 euros with my heart still frozen!
In short I find that the quality is lost even though it is a great address
On the other hand, the staff has nothing to say ;)

We had a very pleasant experience.
17/08/2024: Very limited choice on Saturday (3 dishes available excluding brunch) We had toast. They are good but nothing more. The apple raspberry juice is very good

02/09/2024: Stranded here today (September 2, 2024). I was spoiled with a delicious vegan wine, risotto and mango-rhubarb crumble.
The chef was nice and relaxed and occasionally chatted with acquaintances who passed by. I think that's nice to see. If I ever come to Lyon again, I will definitely come back!
22/08/2024: Stopped here for coffee and pastries. Was greeted with: 'I don't have time'. Not even a smile.
Yet all tables inside were unoccupied...
I appreciate that everybody can have a bad day. But I see others have posted comments reporting similar aggressive behavior from the owner/waiter here in
recent weeks/months... Thus I am crossing this one off from our list of favorite vegeterian/vegan restaurants and coffee shops in the city. Gladly, there are several, more welcoming and friendly alternatives offering vegetarian or vegan options in Lyon today.

22/11/2024: We didn't get to stay as we couldn't see the room. The images of the hotel entrance and reception do not correspond to what is published on the internet. Decadent and not very clean.
12/11/2024: Great hotel. Clean soundproofed.
Extra breakfast
200 meters from the metro station, perfect for getting to all of Lyon.

12/09/2024: Pas la peine d'y aller pour le déjeuner. J'y suis allé une dizaine de fois, la moitié du menu n'est déjà plus disponible.
De plus, Waffle doit vraiment faire attention au choix des serveuses.
06/09/2024: Toute la carte n’était pas dispo et serveuse hyper désagréable qui devrait changer de job. Je n’irais plus jamais au waffle factory Lyon part dieu

Very good service, nice presentation of the kebabs.
The meat was very good (comments from my friends).
For my part, I hadn't eaten a kebab for 8 years (since I became vegetarian) and the falafel one, a delight!
You can go there, it’s very good 😊

There is a shortage of staff for sure!!!
At this time tables must be closed.
wait more than 10 minutes just to get the card then another 15 minutes to place an order, something never seen before.
the place is nice unfortunately that's not everything.

Assiettes de grande qualité, copieuses et généreuses. 🍔🥓🥬🧇
Et le service est efficace et souriant.
Je recommande chaudement cette adresse située dans le 5eme arrondissement de Lyon !!
14/07/2024: Serveurs arrogants, qui veulent me jeter dehors parce que je mangeais un croissant dans leur bar... alors qu en plus j etais sur le point de leur commander un plat ! On est finalement partis ailleurs, ce ne sont pas les bars et restos qui manquent autour.

Le repas était très bon, j'y retournerai sans hésiter pour déguster un autre plat de la carte, qui change en plus à chaque saison.
Très bon rapport qualité/prix au niveau du menu.

15/10/2024: Nice bar-restaurant, simple, good welcome. Small hiccup when paying, he had to take the credit card terminal with my card to another room for a few moments, that still leaves me with a bad feeling... It's a shame.
11/10/2024: If you want to have a pleasant time tasting super good food in a very good atmosphere, all supported by a wonderful waiter.
We highly recommend it.
