01/06/2026: We had a wonderful time at the Château. Dinner at L'Art de Vivre was excellent, the rooms were spacious, the spa was top-notch, and the wine tasting with Max was very interesting!

28/05/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience at McDonald's! Welcoming and friendly staff, fast service despite the crowds, and a complete and well-prepared order. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere pleasant. Special mention to Mr. Mathieu and his team who remained polite and professional from beginning to end. I will gladly return 😊

27/05/2026: Hello. I work in a fast-food restaurant, and seeing a man in the kitchen with a beard but no face mask seems questionable to me in terms of hygiene. The service is decent. But there are oversights, and unfortunately, it's a recurring issue. Otherwise, the atmosphere was good, despite the manager being stressed about closing on time, but that's understandable ☺️.

04/05/2026: Since Jess and her team took over, it's truly become a top spot 👌 The food is good, varied, and always made with quality ingredients. I especially loved the salads—they're simply excellent! The place is super easy to get to, with a lovely terrace for when the weather's nice. Honestly, it's a great place to relax, a chill atmosphere guaranteed ☀️ Even in the afternoon, it's perfect for unwinding with a cup of tea. Definitely the place to relax!

01/05/2026: We received a very warm welcome. The dishes were simple but made with fresh, generous portions. It was very good and very affordable for a family.

15/05/2026: We arrived at the restaurant as a group of 16. The staff were fantastic and very pleasant, and we had a wonderful meal. The young woman at the till was very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend it.

15/05/2026: It's a shame that an XL platter only contains a dry sausage, two small pieces of cheese, two small slices of cured ham, and a lot of bread, all for 22 euros. It's really too little or too expensive; it's a real pity. The service was quick and without any problems.

05/05/2026: I've been coming to this bakery for years and it's become one of my favorite places! I love it! I absolutely don't understand some of the negative comments… There's a huge selection and the prices are very reasonable for such delicious quality. The staff are sometimes overwhelmed because it's so busy on weekends and during peak season, but that's all; the service is excellent. Grumpy people, keep walking!

04/05/2026: We come to shop on weekends, and it's always the same: it feels like nobody's happy to be there. The employees are always complaining about the bosses, never satisfied... I don't know the bosses, but the staff definitely aren't "corporate" and it shows in the service. They should start by making themselves presentable (piercings, tattoos, etc.) before criticizing management. Otherwise, the products are decent.

30/05/2026: Worst drive-thru experience of my life. I waited 20 minutes at the kiosk without anyone coming, without a word being said to me, nothing. When I finally went to the window to pay and ask what was going on, the only answer was: "We had a lot of orders." This is absolutely ridiculous. A drive-thru is supposed to be quick, not an obstacle course where you wait like an idiot for fifteen minutes. If you can't manage the flow, close the drive-thru or staff it up. The service is catastrophic, the organization is nonexistent, and the staff is awful. I wouldn't recommend anyone come here, especially not if you're hungry, have a little time to spare, or have some respect for other customers. McDonald's Narbonne Espace Liberté drive-thru = total disaster. Run away.

08/05/2026: Shamefully inattentive! Coffee without a saucer or spoon! You have to beg for a glass of water after you've already ordered! And don't even get me started on the guy who shows you to your table and forgets to give you the menu! I ordered a small coffee and they charged me for a large one and made it a large one—everything was wrong! Zero service! And they were busy with their own business on the phone! A complete lack of respect for the customer, ignoring them.

20/05/2026: Hello Ms. Delonde, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent order at your establishment. An error was made by your staff with an item missing from my order, and I find it shameful that this has not been acknowledged. When I explained the situation to you, your response was to say that there had been "several people taking advantage" and that without a receipt, you wouldn't do anything. I would like to point out that a receipt is not the only possible proof, especially when a customer immediately returns to point out an omission. Directly treating customers as cheaters is very inappropriate and disrespectful. A manager's role also includes listening to and respecting customers, even when there is a problem. Unfortunately, your attitude struck me as arrogant and unprofessional. I am very disappointed by this experience and, with such a welcome, I will not be returning to this McDonald's. Sincerely.

15/05/2026: The restaurant is clean and the welcome was quite pleasant. The service was fairly quick despite being busy. The food is what you'd expect from McDonald's, nothing out of the ordinary.
