A little less sugar wouldn't hurt either 😵 As for the baguette, I don't think we can make it any thinner 🤦🏻‍♀️ and after a few hours it gets so hard that if I call someone with it, I think I'll hurt them!

25/04/2026: Passing through Momenheim, it had been a long time since I'd stopped by the pastry shop. I'd forgotten how good it was. A real treat for the taste buds. The welcome is warm, the staff pleasant. Saturday at 3:30 pm, the staff's smiles are a delight ☀️💖 The strawberry tart and the exotic tart are delicious. It's worth the detour 😊

15/05/2026: Honestly, I was very disappointed with McDonald's. The wait was interminable, which is clearly unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant. I literally had time to watch all my friends finish their meals while I was still waiting for mine… great atmosphere when you're the only one with nothing on your table. On top of that, there was no real apology or gesture of goodwill despite the enormous delay. Their organization needs a complete overhaul, especially during peak hours. I don't think I'll be back anytime soon.

09/05/2026: I'm fed up with this team. One out of three is absolutely impossible—the one with the short, bespectacled manager. She wouldn't give me a plastic spoon because I can't stand eating with a wooden one; it gives me a rash. All the dishes tonight were completely disposable. We ordered cheeseburgers and got hamburgers; it's always a disaster when it's this team. There wasn't even any ice for a Saturday night in this heat—frankly, a complete failure! Sorry to Aurélie, my favorite, the tall one with short hair, and the other gentleman, always so helpful and friendly (I also asked him for a plastic spoon, which he kindly gave me), because it brings the bill down for everyone. But at some point, you have to speak up. Next time, I'll turn right around if I see this manager again. If you could change this mentality, that would be great, and it wouldn't spoil the experience we're paying for. So, I left my ice cream without dessert. Thanks, Madam Manager.

22/05/2026: NEVER order from there. Every time I order, they make a mistake, and I end up with bagels I can't eat because of an allergy (even though I specified my allergy in the order). Today I ordered once, they made a mistake, I ordered again, and they made another mistake. They really need to learn how to read an order.

22/05/2026: A great experience at Bagelstein! The bagels are delicious, generously filled, and prepared quickly. The staff is welcoming and the atmosphere is friendly. Perfect for a quick and high-quality meal.

24/03/2026: Despite my good ratings, I'm disappointed that the self-service kiosks haven't been working for several weeks. I can no longer collect my points, and after three uses, I'm not earning any more. I reported it, and they're aware of it, but no one has contacted me as promised, and to this day, I'm still losing loyalty points! This forces me to stop trusting them and will definitely go to other fast-food restaurants!

13/05/2026: Delicious macarons and sweets. Even though we were there shortly before closing time, there was still a wide selection that tasted great, and the shop smelled very appealing.

13/05/2026: The atmosphere and decor are nice, however the prices are exorbitant for dry bread, overly sweet pastries, and hard, salty pretzels. Very disappointed.

05/05/2026: Unbelievable!! A half-hour wait even though we were the only ones in the restaurant (and even then, we were only served because my husband went to ask what was going on!), cold hamburgers, requests ignored (including an ingredient that was still there even though we asked for it to be removed due to an allergy!), and to top it all off: gunk floating in our Oasis drink 🤮 Never again!!!

02/05/2026: We came for lunch today, it wasn't too crowded, however, there were no more trays available at the kiosks, I went to get about ten more myself from the counter to refill the kiosks, our order was validated at 12:34, the trays were brought to us 45 minutes later!!! Some of the sandwiches were cold, and what's more, my son's hamburger was missing, which he'd already been waiting for for 45 minutes (make a 4-year-old wait 45 minutes for food...). So I went to the counter to get it, and there I waited another 20 minutes. The entire staff ignored the numerous dissatisfied customers at the counter, all with shifty eyes, not a single hello, nothing. They could see we were waiting to be served, but no one reacted until a woman called out to them. Not a single apology, not a single gesture of goodwill. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed and incredibly lethargic today. I can understand that it's not an easy job, but this was truly unprecedented. I was on the verge of losing my temper, but actually, I felt sorry for them. The service was truly catastrophic, between the wait, the missing items, and the delivered meals. Cold... I'm not sure I'll be back anytime soon.

18/05/2026: This bar is a real gem. What I loved was the intimate atmosphere with the bartender, which fosters genuine interaction. In addition to an excellent menu, its real strength lies in the bespoke service: the bartender prepares personalized cocktails based on your tastes, desires, and current mood.
