16/02/2026: Dinner for Valentine's Day, we were seated promptly. The atmosphere was warm and elegant. The cuisine was certainly refined, but far too minimalist. We left still hungry. What a shame! The dishes were sorely lacking in garnish, and that chocolate fondant, all alone on its plate without any embellishment whatsoever... what a disappointment! A €70 menu per person, I remind you. And then there was the wait of over 30 minutes between the starter and the main course... A pleasant evening nonetheless, but a somewhat disappointing one.

14/02/2026: Beautiful decor, calm atmosphere. The dishes are refined but nothing special. The cod was full of bones (at that price, a better cut could have been served). We left without having received our dessert, which we waited 40 minutes for... despite a waiter coming by to ask if we wanted anything else to drink... we have no desire to return.

09/02/2026: We came for a wedding and have some specific customs: the bridesmaids and groomsmen must be able to dress together. We therefore needed a room that was large, beautiful, and suitable, and we had a lot of trouble finding the perfect place. At Manoir Hastings, we received an exceptional welcome. The rooms are magnificent, spacious, and spotlessly clean. Both inside and out, everything was perfect to make our stay unforgettable. The gentleman and young lady who looked after us were incredibly kind, helpful, and, above all, truly attentive to our needs and traditions. Their thoughtfulness genuinely touched us. We wholeheartedly recommend Manoir Hastings for such precious events as a wedding. A huge thank you for your warm welcome and kindness.

31/01/2026: I came to treat my teenager and was pleasantly surprised. The chicken tenders are really good, the fries are a little lacking in crispiness for my taste but are very tasty. However, one of the employees was extremely unpleasant, to the point that I thought I wouldn't come back. Fortunately, one of the employees of Asian descent changed my mind. He came to check on everyone to see if everything was alright and handed out candy to the children. I found him very customer-oriented and pleasant. Thank you to this gentleman. In conclusion, it's good, a pleasant place to spend time with your children, and the prices are very reasonable.
