I recently visited this restaurant, and I can confidently say it was the worst service I’ve ever encountered. The lady who served us was beyond unprofessional and downright rude. From the moment we walked in, her attitude was dismissive and unfriendly, as if we were inconveniencing her by being there.
Simple requests were met with sighs and eye rolls, and she seemed completely uninterested in providing any semblance of decent customer service. It’s clear that basic courtesy and professionalism are not part of the training here—or if they are, she missed the memo.
The experience was a total disaster. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated with respect and kindness, steer clear of this spot. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

27/01/2025: Big disappointment after stopping at Colette for a take-out order last night... I open the box of my burger to only find half a burger. No bread on top, half potato pancake.
100% expensive for a 50% order.
But it looked good on paper!
18/01/2025: We ordered takeout for 4 people. The burgers were excellent. On the other hand, the fries were all too much but really overcooked, I don't even understand how the employee dared to serve them. If we had been there, it would have gone back to the kitchen immediately.

07/12/2024: We are talking about “fast food” I still wonder where the “fast” is after 30 minutes of waiting to collect an order and for the “food” which arrives cold, and there are missing products. I'm not even talking about the customers who wait standing with their orders while waiting for seats to become available. An organization to be reviewed as quickly as possible for customer satisfaction.

30/08/2024: Unfortunately we had to talk with our hands and feet because people here almost only speak French. Since England is quite close, I expected something different in the region... Anyway... The staff had a lot of patience with us. MUST eat the Churros (or here they are called Chichis) here. After a portion you are full and the children are happy 👍

I regularly go to McDonald's in Houistreham, and I'm always very satisfied.
Orders are served quickly, well prepared, and the food is hot and delicious. The restaurant is always clean, both inside and at the terminals.
The staff is pleasant and efficient, even when it's busy.
It's a reliable place where I eat often, and I've never been disappointed. Honestly, one of the best McDonald's in the area 👌

01/09/2024: My route means that I have to go through the Tesla super charger right next to the MacDo in Breteville on Odon.
We decide to have a coffee while loading.
The espresso is displayed on the paper price right next to the cash register at €1.50. So two coffees are €3.20.
((Surprise, I found a wolf. Everyone seems surprised))
I must be counting wrong. The cashier goes to see his boss (1), who tells him to see a deputy who can't do anything. So she goes to see La Cheffe(1) who doesn’t really care.
The answer provided is on the checkout. We are obliged to apply the cash register rate and nothing else. So you always have your two coffees.
If you stay at €3.20 instead of the displayed price, not at all. You can keep them. Not to mention the fact that I had to wait in front of the cash register for 5 minutes before The Chef asked one of these guys to come and serve me.
I haven't been to MCDo in ages.
Well you disappointed me with your I don’t care attitude and your Bad Times.
Be careful to check the price displayed on the signs at the checkout because the pain is aptly named.
