07/07/2025: Always a pleasure to go there I regularly go to McDonald's in Houistreham, and I'm always very satisfied. Orders are served quickly, well prepared, and the food is hot and delicious. The restaurant is always clean, both inside and at the terminals. The staff is pleasant and efficient, even when it's busy. It's a reliable place where I eat often, and I've never been disappointed. Honestly, one of the best McDonald's in the area 👌

12/09/2024: Delivery by über eats the best of Big Mac menu was cold yet I don't even have you 2 km from McDonald's the order plus the delivery took less than 15 minutes the delivery man took 5 minutes to come and the menu is cold is the portion of potatoes were really small...

10/09/2024: Menus received hot and well prepared. The Manager Dylan is incredibly friendly and cheerful. We were offered a top bag to take the rest with us. Thanks to him!

18/09/2024: Le pire Mc Do de la région... Très lents, service médiocre et jamais une commande complète ! Les dernières fois un hamburger, aujourd'hui le livre du happy meal ... A fuir quand on peut pousser de quelque km...

01/09/2024: My route means that I have to go through the Tesla super charger right next to the MacDo in Breteville on Odon. We decide to have a coffee while loading. The espresso is displayed on the paper price right next to the cash register at €1.50. So two coffees are €3.20. ((Surprise, I found a wolf. Everyone seems surprised)) I must be counting wrong. The cashier goes to see his boss (1), who tells him to see a deputy who can't do anything. So she goes to see La Cheffe(1) who doesn’t really care. The answer provided is on the checkout. We are obliged to apply the cash register rate and nothing else. So you always have your two coffees. If you stay at €3.20 instead of the displayed price, not at all. You can keep them. Not to mention the fact that I had to wait in front of the cash register for 5 minutes before The Chef asked one of these guys to come and serve me. I haven't been to MCDo in ages. Well you disappointed me with your I don’t care attitude and your Bad Times. Be careful to check the price displayed on the signs at the checkout because the pain is aptly named. 22/09/2024: Pay 1€ more for fries and cheddar and have 3 of them fight a duel, which also tastes like cardboard.. A Fanta without bubbles.... Then yell at me to give me my bag.... A very enjoyable experience 😅

14/09/2024: Mcfirst fish of a good size, good in taste but too much salad. The small fries are also good in taste and quantity. The prices are still quite reasonable.

08/09/2024: they have large rooms upstairs, but always closed (probably to avoid cleaning) what do we do when we want to eat on site when there are no free tables? otherwise quite fast on service

01/09/2024: For the taste it's a McDonald's, for the rest really not great, burger completely smashed and barely assembled, but still that's okay it's a classic, the worst is the ice cream service, mcflurries which cost a lot expensive and whose filling does not even reach half the pot, by calculating we reach a little less than 100g of ice cream for almost 6€, it's rubbish, what's more, it's not the first time at all, on my last 4 orders, not once was the mcflurry filled correctly having already worked at Mcdo, I'm not the type to spit on them, but frankly in Caen Center no effort is made, customer service of Uber which also does not help this problem in any way either

06/07/2025: On July 6, 2025, we waited 45 minutes for an order that finally told me that they were over it after 45 minutes. I think they changed the team, even the manager, and it was exhausted, otherwise it was hot and good.

22/09/2024: Sunday lunchtime, no crowd, waiting to be served and the employee who does the table service not friendly, no smile and no words... Toilet limit

30/09/2024: “Fast food”, where is the concept, when you have a movie at 8:10 p.m., you order at 7:11 p.m. be an hour early, to be sure, 7m after drinks and ice cream, but after 35m have nothing? order for two, with people next door arriving after more numerous served before). When we politely ask the interest of having the ice cream before, and not all at the same time, it's supposedly normal because based on the number of drinks they make several trays etc, ok okay I don't know anything about it, but where is the remaining order? After several times where the same employees passed by seeing us for more than 35m waiting, no one reacted, we took the initiative at 7:45 p.m. to go and ask for the order at the counter, they didn't know where it was!! In the end, melted ice cream was kindly re-made, and the order arrived at 50.. without napkin or sauce... Fast was the thermal bath that we had to use to eat before the movie screening next door at 8:10 p.m.... thanks anyway to the only person who knew react and make the offer for Sunday! A lost order happens, but we had to react to the first time we asked for 35! Not the first time unfortunately that this kind of thing happens...we knew we wanted to trust again but...see you again!!

29/09/2024: Small potatoes instead of a large one, the cold hamburger, although there weren't many people when we ordered, it took a while to arrive, and it was cold. I didn't even bother to report it given the lack of enthusiasm of the waiters, I just told myself that I wouldn't come back

26/11/2024: Euh... c'est une honte l'attente au drive ! Plus de 30 min pour 6 voitures 😂 Fast food mon œil pour ne pas dire autre chose ! Le " c'est pas de notre faute on est blindé " quand le restaurant est vide... ça passe pas les gars ! Il faut du personnel hein pour tenir un fast food ! A deux ils ne peuvent évidemment pas y arriver les petits jeunes ! Qui soit dit en passant sont charmants.

17/08/2024: Commande passée pour trois: attente I terminable. Bien souvent, la machine à glace ne fonctionne pas... La qualité de ce genre d'établissement n'est pas au rendez vous.

25/08/2024: Very bad experience. 5 people in store and 2 people in service normally this should be smooth. A customer asks for 4 sandwiches, we make 1 for her and we tell her we don't have time to make the others!!??. A person assigned to supply the windows, she scratches her hair and blows on top of the cakes because she seems disinterested in what she is doing, too bad it is only 7:30 a.m. and HACCP!!!! A 6th customer arrives and walks past everyone under the pretext that he has a loyalty card!!?? The products may be good, but I turned back and this allowed me to discover the perfect place facing the covered market.

11/08/2024: Passant la période d'été a Houlgate depuis fin juin, j'achète en général le pain et les croissants pour le week end. Or, depuis début août, j'ai pu constater que ces fameux croissants sont 2 fois plus petits, non seulement ont changé de forme, ont la forme de croissants en supermarché et on a l'impression de mini croissants. Je trouve cela bien triste et choquant. C'est l'été et on en profite. On pourrait mieux traiter les clients réguliers.Tres déçue, je n'en achèterai plus.
