18/10/2026: We ordered for three people, we ended up with 2 incomplete meals on one order, impossible to contact them and they refuse to refund us or remake the order. Frankly, I do not recommend this McDonald's.

15/03/2026: What does it mean to call the toilets in such a pitiful state? The bar would do well to offer a small restaurant; it wouldn't hurt. Furthermore, there isn't really a menu. Prices are arbitrary; you'll pay depending on how you deal with the owner.

04/10/2026: What a disappointment. Exorbitant prices for quality similar to what you'd find at Paul. Honestly, you need to rethink your approach; your prices are completely out of line with the quality of what you serve. I had a great impression of Meunier…that's over! Next time I'll go to Feuilette.

26/09/2026: Order pickup at 7 PM. I noticed the orders were mixed up, which worried me about my app order. In the end, my six sandwiches were ruined, there was an extra piece of meat that shouldn't have been in the Big Mac, and the Happy Meal boxes were ripped. No greeting, no thank you. The staff were completely unmotivated; I felt like I was bothering them. I won't be going back.

20/09/2026: Catastrophic wait time, incomplete order... burgers placed on ice cream... shameful!

30/09/2026: Clearly theft. I placed a drive-thru order and when I checked, I was missing a sandwich. Luckily, I noticed and went to get what I was owed. When I got home, my big surprise was the ice cream that must have been left in the machine, which I had already paid for. You treat your customers like cash cows; don't be surprised when your situation deteriorates…

22/09/2026: I went today... we usually complain when things aren't good, but today there's nothing to complain about... the click and collect service was impeccable, the lady who brought it to me was super polite, pleasant, and smiling. I've seen her regularly and she's always excellent, I want to emphasize that. Corinne or Caroline, I'm not sure... but extremely kind, it's a pleasure. All the best to you.

01/09/2026: Great bakery with coffee and sandwiches. Terrace and indoor seating area. The croissants I ate there were heavy and greasy.

08/09/2026: The country bread isn't good, it has no flavor, and I don't think it will keep. We asked if it could be sliced, and of course, it was just thrown into a paper bag. Ultimately, it's better to buy it at a supermarket; it's not good for the artisan! Perhaps the saleswoman needs some training.

05/10/2026: Quantity issues. €14 menu, and...one mini fry. Same for the McFlurry, over €4, we got 4cm of ice cream in the cup. It was takeaway, otherwise I would have complained.

04/10/2026: Order placed via drive-thru this evening; we live over 20 km from Falaise. Very disappointed when we got home: the fries, cheddar, and bacon box was almost empty, and children's toys were missing from the Happy Meals. This is the second time we've been disappointed. I think it's time to review many aspects of the quality of your service and restaurant. I would like to add, however, that the person who took our order was very kind and friendly—the only positive point for us this evening.

27/09/2026: A truly disappointing experience. The order took forever, there were mistakes in the preparation, and the service was far from pleasant. No effort was made to correct the problems encountered. When you pay for a service, you expect at least to receive what you ordered and to be treated properly. Here, nothing was as expected. An experience I definitely do not wish to repeat. I do not recommend it.

10/10/2026: We ate at this McDonald's tonight as a family. The restaurant is filthy; at 8 p.m., every empty table and the floor are dirty. We asked for our table to be cleaned, but it was done very slowly. The employee who cleaned it smelled awful… and he was also the one who served us, which is terrible when you're there to eat. The cheddar in the burgers wasn't melted, and the meat was dry. I won't be going back to this place. The manager needs to take a closer look at what's happening in the kitchen and the dining area.
