25/04/2026: April 25, 2026: Back again, as usual in April and May. The same friendly atmosphere as always. I stopped by for a coffee during a trip and discovered this very pleasant café. It's clearly a popular meeting place and a much-loved hub of activity. The welcome, even though I'm not a regular, was very friendly, the coffee was excellent, and the customers were just as lovely as the owner. A welcome and enjoyable break in a busy morning.

21/05/2026: I ordered takeout. I don't usually count the number of nuggets in boxes of 20, but tonight I did… and there were only 19. It might be a mistake, but I find it really disappointing. Especially since I get one every time I go, and I order from McDonald's several times a month… so naturally, it makes you wonder how many nuggets I've been missing in total over time. Furthermore, we ordered a sundae and a milkshake, which were prepared right from the start of the order. However, the entire preparation took about 15 minutes. As a result, the whipped cream on the milkshake had already melted, and the sundae was partially melted when we picked up the order. And since I live in Montlhéry, which is only a 2-minute drive away, it's clearly not the drive that caused this. I come to this McDonald's often and I almost never complain, but this time I wanted to share my experience. Like the time I waited over 35 minutes... for a fast-food restaurant, that's pretty outrageous. Until now I hadn't said anything, but after a series of these situations, it's becoming frustrating.

04/05/2026: Order placed on the evening of May 4th. The Coke had a very, very strange taste, and my friends had the same issue.

25/04/2026: This is the worst MC I've been to in Europe. There's no screen to show what stage your order is in, just nothing. And the order probably didn't match! Yes, they gave me more than I ordered, and like a normal person, I returned it. But I think that's not normal. I give this place a thumbs down! But the staff are great, despite my lack of knowledge of the local language, they did a great job, a big thank you to them))) I left them a tip.

23/05/2026: Order '3B19' placed on 23/05/2026 at 12:02, McDonald's restaurant in Gif-sur-Yvette. When I picked up my order, all the sandwiches and fries were missing. I must point out that this restaurant is deteriorating more and more. This problem is unfortunately recurring. It would be desirable to have a competent manager present. €50 is too expensive for the service provided. I think that what is set aside isn't lost on everyone!

15/05/2026: Reheated fries from cardboard. The nuggets were the same, reheated and disgusting. I'm fed up, this is the second time I've been here. I won't be coming back. Plus, I ordered a burger for €10.80 and it tasted like salad, even though I specifically asked for it. Shame on me! €10.80 down the drain.

27/02/2026: The salmon, trout, and four-cheese pizzas were lacking in cheese! The pizzas weren't great. We were told 20 minutes, we arrived, and the pizzas were lukewarm!

23/01/2026: I just ordered a Norwegian pizza (salmon), what a disgrace to sell such a pizza for 17 euros! It's absolutely inedible, a cream base... where's the cream? Salmon pizza?? Or smoked trout (cheaper)?? The pizza is completely dry and way, way, way too salty. And the service wasn't exactly friendly either. For me, this kiosk... is finished.

17/05/2026: Very bad experience at this McDonald's. Sauces were missing several times, and several items were often missing from my meals. Most recently: 4 nuggets in a bag of 6.

17/05/2026: The sauce was frequently missing (if not with every order). We ordered 6 nuggets but only received 4. Orders are often left out, which is very frustrating.

06/07/2025: A loyal customer for many years. A little disappointed after an order. Finally, at the employee level, I ordered three-meat tacos, and received one with two meats. We called, he brought me a one-meat taco (the meat that was missing), and the delivery man said, "You can bite into both." I don't know if that's ironic or if they're making fun of the customer. Disappointed 😞

28/05/2026: Outrageous! We work in a truck that can't fit through the drive-thru because of the height restriction. A worker before us who had the same problem was able to pick up their order on foot, while we were refused.

25/05/2026: Shameful! I'm reporting this to the health authorities. Get out of here fast, go eat somewhere else. This McDonald's delivers burgers full of bacteria. Lack of hygiene, failure to respect the product's shelf life (it should be thrown away 7 minutes after preparation)...diarrhea and stomach aches all night for the whole family...paid 50 euros to catch salmonella or something else? No way...never again.

31/05/2026: Waited 20 minutes at the drive-thru, completely disorganized... Working at McDonald's used to be a great training ground for organization and teamwork... And then I was served a flat Coke and barely fizzy water... It's time to get their act together.

17/05/2026: I ordered takeout on Sunday, May 17th, around 9 PM. While waiting for my order, I looked in the kitchen; being a regular, I know the procedures. But you don't need years of experience in the restaurant industry to know that after picking something up off the floor, you have to wash your hands. Which, of course, wasn't done. So I asked them to remake my order and explained the reason to the manager. Thankfully, my order was remade. However, I don't know if they're even aware of hygiene standards in this restaurant. Cross-contamination must be a foreign concept to them, firstly because the employee didn't wash their hands after picking up the paper from the floor and touched a lot of things. Everything they touched should be sanitized, which wasn't done... Secondly, when a burger is labeled "no tomato," there shouldn't be any tomato residue in it. Except, thanks to the crew member in charge of garnishes who added tomato, then realized their mistake and just removed the tomato slices instead of redoing it. The day someone has an allergy, you'll be in deep trouble, as will your manager, your director, and of course, your franchisee. Allergies are not to be taken lightly… Oh yes, handwashing should be at least 30 seconds; you should have a little light that tells you when you can rinse your hands, because 10 seconds is definitely not enough… Anyway, enjoy your meal

10/05/2026: The restaurant owner was friendly, but the food quality could be better. The restaurant's cleanliness was so-so, and the toilets were dirty.
