28/08/2026: I think they should consider hiring more staff! You really can't be in a hurry or have any emergencies; I was stuck at the drive-thru for over 40 minutes, and not just once, it happens often. Plus, they always forget things; I don't know how they manage it. It really doesn't feel like McDonald's; it's unacceptable to be stuck there for so long!

25/08/2026: I ordered a beef McDonald's, and when I unwrapped my hamburger, I noticed that one of the patties was missing. So I quickly went to ask for a new sandwich. Imagine my surprise when a blonde employee simply opened my hamburger, WITHOUT GLOVES, and added another patty inside. This is unacceptable; how can they let such a lack of hygiene go unpunished?

02/07/2026: I found plastic in my order + my bread was as hard as a brick? And the delivery guy asked me to give the order 5 stars before I even opened it, and wouldn't you know it, I found plastic in it!

05/08/2026: The best kebab in all of Cambrai, and I've tried many others. The best fries in Cambrai, fair prices, and excellent service and attentiveness. There's nothing better in Cambrai; it deserves a bigger sign! I order there often, and I asked the owner for some cheese—Maroilles, because I'm from the North of France. It wasn't on the menu, but the owner tried it anyway. Even though it wasn't a success, at least he tried, and that's to his credit. Now that's a good business owner!

01/08/2026: Clearly the best kebab in town! It's delicious, inexpensive, and very fast! I go there every Saturday during my lunch break; the service is always simple but very efficient! Thank you!

27/09/2026: We chose this restaurant to celebrate our wedding and we have such wonderful memories of it! ❤️ A huge thank you to Jérémy, the owner, and his entire team—young, dynamic, smiling, and lovely. From our very first contact, we felt completely at ease, and on the big day, everyone took exceptional care of us and our guests. The cocktail reception upon our arrival was fantastic 🥂, very convivial and the perfect way to kick off the festivities. As for the meal, we particularly enjoyed the guinea fowl supreme: generously portioned, delicious, and our guests loved it too! 😋 We also adored the entertainment during the wedding cake cutting 🎂✨ It was a truly fun and joyful moment that everyone thoroughly enjoyed. Jérémy truly helped make this day a special moment for us. Thank you for your kindness, your availability, and your energy. We left with wonderful memories of our wedding and we wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant! ❤️💍

25/08/2026: We ordered at the drive-thru. The Mac Extreme was displayed, but the employee told us it was discontinued and no longer served. Two days earlier, we were served it at another McDonald's. I pointed out to him that the display at the kiosk wasn't up-to-date and that it was misleading. We could hear him laughing at everything I said; he was mocking me! I don't think that's professional, especially in a job that involves direct contact with customers. To have such an attitude is unprofessional! Then a manager took over, no more friendly, no apology for the previous behavior, barely a thank you or goodbye, and quickly closed the drive-thru window. He practically said, "We're out of stock, that's just how it is. The display isn't up-to-date, it's just a display!" In retail, in the restaurant industry, displays, a smile, friendliness, and courtesy are essential! While no one was there, I repeat, they forgot a sandwich, and we only realized it when we got home! I had to go back to get it, so this time I went home, and I confirmed that the McDonald's was empty. To my great surprise, as I approached the registers, I saw bread and fries on the floor, and the work surfaces weren't clean. And that's just the tip of the iceberg! We were alone; it's a fast-food chain, but that doesn't mean they rush their customers! Hygiene and customer service need improvement!

19/08/2026: Excellent McDonald's, fast service and friendly staff. Clean restaurant, well-prepared order and hot meal. I recommend it!

09/09/2026: A very disappointing experience. A slice of apricot tart with no apricots (probably just the outer layer, so very dry and really just crust), an éclair I paid for but which wasn't put in my bag and whose absence I only discovered upon arrival, a tiramisu that was tiramisu in name only, a Swiss roll that seemed to have been left without cream... In short, everything was visually appealing (the products looked beautiful, the shop was very aesthetically pleasing) but the food itself needs serious improvement. I won't be going back anytime soon.

06/09/2026: Came by after seeing the famous cookie roll on instagram. Definitely worth a try if you have a sweet tooth. The other pastries were also amazing. The croissant was buttery and flaky

27/08/2026: I waited over 10 minutes at the drive-thru for someone to take my order. I called the restaurant, but it just rang and rang. And when someone finally came to take my order, there was no apology, nothing, as if it was my fault. Customer service isn't for everyone. A simple "sorry" is free and costs nothing!

24/08/2026: I was very disappointed with my visit to the McDonald's in Montlhéry last night, at the drive-thru. The person in front of me had already forgotten a sandwich in their order, and three portions of fries were missing from mine. On top of that, my order was cold and no paper towels or napkins were provided. For an evening drive-thru, this is truly disappointing. I do not recommend this McDonald's drive-thru in the evening. They really need to improve their order processing and service quality.

07/09/2026: Honestly, I ordered through Uber Eats before closing time. My partner and I both got sick from their food (kebab). The fries were very undercooked. We were disappointed; beware of your stomach.

17/09/2026: A 13-minute wait for 9 nuggets (when I went to the counter to complain, the person gave them to me directly because my order was waiting behind me). It was 11:00 AM and there was no other customer besides me. Extremely high prices, for example, a Crocmacdo is €3.70, and that's just the tip of the iceberg. In short, I used to go there regularly, but I've had more than enough. Especially since Burger King is right next door and much better in the end.

22/09/2026: Not all menus are available at the kiosk, so we wanted to order via the app using click and collect, but click and collect isn't available in Angerville.

19/09/2026: Click & Collect order, Drive-Thru service. My order was nothing special, yet I had to wait over fifteen minutes to be served. I ordered a large order of fries, and while the packaging was correct, I received the quantity of a medium order, and it was served lukewarm. I pointed this out to the employee who brought me the bag. She replied that it was because they were very busy, instead of offering an exchange. I didn't insist. The sundae was forgotten. She went back to get it and returned with it, but without the peanuts. So she had to leave again. Therefore, I do not recommend this restaurant at your own risk.
