29/07/2026: The setting was very pleasant, and the food was excellent. However, the service was extremely slow and the staff were not at all pleasant! When you ask for something, you have to repeat yourself three or four times, and you get the feeling you're bothering them! It's a shame! The staff needs to be reviewed or given proper training!

13/05/2026: This is our second time eating at your restaurant. The first time, we ordered two tacos, but instead of cheese sauce, you gave us sour cream. Both tacos ended up in the bin. We decided to try again, thinking it was a mistake and that to err is human, but it was another disaster. We placed two orders today. My brother-in-law picked up the first order, and when he got home, he realized half the order was missing. Since we didn't have the receipt, we didn't bother contacting the restaurant, so we reordered the missing burgers and paid again. Unfortunately, my wife's burger had pieces of bone and fat, which I find truly shameful. If I had given a burger to one of my children, it could have been dangerous. It's a real shame that you don't take your work seriously, especially considering that there's Poul et Braiser across the street that makes excellent burgers and respects its customers. Serving us this and forgetting half the first order is clearly disrespectful and unprofessional, especially since the restaurant was empty.

19/04/2026: Twice I've gotten sick after eating there, severe food poisoning... unacceptable.

17/06/2026: Passing through Maisse, the menus are complete and well-stocked, starter, main course and dessert for less than €17, we will be back!

20/07/2026: Absolutely wonderful! We came from the north for a trip and had a meal here, and what can I say? The food recommendations were fantastic. The staff were friendly, cheerful, and the conversation was great. I'll be back as soon as I can.

10/06/2026: The Bakery was busy and chaotic. Service was quick !!! We got the chocolate cruffin and also ordered a pain suisse. The pain suisse was probably the best I have ever had !!! Flaky pastry, creamy custard dotted with chocolate through out. The chocolate cruffin was an experience- I was not expecting a smooth, deep chocolate custardy pastry crème in the center of the flaky pastry. It’s a must get !!

21/05/2026: Everything we tried was very delicious, especially the croissants, which we absolutely loved. The staff were attentive and friendly as well.

25/07/2026: Disastrous experience yesterday. No one at the drive-thru. We were asked to wait, but after 8 minutes they came back to us. Fed up with waiting, my sister went into the restaurant and there was only one other customer. She asked if someone could help us... "Yes, 2 minutes, it happens..." I asked for a small ice cream and they asked, "What's that?" I had to explain... then I asked for an XL Coke Zero... "What do you want?" I had to repeat myself three times, and then I got a regular Coke Zero... When it came time to pay at the other kiosk, not even a single apology... I asked why it took so long... the answer was, "We're not many customers." It's pathetic for a chain like McDonald's to be treated like this. Avoid this restaurant. The management is incompetent... and to top it all off... When I got back to the drive-thru, there was a car at the last drop-off bay, and after all that time, it was still there. A disaster.

17/07/2026: Another attempt with Uber Eats! The result: two out of four sandwiches and one order of fries were missing. Of course, the sauces ordered for the nuggets weren't the right ones... True to form, when I got home the order was wrong again! Iced tea instead of Coke and fries instead of potato wedges... Once again, the order wasn't what we ordered; nuggets instead of the raclette box to share... €10 a box... We were served at the drive-thru by someone who seemed to be a manager, well, he only had the shirt on... and of course, no napkins with kids around, great! Glasses and ice cream weren't properly closed, etc... In short, as usual, deplorable service... Drive 2km and go to the competition!!!

24/07/2026: I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to this store. The aisles were well-organized, the products easy to find, and the selection was varied. The staff were helpful and courteous when I needed information. The prices were consistent with the quality of the products offered, and the checkout process was quick. A satisfying experience that I would not hesitate to repeat.

13/04/2026: I really love it, it's my favorite fast food place!! They're super fast, very friendly, and the chicken is so good it's addictive! I've taken all my friends here! The prices are affordable.

19/07/2026: Hello everyone, to keep up the good habits, this time it's too much. Three sandwiches are missing from a €115 order, and this happens on one out of every two orders. Furthermore, it's impossible to contact them; they're overwhelmed and doing a shoddy job. However, if MB forgets a carton of sauce, it's the end of the world for them. This happens with every order. Items are missing or incorrectly prepared. If it's too complicated to read an order, just offer a single product; it should be possible.

18/07/2026: I was served by Noa and I'm very happy; he's very friendly and smiling, a motivating factor for the team in my opinion!

29/07/2026: If it's not a missing sauce, it's a missing sandwich... Today it's the portion of fries from a large meal deal... What can I say... Paying for a large meal deal for such a small portion... I don't know if it's busy or what, but at some point, if you don't like your job, you quit!

24/07/2026: I've been several times and I have to admit it's always the same story: they take forever to serve me. I waited 20 minutes at the drive-thru without anyone bothering to take my order. I went to complain to the manager who told me he knew, but that they were understaffed and couldn't do anything about it… Lol. I asked them to pass the information on to their supervisor, but to no avail; he told me it wouldn't change anything. So: I STRONGLY advise against going there. Increasing your staff wouldn't hurt. I feel sorry for them. They're understaffed.

24/07/2026: The waitstaff were friendly, but the toilets were in an appalling state; the air was unbreathable, making one wonder if they were ever cleaned. Could you please send a decontamination team?
