02/09/2024: I arrived at this restaurant with 199 points in the app. Which entitles me to a category of small. However, I couldn't customize on the terminal. I went to ask why at the terminal, and they explained to me that the menus offered are not customizable. I actually wanted to remove the bacon. It didn't stop there since an employee told me the phrase we're giving you a free menu and we're not going to personalize it for you. I find this sentence impolite and misplaced, since although the menu is free, I got it because I made several purchases with them. If it was truly free why not distribute it to everyone unconditionally?

27/08/2024: After 25 minutes of waiting for a Deluxe hamburger without tomato (and a quick U-turn in the restaurant because my daughter's drink was missing) I realized at home that it was a cheeseburger well wrapped in the Royal Deluxe packaging, BRAVOOOO! So the solutions proposed: you come back to correct their error OR a purchase voucher, via mail, in 3 WEEKS!! I hope my stomach will last a good 3 weeks!! PFFF The icing on the cake was that we had to call back when we realized that my daughter's dessert was missing too! HAT HUH! I understand because this McDonald's is getting more and more deserted! I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!! Edit: 1 month later I'm still waiting for the mail...

As soon as I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile and prompt service. The staff is extremely professional, always ready to help with friendliness and efficiency. The cleanliness of the restaurant is impeccable, whether in the room or in the toilets. We feel that hygiene is a priority here. As for the food, it was simply perfect. My Big Mac was tasty, the fries were hot and crispy, and my Coca-Cola was perfectly refreshing. I particularly appreciated the atmosphere of the restaurant, pleasant and friendly, ideal for a meal with family or friends. In addition, the order terminals are very intuitive and make ordering much easier, thus reducing waiting times. Congratulations to the whole team for their remarkable work! I will definitely come back for such a pleasant new experience. If you're looking for a quality McDonald's, look no further, this is the place to go!

11/08/2024: C’était un mercredi soir… commande de 36 euros pour nous, et pour une famille d’amis de 47 euros, à emporter. Un seul sac pour toute ma commande, le tout bien tassé avec des frites à moitié écrasées. En voyant le sac à moitié déchiré, je fais la remarque à l’employé qui vient de me donner le tout. La seule chose qu’il trouve à me dire : ce n’est pas moi qui ai fait le chaud!! Je lui demande de voir celui qui a préparé mon sac… et cet autre jeune n’écoute pas ce que je dis, et il pense qu’il y a une erreur alors que ce n’est pas le sujet. Je retrouve mon sac à moitié déchiré, et mes articles qui ont été ressortis du sac, et de nouveaux tassés… Au fond, ma box de frites au cheddar complètement écrasée et immangeable!! Pas un instant un pardon… excusez-nous, nous allons corriger… Ces deux jeunes se sont moqués totalement de nous, et les 83 euros payés, ne changent rien à leur façon de faire. À aucun moment nous sommes considérés comme clients !!! C’est une honte !

19/08/2024: I have been ordering from them for a while, apart from the fact that they always forget something until I call back to let them know, sometimes they come back, other times they no longer have a delivery person so I I find myself without what I'm missing, as generally it's not much I don't worry about it, however this evening one thing is sure it will be my last order from them, that was really too much. We took 3 taco menus including one with 2 meats, except there were no two meat tacos in the order (€2.50 more for the double tacos) then the 3 were with extra cheddar bacon and none of the three had some (2.50 x 3 = €7.50) so basically we just paid €10 (7.50 + 2.50 = €10) more on an order to have none of everything we did we pay extra?! Well well done!!! This is unacceptable!!

19/01/2025: Really very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. This place has completely changed, and unfortunately not for the better. I don't know if this is due to a change in ownership or just a turnover of staff, but the result is nothing like it was before. Yesterday, I ordered a taco, and it was unfortunately filled with sauce to a sickening point. Even worse, there were absolutely no fries inside, which is an essential component of a classic taco. This gives the impression that the person in the kitchen did not want to make the effort to prepare the dish correctly, choosing to compensate for this lack with an excess of sauce. This attitude reflects a real lack of seriousness and consideration towards customers. I am deeply disappointed to see a place that I loved so much lose so much quality.
