Nous passons commande au bout de 20 min on va voir ce qu'il en est de notre commande elle était oublié sur le comptoir ! On prend notre plateau et la les frites avec des residus noir indiquant que l'huile est à changer depuis un bon moment c limite je demande à ce qu'on me les changent on me répond non je peux vous donner des potatoes, mais si j'avais voulu des potatoes j'en aurais commandé 🤬
Mac do augmente ses prix pendant que les service se dégrade.
31/08/2024: Ouch ouch ouch, from bad to worse lately, 2 visits in 2 months. Always at least one error or oversight on the order, and not during Rush periods.
We will have to raise the bar or the competitor will enjoy himself.

22/09/2024: I don't understand because it is averagely rated. This KFC is very much better than the one in Villebon. For children there is a big play area. It is huge.
The team communicates well with each other, so the service is fast and efficient. The dishes are good. 🙃 3.5 is not representative. The place is clean. There are various types of tables which I find nice. 😶 so maybe I came outside the rush days but for the moment my 9 year old son and I are very satisfied. I recommend coming here too. It's great.

12/12/2024: The person at the drive at 3:15 p.m. so no customers, no rush, no stress was unpleasant! I make the remark to her and she responds to me at the time of payment by opening the window “what am I supposed to do with this information”.
All this to end up making a mistake in my order! Fries instead of potatoes I had to ask for a change and I later realized that I had ice cubes in the drink even though I had specified without and a twisted sandwich half of the salad in the package and not in the sandwich.
I know I'm not going to a Michelin-starred restaurant but still a minimum of sympathy.
I prefer to drive 15 minutes more to go to another McDonald's.
06/12/2024: So when we ask for a burger without onions due to a serious allergy, we still add onions.
So my best friend didn't eat, thank you.
At the risk of my comment being restrained, I would therefore say that “when you put your ear to your head you can hear the sea”.
And what's more, no one answers the phone, you're crazy.

15/12/2024: Lieu agréable où se poser. Cependant, c'est peut-être un peu cher et la quantité de boisson servie est parfois un peu juste.
01/12/2024: Le chocolat était tiède. Les toilettes sales. Dommage que la salle ferme à 18h. Grande variétés de gâteaux etc, mais tout est très cher et il faut ajouter 0,20 cent quand c'est sur place, soit 0,40 cent pour un gateau et une boisson !

11/12/2024: I didn't have a Pokemon card in my happy meals on an Ubereat order, and after calling, the manager decided to kindly exchange toys! Thank you very much to her, I was able to have my charizard 🫶

25/09/2024: I ordered at the drive yesterday, everything went well during the order but unfortunately this was not the case when looking at what had been put in my bag. 2 drinks which were not the one I ordered, missing products or different from those I ordered for an order with only 1 menu and 2 drinks that's a lot....

24/01/2025: First and last time.
One order and 3 errors as well as 1 oversight.
The girl who picked us up at the drive-thru was so warm that we had the impression of clearly annoying her, not smiling at all.
I had to come back after eating (because we are from the next town) and I wanted something hot. The desserts we ordered had a different topping than the one requested and forgot the peanut for the sundae.
The door to the restaurant was disgusting (around ten to work and not a single one who has 2 minutes to wipe it down) everything needs to be reviewed, especially the organization, the reception and the cleanliness, basically everything needs to be reviewed.

14/12/2024: I wanted to have a little fun with my sister the truth is I thought what to eat on a Saturday lunchtime, so I went to McDonald's and great atmosphere given that I had a bit of a drunken evening yesterday I put the music (I'm a passenger) and the time comes to pay nickel, it seems super fast, but it's not crazy with the crisis you know.
When I take my burger I notice the carnage of the salad everywhere as if I were a ninja turtle, the cheese is not even melted even though it is -10.
In any case, the cashier is cute, I really like it and otherwise just the cooking is not great.
I'm sending you photos of a handsome guy, I love you all the same.

I of course asked but that's what
They changed the Sandwich without any kindness or apology. And the ketchup would have to be explained to me how to use it for fries....no container to pour it into; but that's in all McDonald's. Their version without disposable packaging is worthless and needs to be reviewed; it never seems clean
12/12/2024: Frankly avoided endless waiting more than 20 minutes for two sandwiches a drink and a fries pfff not even an apology and the worst sandwich with cold sauce and cheese not even melted in the burger a horrible smell of urine in the toilets man hygiene deplored When you come home, the trash can is overflowing everywhere, it's impossible to put anything in it and I haven't been to see the kitchens yet.

The hygiene of the room is deplorable, the floor has not been cleaned for weeks and is so slippery. Tables and chairs from even.lo
The owner or manager should be very concerned about this because it raises doubts about the hygiene of the kitchens.
I ignore the incorrect orders brought to the table (4 nuggets in a bag of 6, wrong sandwich, etc.).
With regard to hygiene, I made a report to the DGCCRF services after having informed the people on site.
