01/04/2024: Having lived in Guigneville for 3 months, I have come to this McDonald's 7 times and frankly I am super disappointed. But what are these young people who don’t want to work??!!?! Everyone is drunk even when they have (really a few) people. But it’s not the rush, eh. A simple order of three menus and 28 minutes to wait to finally collect cold fries which were put in the bags 15 minutes before (I've seen it done). I've already gone to click and collect three times in the car and it's the same, each time I wait at least 25 to 30 minutes. And three times we had missing products (nuggets, fries or sauces). In short, it's hard to say that I'm unlucky, given that when we talk about it with neighbors and friends, they have the same experience. I sincerely ask myself, what role does the manager have in this? Who motivates/moves who? we have the impression that everyone is freewheeling in there… I sincerely hope that my opinion can shake things up a little.

16/03/2024: Frankly disappointing, more and more between the forgetting of products at the drive-thru or on site, the fries or sandwiches sometimes cold, it's a shame. And the “small price at €5” menu as the ad says is here for €6!!

26/03/2024: We stopped by today to eat on site, taking orders at a very intuitive self-service terminal. We particularly like the manager who made our dinner even better with her smile and professionalism. It's a change from the other McDonald's in the area. Well done to the team and a standing ovation to the charming manager

25/02/2024: already very dirty place, the floor upstairs still sticky and tables not clean, unpleasant smell and very bland food I went today and I almost vomited because the taste of the sandwich was sour I think it was reheat (meat not fresh and cooked in advance) and not prepared at the time There !!!! This is the last time I will set foot in this fast food restaurant.

08/02/2024: 1 star because we cannot give 0 To begin with, the saleswoman uses her smartphone instead of taking out the sandwiches as dry as the Sahara river. I hope that every human who is looking for a kebab restaurant in Ris Orangis does not think about the tray because their meat must be cooked 5 to 10 times a day

17/03/2024: Drive-thru service non-existent. 45min wait at the drive-thru for 3 mcfirst chicken and beef menus and on top of the wait they made a mistake by putting fish in it... Yet the employees inside didn't seem to be in a hurry! Bravo, great organization within this brand.

31/03/2024: I went to eat at McDonald's around 4:30 p.m. what a mistake... cleaned tables, cold meal, box of nuggets without nuggets, missing gift, and missing sauces... and I was not alone in this case, you should never come at off-peak times in this McDonald's I have the impression.

25/03/2024: We have seen a real change recently, the team is more cheerful, the waiting time has decreased and finally the products are hot! Congratulations on this change!!!

04/04/2024: Order received completely crushed when we call politely we are looked down upon by the person who picks up as if it was our fault, and when we try to call back because in addition two products are missing from the order they hang up on us or we picks up and we are put on silent, just unacceptable

18/11/2023: Expensive, cold and barely topped pizzas.

30/09/2023: A pizza, four cheeses with only blue cheese and tomato sauce. It was disgusting, there was no Mozza and a few ingredients were missing. I would no longer recommend them. Check your pizzas before leaving.

05/04/2024: Bad fries! Unpleasant welcome!! Mcflury almost without caramel and completely melted!!! The person at the drive didn't change the products, she only added caramel to the already melted ice cream!
