09/03/2026: I celebrated my daughter's birthday on Sunday, March 8th. My daughter was thrilled, and so were her friends. Thank you to Inès & Lilou for this lovely time.

28/02/2026: It's a disgrace! You absolutely must check your order. It makes you wonder if these omissions are part of the policy, it's so systematic. In the last three months, I've been to the McDonald's in Viry-Châtillon four times, and each time something was missing. Never large sandwiches, just small ones. But it's constant! And when you complain, the response is completely absurd. In fact, I was told twice that it was my fault because I hadn't checked my order before leaving. So, for them, normal is a job poorly done, or at least partially done.

10/03/2026: Run away!!! Whether you order delivery or eat in, it's a waste of time and money (and potentially even your health, given the hygiene). Out of four Uber Eats orders, all four arrived soaked because the drinks were just thrown haphazardly in the bag. You could blame the delivery drivers, but how can you explain that an order coming from three times further away arrived intact and complete? This time, it was the last order that was soaked, cheese sauce was left on the fries, sauces were swapped, and a double Filet-O-Fish was turned into a single. It seems like these are the problems encountered over a year, not just on a single order. I don't even understand how this dump is still open.

20/03/2026: It's been several months since they disabled the option to enter your loyalty card at the kiosks (scan + manual). Also, the ice cream has very few toppings compared to other McDonald's. And there are extra charges everywhere that don't exist elsewhere...

18/03/2026: Dirty, smelly, absent manager, dirty trays!!! They don't clean

23/03/2026: I ordered from this McDonald's at lunchtime today, and they made a mistake with my order. I went back in the evening to complain, as I didn't have time to return immediately because I was at work. The staff refused to give me a refund or remake my order correctly, so since I don't eat bacon, their burger ended up in the bin. Very disappointed with the service. I won't be ordering again. Sorry.

05/03/2026: Just another McDonald's, but the order was followed perfectly, nothing was forgotten!

23/02/2026: One day I went to McDonald's and I saw a family listening to music in the middle of the restaurant, and on top of that, their baby had pooped in their diaper. We had to evacuate the place, and don't even get me started on the bathroom! I saw a huge pile of poop everywhere.

21/03/2026: The service is mediocre… Things are regularly missing, which is disappointing. Prices are going up but not the quality, which is a shame.

10/03/2026: Half the time, we can't use our points at the terminals!

04/04/2026: No fries on the menu, no cutlery for the salad, no sauce, no Happy Meal box. This McDonald's is getting worse and worse.

02/04/2026: I ordered a cappoccino, which cost €3.80, and after I was already seated, they came to tell me they didn't have milk. They offered me an espresso, which I accepted, but the price wasn't the same 🤨. This is the second time this has happened to me at the same establishment.
