18/07/2026: I went to get five meals before my vacation. When I got home and opened the wrap, I realized it was completely squashed and not fresh at all—inedible. The sandwiches were dry, practically without any sauce, frankly awful, and this problem keeps happening. Sometimes I've unpacked the order at home and found things were missing. It's really rare that I ever go to this restaurant; the one at Croix Blanche is truly excellent in every way. Since the previous manager left, everything has changed. It's a shame it's so close to home and I can't go. From now on, I'll go elsewhere; even the one in Grigny is better. McDonald's isn't what it used to be. These days, the competition is better, and the prices are too when you compare quality and value. Extremely disappointed; frankly, I don't recommend this restaurant.

27/06/2026: I ordered ice cream, and it arrived liquid. I went to the counter to ask if it was possible to remake it. The manager spoke to me extremely rudely and gave me a dirty look, telling me it was hot and that it was normal. Well, no, ice cream straight from the machine shouldn't arrive liquid at the table. I pointed out that it must have been sitting on the counter for a while (given the wait time for my order...). Still with her unpleasant expression, she told me I could wait two minutes. Another manager finally served us two more ice creams that his colleague had made in a coffee cup! Much smaller than what we were supposed to have. This is unacceptable.

26/06/2026: It's June 26th. It's unacceptable that they didn't turn on the air conditioning. And if it's broken, they should have mentioned it on the door. This is unbearable for both customers and staff. As for the quality of the food, two ice creams were half-melted. I certainly won't be back.

12/07/2026: Small city, complicated road to McD from highway... And looks like McDonald's burgers become smaller every year...

07/07/2026: This McDonald's meets the expectations we have for a McDonald's. The food is similar to all the other restaurants, but the staff tries their best to make sure we have a good experience. I go there regularly, and they try to remain smiling and helpful even on days when they're having a tough time. If you're in the area and want to eat fast food, I recommend going to this McDonald's.

27/02/2026: The salmon, trout, and four-cheese pizzas were lacking in cheese! The pizzas weren't great. We were told 20 minutes, we arrived, and the pizzas were lukewarm!

23/01/2026: I just ordered a Norwegian pizza (salmon), what a disgrace to sell such a pizza for 17 euros! It's absolutely inedible, a cream base... where's the cream? Salmon pizza?? Or smoked trout (cheaper)?? The pizza is completely dry and way, way, way too salty. And the service wasn't exactly friendly either. For me, this kiosk... is finished.

28/05/2026: Outrageous! We work in a truck that can't fit through the drive-thru because of the height restriction. A worker before us who had the same problem was able to pick up their order on foot, while we were refused.

25/05/2026: Shameful! I'm reporting this to the health authorities. Get out of here fast, go eat somewhere else. This McDonald's delivers burgers full of bacteria. Lack of hygiene, failure to respect the product's shelf life (it should be thrown away 7 minutes after preparation)...diarrhea and stomach aches all night for the whole family...paid 50 euros to catch salmonella or something else? No way...never again.

08/07/2026: An evening with friends that ended with everyone wanting ice cream—well, half a McFlurry each, but not half price, unfortunately. What a shame.

10/06/2026: It was great, fast service. The staff was very friendly, and there was even a makeup workshop; my daughter had a lot of fun. I highly recommend it.

06/06/2026: I just got my McDonald's delivered by Uber Eats, and as usual, the bag was soaked, the drink spilled, and the order completely wet. Something needs to be done; this is becoming urgent and infuriating, especially considering the price we pay. Thanks

24/06/2026: The last time I went there, I had a crêpe. I sat at a table outside with my dog. The person came to serve me, I enjoyed it, and it was very good.

20/06/2026: I've been going to Plateau since 2010, and I haven't been disappointed yet. The sandwiches are excellent.

27/04/2026: Excellent pizzas! We've been ordering from them regularly for several years now, and the quality is always top-notch! I highly recommend this pizzeria! 🙂

21/03/2026: This is not right! I ordered pizzas and as soon as the delivery driver arrived, he asked me for cash. I didn't get my pizzas; he took them away! Unacceptable!
