12/08/2026: Great welcome, very pleasant. It's not necessarily "the place" for a full meal, more for cheap snacks like salads, sandwiches, fries, etc. However, the service is truly excellent, so if you're passing through Chantemerle, stop by! 😉

26/05/2026: We were comfortably seated and enjoyed a delicious speculoos crepe, which was generously portioned (though a bit of a shame it was served in a cardboard box). The service was friendly, fairly quick, and efficient. Prices were reasonable.

07/03/2026: Terrible service and very unpleasant staff. We went to the self-service counter and asked what was in the burgers. The cook told us it was listed on the menu. Okay... great salesman's response. Then, for a children's meal, a crepe is included, but my husband was met with a very unpleasant response when he asked for it. Finally, when we asked to see the manager, she had the nerve to tell us that we were the ones with the problem and that no one else was complaining about the service... seeing the reviews... I'm not so sure. I absolutely do not recommend this place, and it will be my first and last time there.

14/09/2026: The waiters are sitting at tables enjoying a good beer on the terrace. We arrive on our motorbikes at 4 PM, thirsty and tired, and they tell us it's closed and the last customer has just left... even though the website says the bar is open... So? Closed? Bad information on the website? Or just not in the mood to work?

13/08/2026: Absolutely incredible! Top-notch service! The server was so welcoming and friendly! The dishes were delicious, and the portions were more than perfect! What a wonderful discovery! You could really taste the love in the food! Keep up the great work! 👏👏💪🏻

25/08/2026: Excellent food. The trout was very fresh, and the salad with smoked salmon trout was delicious and creatively prepared. Parking on the street is no problem, and there's a beautiful mountain panorama. We felt very welcome.

24/08/2026: The setting was superb. The food was beautifully presented, but we were a little disappointed with the dishes. A major drawback was the sheer number of flies, which somewhat spoiled the experience.

20/08/2026: Overall, a good restaurant with a fairly varied selection of burgers and decent main dishes. The fries are particularly good, and the staff is generally friendly and welcoming. However, several things left me with mixed feelings. During my last visit, I witnessed a rather harsh remark made by the managers to a young waiter who seemed to be in training. The scene took place in front of the other customers, which made me uncomfortable. I think that any necessary corrections should be delivered more discreetly and kindly. I was also surprised to see burgers and salads being prepared without gloves or any apparent handwashing while I was there. Without questioning the overall hygiene of the establishment, this aspect could legitimately raise concerns among some customers. Finally, the background music could perhaps be better suited to a more diverse clientele. The exclusive playing of rap music containing numerous profanities may not be suitable for all audiences, particularly families. Ultimately, the experience remains acceptable thanks to the quality of the burgers and fries, but a few improvements in terms of professionalism, perceived hygiene, and atmosphere would make it a more enjoyable experience.

20/08/2026: My boyfriend and I ordered Burger and Grills for delivery. The order arrived quickly, no problem there. I personally enjoyed my meal (those are the only positive points). However, my boyfriend had several issues with his order. First, he ordered fries with cheddar cheese and fried onions, but he received neither and instead had bacon in it, even though he hadn't ordered it. Then, he ordered a burger without bacon, but it had bacon in it. The burger was also very dry (no sauce), and the bun was very hard. He was extremely disappointed, especially since he orders quite often.

05/09/2026: A warm welcome in a very pleasant setting, generous and delicious portions, a very friendly owner (a small parasol was set up as soon as the sun peeked over our table, without us having to ask), dogs were welcome with a bowl of fresh water, a relaxing atmosphere guaranteed

22/07/2026: I had a great time with my colleague. We weren't in a very good mood when we arrived, but we were warmly welcomed by Jeremy, who was very patient despite our questionable humor. We left in a much better mood. I highly recommend it!

22/07/2026: I enjoyed eating something hot in a cool place during the summer. There are plenty of options for building your own taco, and the hygiene is top-notch. I recommend it.

23/04/2026: 2 years ago I collected everyones cups for return and thought i would return all of them myself but obviously you cant do that. They told me not to do it anymore but I was a stupid 18 year old so i thought i was in the right. I am sad that i never apologized for my behaviour.

04/05/2026: The place is nice, but the waiter... My god... He's about as friendly as a prison guard! Four of us sat down, each ordering, and one of our friends showed up with his own sandwich. The guy practically threw us out, telling us it was totally forbidden, like we'd killed someone... So, customer service? There isn't any... And then, five minutes later, the guy over the PA system came up to us and said we weren't allowed to drink from our reusable water bottles, even though we'd already paid for our paninis... So we left quickly after eating and paying. I've never seen anything like it...
