02/05/2026: This is clearly the worst McDonald's I've ever eaten at. While the food is passable, the employees (men) clearly have no business working in the restaurant industry. Their very underdeveloped sense of humor leads them to scream like animals in the children's play area, and they don't even say thank you when you hold the door for them. The toilets are disgusting, and that's just the tip of the iceberg. I definitely do not recommend this McDonald's, and I urge the manager to do some serious restructuring of their staff.

01/05/2026: I ordered a 280g rösti with potatoes and another meal with a chicken and bacon wrap. The potatoes weren't cooked, the rösti was missing from the 280g, and the bacon was missing from the wrap. Clearly, you can't properly prepare customer orders and be whipping yourself with dishcloths in the kitchen... In short, I'm increasingly disappointed with this chain.

18/02/2026: Very pleasant atmosphere, super friendly and helpful service. You absolutely must visit it if you come to Guillestre!

09/05/2026: A place to AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! The new management, I dare say, has a total disregard for its customers! It starts with disrespect upon arrival, with employees smoking outside. We were left waiting at the counter for ages without any regard for us or even bothering to seat us. There were barely 3 tables occupied at 12:30 PM!! A so-called waitress, squeezed into her top with her midriff exposed… We had a reservation for 3, the table was set for 3, and yet one glass was missing. 30 minutes to order, 20 minutes for drinks, and NEVER a single carafe of water – we had to ask for it!!! Then another 1.5-hour wait to receive our 3 measly dishes!!! I was about to leave, but it was already past 2:30 PM… And what's more, the food was tasteless!!! A salad with specialties and charcuterie is exorbitantly priced. You expect good charcuterie and local products, but NO WAY! Products from Lidl, resold at exorbitant prices, drowned in soggy salad. And what about dessert? A 20-minute wait for a gourmet coffee, and then, the icing on the cake… a plate with four petit fours drowning in cocoa powder! I got it all over my clothes, and it was completely caked on. All this for nearly €90 for three people, including one main course, one glass of wine, and one gourmet coffee. A SHAME!!! And no one apologizes for the wait (they can't smoke and work at the same time; you have to choose between smoking and working, and they made that choice…), the staff who couldn't care less about their customers, the appalling food, and the deplorable management. With the previous owners, it was a delight: cheerful waiters, top-notch and fast service, even when the restaurant was full. Now it's a disaster. Leave immediately; you're a disgrace to the restaurant industry!
