26/03/2026: Two years later, I'm still thinking about that plate… and not in a good way. €20 for this? What kind of restaurant is this, or some kind of culinary illusion? Half the plate is hummus spread out like plaster to give the illusion of volume (special mention for the hole in the middle that reveals the plate… not even enough to be convincing). Next to it, a mountain of salad clearly there to fill the space, to mask the emptiness of the rest. And the “main course”? Half a dry merguez sausage, a few stray pieces of meat, two spoonfuls of bulgur, and five cubes of potato fighting for space. So, to sum up: * 75% cheap filler * 25% actual food (and even that's debatable…) At that price, it's not a plate, it's a strategy. The worst part isn't even the quantity. It feels like they're clearly trying to take you for a fool. Two years later, I've never gone back. And given the effort they put into padding the plate rather than feeding the customer, that's not likely to change anytime soon.

14/03/2026: Incredible welcome. The staff is warm and friendly, the hummus delicious, the falafel excellent, and the mahallavi exquisite. I'll be back every time I'm in the area; they deserve it.

28/03/2026: McDonald's franchise, watch out for the prices! Mario sauce is €0.80 in all McDonald's except Gennevilliers Village, where it's €3.80. That's some serious rip-off. The manager told me she sets whatever price she wants. Thanks a lot, and goodbye forever. 🤮🤮

27/03/2026: Catastrophic! A complete menu was missing, including the €1.85 Mario item. All the drinks on every order were also missing. And don't even get me started on the packaging in the delivery bags. The service in the restaurant was just as complicated. It's getting worse and worse.

24/03/2026: Selling matcha made with milk and water mixed with matcha powder. It has no taste at all, which is a real shame.

10/01/2026: I came here by chance a week ago and returned with my family today. The meat was of very good quality, which is rare in this type of restaurant. The bread for the chicken sandwich was excellent, the chicken itself was very good, and the meat was fresh—you could tell. The fries were also very good, and the price was very reasonable. The dining area and restrooms were very clean, which is a relief and important for people with a phobia like me. The children ordered kebabs with pita bread, and I tried some too; they were delicious. I'm adding this place to my favorites now; they deserve it. Thank you for everything; I'll gladly come back. ☺️

23/06/2025: A very good experience at Au Bureau. The atmosphere is friendly and warm, ideal for spending quality time with friends or family. The service is pleasant and responsive, and the staff is always smiling. As for the food, the dishes are generous, well-presented, and tasty—special mention goes to the burgers and the sharing platters! The English pub-style decor adds a lot of charm to the place. I definitely recommend it for a relaxed lunch or a fun evening.

20/03/2026: I waited a long time to pick up my food; it might have been completely forgotten. Even when I went to ask with my ticket, they didn't apologize.

14/01/2026: I'm sharing my disappointment after buying about ten boxes of chocolates and waiting 30 minutes for them to be prepared. I wasn't even offered a chocolate tasting! Very disappointed!

29/12/2025: We enjoyed a festive 3-chocolate log, which was a real treat. So, we bought a second one. The flavors are well-balanced, and the log keeps very well. A shop full of passionate people where the quality of the products is equal to that of the service. Nothing to complain about.

10/12/2025: I do not recommend the almond chocolate croissant. It's clear that it was baked a long time ago. In addition, there was no almond flavor at all, and part of it was burnt. I already spoke to them about it, but they showed no interest in addressing my dissatisfaction.

23/02/2026: The restaurant was absolutely infested with mice; I spent my entire lunch watching them scurrying under the tables. What's more, I felt quite ill afterward. I don't even want to imagine what's lurking in the kitchen. And the whole staff seems completely indifferent to the situation and the customers.

14/03/2026: I ordered a CBO Raclette for click and collect. I received a CBO without raclette cheese, but with two slices of cheddar instead. Of course, the restaurant doesn't answer the phone. I went there in person, and they refused to give me a refund because it was an online order. I filed a complaint, but received no response.

20/03/2026: Every time I go to this McDonald's, there's a problem. Today, nothing's right: - The Happy Meal drinkable yogurt was missing - We ordered a 280 raclette burger and got the regular 280 - One nugget was burnt, as hard as a rock. Not to mention the contests they run; when we go to claim our prize, they give us some incomprehensible excuse! (It was just a cheeseburger…) We try again every time, but we're never going back! 16/03/2026: Mcdonalds experience is truly amazing, kids love it, we always come back atleast once a month.

03/02/2026: The toilets have been out of order for months. This is unacceptable and quite surprising for a place like Starbucks, where you're supposed to be able to stay and spend time comfortably.
