It's clear that it was baked a long time ago.
In addition, there was no almond flavor at all, and part of it was burnt.
I already spoke to them about it, but they showed no interest in addressing my dissatisfaction.

we hired the Maillard catering team for a 70-person birthday party.
We were delighted with their service, both for the quality of their staff (friendliness, discretion, efficiency) and for the delicious food. A highly recommended catering company.

I often go during off-peak hours, and yet the servers are consistently unpleasant. I ask for a recommendation, and they tell me, "It depends on your taste." I ask what they think of the praline macchiato, and they tell me, "It's hazelnut." Great 👍 And let's not even talk about the outrageous prices, as expensive as a proper sit-down restaurant. I mean, they don't set the prices, I can understand that. I ordered a peanut butter latte; you had to imagine the peanut butter to even try and taste it. You might as well save your money, and if you want a salad, walk to the Monoprix at CNIT; they have a nice, inexpensive food counter (but it's completely sold out by 1:30 pm).

Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident; there's always something wrong at this McDonald's (delays, mistakes, oversights).
The service quality is clearly below the chain's standards. Avoid it until the organization improves.

02/07/2025: Very welcoming staff, but poor things, working in this heat, a real oven. No customer dares to stay even to have a cold drink.....just impossible, even unacceptable on the part of the company.
11/06/2025: How could I feel like I'm being ripped off? I'm a regular at hot Matcha Latte, so I wanted to try the same one cold. How frustrating to find a quarter of the cup filled with ice cubes instead of my drink, and of course, all for the same price!
The staff's response was, "Well, that's how it is."
Great! It really makes me want to come back...

14/12/2024: I've been to this McDonald's 3 times now, it's a real disaster.
Terrible and incredibly slow service.
regarding delivery it is not better no care taken with the order, I have just placed an order with 2 children's menus these were thrown in the bag without putting them in the box provided for this purpose. Plus you had to pay extra for the toys and they didn't even include the toy.
It makes you wonder if there is a manager in this McDonald's.
Very disappointed I will never go back

(Order placed via Uber Eats.)
When I placed my order, I noticed a serious hygiene issue: one of the cheeseburgers contained two patties, with a hair (appearing to be human) stuck to the meat. This is completely unacceptable.
In addition, there were several order errors.
I ordered a "Golden Double Cheese" meal + a Croque McDo:
- I received two cheeseburgers instead of the Double Cheese sandwich, without the Croque McDo
- One of the cheeseburgers was without sauce (only bread, meat, and cheese)
- The other had two patties (the original recipe normally only contains one) and a hair that appeared to be human inside.
I called the restaurant:
- firstly to report the order error: I was referred back to Uber Eats.
I called back later to report the hygiene issue: the restaurant answered and then immediately hung up, apparently recognizing my voice.
I'm leaving this review to inform other customers and I will also be filing an official complaint for breach of hygiene regulations.

05/12/2025: I had a wonderful time at lunch in Issy-les-Moulineaux! The setting is truly lovely: calm, bright, and welcoming, ideal for a midday break. The service was impeccable, friendly, and attentive from beginning to end. The dishes were fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor—a delightful surprise. Special mention goes to the dessert, which was absolutely delicious.
