24/03/2024: Cold fries and equally cold Hamburger, the cheese is not even melted. Fast but unpleasant service, fortunately there were 10 customers.
A real McDonald's, we get what we pay for: expensive and not good, negligible service, dirty premises: tables, chairs, floor.
No matter how much we come back, we are always disappointed. Employees are also little concerned with the service and the image of the company, which crumbles more and more over time.

14/04/2024: I ask for a straw to drink my iced drink.
They refuse it to me, because according to the person, fast food doesn't give it!!
I understand that this is not good for our planet, and that is why we switched from plastic to cardboard. But where is the customer service? someone breaks my foot for a straw when I pay almost 7€ for my drink. Until proven otherwise, fast food restaurants cannot pay that much for coffee, straw or not.

31/03/2024: I've been ordering there for 4 years, 4 years I've put up with their customer service which is lousy. They don't even know the French language and can deliver in 1 hour 10 minutes. Avoid, and you can't even order from Pizza Hut in Nanterre which is clearly better because they have geographical agreements. They lost a customer.
05/03/2024: Well-run Pizza Hut, the pizzas are soft and well stocked, the deliveries are fast, in short, faultless.

02/04/2024: My last visit to the McDonald's in Clamart was once again disappointing. The wait time was extremely long and the new requirement to activate click & collect only inside the store is frankly frustrating. It seems like this change was designed to make us wait in the store, which is quite disappointing. Additionally, another problem persists: the order is reported as ready in the app when it is not, which creates confusion and frustration. On my last visit, I had to wait again after being informed that my order was ready. These cumulative inconveniences make the customer experience very unsatisfactory.
02/04/2024: More staff than delivery people. More delivery people than customers. As a result, the atmosphere was cold... like the sandwiches despite a very reasonable waiting time. The drive is more popular on the other hand.

30/04/2024: The very kind waiter Idriss welcomed me very warmly, the service is great, hearty meal, perfect when you don't have time to have a snack or go there in the morning it's perfect because during the day too many people like in Starbucks. What a pleasure to have your coffee in the morning!!!!!!
And when I need a coffee break it's the ideal place, their coffee is delicious, not to mention the donuts and muffins :D
I will come back often

27/03/2024: I usually get the almond milk matcha latte at Starbucks, which is great because there's no sugar. I wanted to try the first Colombus café because the Starbucks in La Défense is closed. I asked for the exact same thing, without sugar. They actually didn't add any sugar but their matcha (green tea powder) is already mixed with sugar, so they can't remove it. This is really annoying because I hate sugary drinks. Plus it's supposed to be a healthy drink, but if you add sugar to it, it becomes very bad. I really advise you to change the product and take quality sugar-free matcha, you will gain customers.

04/05/2024: I order very regularly (several times a week). I sincerely think that these are the worst McDonald's in France and its neighbor in Issy. The orders always have a problem and often that makes them inedible. No effort made for customer satisfaction. I will eat there out of curiosity in the wrong place just to see the gang of shlag unable to read an order form hiding behind their restaurants.
23/04/2024: Mediocre, 1 hour to get your order through Uber eats and unreachable by phone.
