08/09/2024: Order with restaurant card. Dirty room with such a greasy and wet floor!!!! A 35 minute wait!!!!! Order for 3 people only! An African waitress who kicks the yellow sign indicating the slippery floor and sends her under the buffet where there are McDonald's items in the window! Amazing, the customers all looked at each other! What is this behavior in a room in front of customers????? In our bags, the sauces thrown into my Mac flurry! And the burgers and fries were cold, fries and potatoes mixed!!!!! I posted photos because I was so angry. This restaurant has been getting worse and worse for several years! I haven't been there for a year but really it's not serious. To avoid.

10/12/2024: We went there Sunday evening, for once nothing was missing... but we were shocked to see that when we ate right next to us the young man was changing the trash... so already the smell was unbearable and then we couldn't continue eating.. In short, run away

07/12/2024: Not the best experience: 1 almost cold food 2 had contactless which didn't work and I had to pay in cash, only to discover that the money had actually been debited from my card too. Finally the staff told me that I have to send an email to get my money back, inserting a screenshot of the payment etc. into the email. Instead of eating peacefully, food stuck in my throat from frustration

30/08/2024: Not horrible but not crazy, there are several things that can be improved to become a good fast food restaurant. For what I ate, the sandwich is ok but not very good, the brownie is much too sweet and in general the prices are much too high... the owners I think you should think about lowering your margin or else you align in quality and quantity with what is done in the area.

30/07/2024: Ah “Class’croute”, a name that promises class and deliciousness. Unfortunately, the class had to take unpaid leave, only the crust remains. The service ? Non-existent. No smile, a dry and urgent tone. The friendliness of the staff would make my mother-in-law look like a model of friendliness. The portions? Lowercase. They look like they came straight out of a draconian diet program. You'll be hard-pressed to find anything that can feed an adult. The costs ? They are as high as my father's ambitions for my future, therefore prohibitive. Maybe a little too sadomasochistic, I try to give them a chance every year. After all, it can't be worse than the last one, and yet... they succeed! Portions are getting smaller, prices are increasing and formulas are disappearing. In short, if you like unpleasant surprises, GO FOR IT! A positive point: it is very easy to park, since no one wants to stay!

29/09/2024: we arrived in the evening by doing a click and collect so that in the end they served me without sauce and my meal was cold... and what's more the McDonald's croc was not good... in short to avoid

22/09/2024: How is so much dirt possible in a MacDonald!!! Greasy and slippery floor, trash everywhere, dirty tables and seats, control screens dripping with grease, the toilets let's not even mention it... in short a pigsty which should be checked by the health services and closed!!! Run away!!!

01/09/2024: 35 minutes for three ice creams in drive!!! To ultimately have mediocre service, absolutely unfriendly employees… Not to mention that we ultimately didn't receive what we ordered! TO FLEE

04/12/2024: Pathetic wait for a Big Mac menu. 15 minute wait at the drive-thru. If you're in a hurry, move on. Otherwise the meal was hot.

17/12/2024: You have to report the hygiene checks because this McDonald's is so dirty. We couldn't even sit down because the tables were full of grease. A burger made haphazardly and into mush (I should have taken a photo). Half of the order was missing... unsanitary toilet, blocked and does not lock. If we don't get sick, we'll be lucky.

17/12/2024: Holes in the chairs. Tables and floor stick

15/09/2024: 45min / 1 hour of waiting to get an order that was ultimately cold with format errors for the drinks in addition. Never seen before, the bags were piling up with staff who don't care about the customers as a bonus. Avoid!!!
