17/09/2024: I only judge the drink service on the terrace, long and aggressive waiter

13/09/2024: A well-placed restaurant, as it goes, overlooking Place Graslin. Pleasant and efficient server. I ate a croque-monsieur there which was nothing exceptional. On the other hand, a gourmet coffee presented on a slate which was pleasant to the eye and taste. Installed inside, the tables are quite close together. It was a little noisy at lunchtime though, it's probably a place for regulars to chat 😊 overall not an unpleasant place.

30/08/2024: Not horrible but not crazy, there are several things that can be improved to become a good fast food restaurant. For what I ate, the sandwich is ok but not very good, the brownie is much too sweet and in general the prices are much too high... the owners I think you should think about lowering your margin or else you align in quality and quantity with what is done in the area.

30/07/2024: Ah “Class’croute”, a name that promises class and deliciousness. Unfortunately, the class had to take unpaid leave, only the crust remains. The service ? Non-existent. No smile, a dry and urgent tone. The friendliness of the staff would make my mother-in-law look like a model of friendliness. The portions? Lowercase. They look like they came straight out of a draconian diet program. You'll be hard-pressed to find anything that can feed an adult. The costs ? They are as high as my father's ambitions for my future, therefore prohibitive. Maybe a little too sadomasochistic, I try to give them a chance every year. After all, it can't be worse than the last one, and yet... they succeed! Portions are getting smaller, prices are increasing and formulas are disappearing. In short, if you like unpleasant surprises, GO FOR IT! A positive point: it is very easy to park, since no one wants to stay!

30/10/2024: 1st visit great with the boss but drop in quality when he is not there (cold pizza and very little filling for the price). I'm disappointed, you lost one customer

02/10/2024: Good value for money. The mixture and ingredient choice very relevant. Good dough ingredient ratio. Salmon pizza. Very good sauce and not overwhelming in the mouth either. 👏

01/08/2024: Very good fast restaurant the staff at the top the manager very pleasant in fact I don't know her first name too bad lol I invite you to go eat there. Ps: for the haters who find excuses to say that it's disgusting or that the staff is not pleasant or whatever, each time I was well received and with a smile and above all I ate well

25/01/2025: Arrived before closing on site to be, Once the order has been placed, I am told that it has not been placed and that I must order it to take away while the room is still full, frankly shameful, no respect for the customer!! You got me used to better

18/12/2023: Bonjour C'était la première fois que je mangeais burger king La cuisine était bonne ça reste un fast food mais pour passer la faim c'est très bien mais le service et la propreté et exécrable si il mette autant d'attention sur la salle que en cuisine alors c'est juste dégueulasse le service et pas mieux pas de chevalet on te crie dessus pour venir chercher ta commande c'est pas mon kiffe surtout que de ce que je voyais les employés était pas a fond malgré le monde qui attendait Je suis déçu de ma première fois je n'y retournerai pas.

13/12/2023: Un Burger King comme un autre situé dans un centre commercial. Les repas sont bon mais l'ambiance peut bruyante en journée à l'inverse du soir où c'est très calme en semaine

30/08/2024: Best kebab in town! Have lived in Nantes for 8 years now and can’t find any better. The cheese naan is really good and the meat is tasty. The service is friendly and fast.

02/08/2024: Click n collect order... more than 40 minutes of waiting... (in full sun) even though we supposedly have an application that alerts us to our proximity... in commerce it is priority for orders especially since there weren't many people... the customers who went through the drive-thru were served much more quickly! and the cherry my sandwich is cold! This is the 2nd time I've come to this McDonald's and it will be the last! !

10/07/2024: Very dirty restaurant, placemats on stained trays, tables not cleaned between two customers, toilets without paper, greasy floor, sauce wrappers not picked up from the chairs!! And when coming at noon, not at the end of service. The manager should ask himself questions!

08/07/2024: My daughter made an order online and paid on the internet, when she got there we told her that it had not been validated and we encouraged her to go to the drive to reorder, which she did . The next day she noticed that the order placed online had been debited as well as of course the order from the drive. After information we told her to send an email to the address as indicated in the responses to the opinions left here, which she did, since nothing, you are pitiful and we will not return to your place and I encourage everyone world to do the same, an order of 50 E which costs him 100 E 😡 Reimbursement finally arrived, thank you!
