12/04/2026: Honestly, it's good in a way... there are fewer and fewer oversights, which is cool... However, excuse me for complaining, but... it would be great if the person who gives us our takeout orders, to be precise, the person who was there today, April 12th, around 6:50-7:00 PM... It would be really great if this person STOPPED putting their fingers in their mouth before handing over the bags 😡... biting their nails, picking at their cuticles, or whatever 😡 it's really disgusting 😡 great hygiene 😬 in front of the customers, no less 🙄

15/03/2026: Two years ago, my partner already left a review about the fries. Today we saw that nothing has changed, so the reviews shouldn't be taken into account... Just like two years ago, we ordered the maxi best-of order hoping to get a large fry, but no, we had to settle for a medium fry at the price of a large.

24/02/2026: It's still a McDonald's. Explain to customers that the click and collect parking spaces are not for parking.

11/04/2026: I never leave negative reviews when I'm not satisfied, but this time I have to. We stopped for lunch on our way back from vacation. The place was practically empty, it was 2:15 PM, but we had to wait over 30 minutes to be served, and that was in several stages. First, the drinks and ice cream arrived, even though my daughter had asked for the ice cream "later" at the kiosk. We thought it wasn't a big deal, since the rest would come, but not at all! It took another 25 minutes for the meal to arrive! The sandwiches were cold, the fries tasted like grease, and the extras (collector's specials) were missing. When my son politely asked for them, they practically threw them in his face without a word. To top it all off, my daughter threw up when we got home, and I've been feeling nauseous since lunchtime (even though McDonald's is usually pretty easy to digest). This is the last time I'm stopping at this McDonald's!

05/04/2026: Every time we go to this McDonald's We get takeout Something's always missing: the sandwich, the Happy Meal toy, sauces, drinks. And yet we were the only ones in our car! I even asked the person preparing the order if he'd put everything in. He just said, "Yes, of course!" 😤😤😤😤😤 Plus, the sandwiches and fries are cold. So disappointing! I won't be back.

10/04/2026: I am a delivery driver and the service leaves much to be desired, and not just in terms of slowness… nobody talks to you, it’s crazy.

11/04/2026: Actually, I get it, I'm going to have to take you down. As a McDonald's employee, I can tell you it's a disgrace to offer a job like this. Honestly, this is the third time I've been to the drive-thru, and three times my order isn't what I originally asked for. It should be meat in my double cheeseburger with pickles, when I asked for no, and no bacon, when it was a double cheeseburger with bacon. The 10:1 ratio is overcooked; it's practically like shoe leather. Sorry, but at some point, the RGRV (Regional Food Safety and Quality Control) needs to do its job, and the managers and kitchen staff need to seriously rethink their approach. I'm being blunt. But this is ridiculous.

10/04/2026: Hello, I went to the McDonald's on the Rennes road today. My order was perfect, nothing to complain about. I was greeted by Maryline, a very pleasant hostess. Thank you, Maryline, for your smile and kindness! 😆

19/04/2026: A disastrous experience at this McDonald's. Over an hour's wait to be served. And as if that weren't enough, the staff is incredibly rude: no sense of customer service whatsoever, and even worse, they laugh in customers' faces when we dare to ask about our order. I understand it can be busy, but a little respect and organization would be appreciated. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

25/03/2026: Today, I had the pleasure of being served by Zélia, who wonderfully combines competence and humor. My family found her charismatic and kind—a rare quality that is immediately apparent. Yvan, for his part, is a delightful manager, and it's always a real pleasure to be greeted by him. He has a knack for putting people at ease and spreading his good cheer wherever he goes. Thank you both! 🌟

19/03/2026: We ordered the Royale Cheese burgers, but they weren't complete; they lacked toppings. When we pointed this out, they offered us others, which we accepted, but the meat wasn't cooked (it was still red). We were very disappointed and won't be going back anytime soon. (It's a shame I can't post photos to prove it.)

05/04/2026: So... Terrible service, the organization needs a complete overhaul. We came to eat just nuggets and fries, and as a result, I waited 30 minutes to place my order because you have to order at the kiosk, but the only usable kiosk was actually out of order. So I went to the counter, and they told me to go to the kiosk. I went back, paid, and waited another 20 minutes (there were 8 people there) to get my order in two parts. I ordered a Coke at the same time and got an Oasis. The cashier was unpleasant and took forever at the register. There was no ink in the machine, so the receipt was unreadable. I do not recommend this McDonald's.

05/04/2026: The wait was far too long, only to end up with cold food that was barely served. The burger was burnt, the fries were reheated, and there was no flavor or salt. Disappointed.

26/03/2026: RUN RUN RUN RUN Passing through Nantes to discover this beautiful city, we stopped at this McDonald's for lunch, but what a disgrace!!! This fast-food restaurant is not a gourmet establishment, but the lack of hygiene and cleanliness in the dining areas and restrooms, the servers who constantly bark (to put it politely) at the young people eating and talking quite loudly... threatening to "kick them out"!!! The waitress speaks rudely to all the customers... The meals arrive barely hot because the waitresses mess up the orders, put them on a table while waiting to serve them.... Regarding hygiene as well, the waitress loudly says, "You're serving people, they're annoying me, I'm going to the bathroom!"!!! And then she comes out, pulling up her pants and without having washed her hands.... The health inspectors should come and check all of this.

25/03/2026: Honestly, a bad experience... Every time I order, something is missing... I've never received a complete order on the first try. Plus, the staff isn't friendly or very professional. And the hygiene is really lacking. I definitely don't recommend it. Order picked up on March 25th at 8:25 PM.
