15/03/2026: Two years ago, my partner already left a review about the fries. Today we saw that nothing has changed, so the reviews shouldn't be taken into account... Just like two years ago, we ordered the maxi best-of order hoping to get a large fry, but no, we had to settle for a medium fry at the price of a large.
24/02/2026: It's still a McDonald's. Explain to customers that the click and collect parking spaces are not for parking.

16/08/2026: Very dirty!
The toilets, the indoor/outdoor trash cans (even during off-peak hours), and the outdoor children's play area are deplorable. The smell of urine and feces gives you a good idea of the atmosphere.
The service and the order were fine, but now I have serious doubts about the cleanliness of the kitchen.
I won't be going back.
14/08/2026: Very disappointed by the cleanliness. The dining room was dirty and the tables weren't properly cleaned. It's a shame, because cleanliness should be a priority in a restaurant.

23/08/2026: While waiting for my delivery, which has been taking over 30 minutes and still hasn't arrived even though I'm less than a kilometer away, I'm still hoping to receive my hot nuggets with fries... and all those delicious sauces... I'd like to order from you again, but it's less certain... Even La Beaujoire delivers faster. Thank you for your patience and good luck, it's not going to be easy for your establishment.
23/08/2026: Still the worst McDonald's I've been to in 20 years, and it hasn't changed. This Sunday evening, I was stuck in the drive-thru for 45 minutes with nine other cars. No orders, no communication, no one around. Everyone else turned around and left. I've never seen anything like it.

16/08/2026: I live in Loire-Atlantique, and I think this is the worst restaurant! The quality of the sandwiches is very poor. And the wait is very long. The staff is always different.
15/08/2026: Avoid this place! They forget to take your order, and the hygiene is appalling. The cleaning isn't done; the floor and table legs are filthy, with dust everywhere. Keep walking and go to the Burger King a little further down the road.

01/08/2026: Avoid this restaurant at all costs!
This is the first time I've ever seen such a lack of consideration and respect for customers and their own work.
First incident: all the multi-skilled staff we saw in the dining room had their phones on and showed little interest in the customers, barely even looking at them.
Second incident: these same staff members preferred to spend their time chatting with their friends and pretending to work when another colleague arrived.
The worst part of our visit was yet to come: firecrackers exploded in the room next to us. I was shocked.
Not to mention the appalling hygiene of this restaurant: dirty tables and floors, filthy toilets with nauseating smells, clumps of hair on the floor...
My friends and I arrived at 6:00 PM and were served at 6:20 PM. We ended up having to go and get our order ourselves. Of course, everything was cold. I approached a staff member who told me I had to go downstairs myself to file the complaint, but one of her colleagues ended up taking care of it.
I seriously wonder how this establishment can still be open.
31/07/2026: Bacon and egg McMuffin with the hamburger bun and no cheese… (after a 15-minute wait)
It was 9 a.m. and I was the only customer.
Doesn't this McDonald's have any training or what?

13/09/2024: great time to spend with friends. the service is impeccable, smiling and professional. As for the toast, they were generous and delicious. I highly recommend.
12/09/2024: Charming place and good toasts. 2 toasts per head and a dessert more than enough for a romantic dinner as a couple.

22/09/2024: We leave disappointed...we had reserved for 2 and the small table allocated to us was the one in the entrance wedged between the toilets, the bar and the front door...a lot of comings and goings and we had better known as a place for a romantic lunch... then, the pancakes and pancakes are, certainly, well filled but lack cooking and that little extra that makes you tempted by a 2nd batch... well, the service, without being unpleasant, is a little hasty, we feel the staff tired or annoyed, speed in short "don't heat them up!"....We leave without necessarily wanting to come back.

15/08/2024: Cadre merveilleux. Intérieur impeccable, cosy, belle déco (qui fait chic). Personnel très gentil. C'est un restaurant qui fiat gastronomique. Donc le seul défaut, comme tous les gastronomiques, est qu'il y a peu de quantité dans les assiettes, donc nous avons encore faim en sortant. Pain servi en quantité sans avoir ademander (ce qui devient rare dans les restos. Carafe d'eau idem mise directement. Mais la qualité des plats est là. Plat pris : brochette onglet de bœuf, Gratin de pommes de terres et pommes de terres Marius. Délicieux. Viande bien cuite, tendre. Sauce très bonne. Dessert : Finger framboise, croustillant framboise. Succulent. Mais trop petit. J'avoue les tarifs restent chers pour les quantités. Mention speciale, au personnel très souriant, gentil. Limite, c'est même trop on doit leur imposer un service impeccable avec les client (on vous parle et vous sert comme le font le personnel avec les riches, en précisant les plats). Nous qui sommes de simples ouvriers, c'était limite gênant. Nous avons pris en sortant des gaufres, tellement nous avions encore faim. Résumé : restaurant très bien pour y manger dans un cadre où vous voulez épater les personnes (dîners amoureux, déjeuners d'affaires, où vous faire plaisir). A fiare à titre exceptionnel vu les prix. Mais si vous aimez la simplicité, aller régulièrement au resto. ce sera un peu trop.
13/08/2024: Très bonne table et service pro. Cadre très art déco. Il existe un menu à 20 euros qui est très bien pour le midi . Reviendrons sans l’ombre d’un doute . À recommander vivement.

It's a shame the restaurant isn't signposted on the street; you might assume there's only a hotel, when in fact there's an amazing restaurant.
