13/08/2024: The toilets are unusable because there are no more toilet papers at 10:30... The sink does not work for washing hands because the tap is out of order.... Nice hygiene for a restaurant
11/08/2024: And a big thank you to the person who served me a Mac flowery popcorn, without popcorn... only crumbs... fed up with already having to check if everything is there, that you also have to check the inside of our sandwiches or our ice creams!!!

22/11/2024: One of the worst McDonald's! Never the right order, last week at 10 p.m. drive closed due to cleaning!
This Friday, we refused to order at the terminal at 9:42 p.m. even though we wanted to take takeaway under the pretext that the restaurant closes at 9:45 p.m. even though it said 10 p.m. on the door!
Bravo, I don't bother going to the drive-thru, I go to the competition and don't worry, I won't waste my time going to the Colleray area and I invite you to do the same

To ultimately have mediocre service, absolutely unfriendly employees…
Not to mention that we ultimately didn't receive what we ordered!

10/12/2024: We went there Sunday evening, for once nothing was missing... but we were shocked to see that when we ate right next to us the young man was changing the trash... so already the smell was unbearable and then we couldn't continue eating.. In short, run away
07/12/2024: Not the best experience:
1 almost cold food
2 had contactless which didn't work and I had to pay in cash, only to discover that the money had actually been debited from my card too. Finally the staff told me that I have to send an email to get my money back, inserting a screenshot of the payment etc. into the email.
Instead of eating peacefully, food stuck in my throat from frustration

A 35 minute wait!!!!! Order for 3 people only! An African waitress who kicks the yellow sign indicating the slippery floor and sends her under the buffet where there are McDonald's items in the window! Amazing, the customers all looked at each other! What is this behavior in a room in front of customers?????
In our bags, the sauces thrown into my Mac flurry!
And the burgers and fries were cold, fries and potatoes mixed!!!!! I posted photos because I was so angry.
This restaurant has been getting worse and worse for several years!
I haven't been there for a year but really it's not serious.
To avoid.

03/09/2024: As expected fast food. Stopped to charge car which was fantastic EV charge point.
03/09/2024: Deplorable service, often very very long waits. Whether it's drive-thru or worse, click and collect.
Example today 28 min wait in click and collect (and this is not the first time). Obliged to go see them to move the order forward (after 28 minutes of waiting)
No friendliness from the team
Really chart your course and find another McDonald's

23/09/2024: The floor is greasy, the quantities of fries are shameful. I had a sandwich made haphazardly. The prices have become exorbitant for the quality/quantity/price ratio.
22/09/2024: How is so much dirt possible in a MacDonald!!! Greasy and slippery floor, trash everywhere, dirty tables and seats, control screens dripping with grease, the toilets let's not even mention it... in short a pigsty which should be checked by the health services and closed!!! Run away!!!
