30/08/2026: It's always difficult to talk to someone... Boiling water in the toilet, impossible to wash your hands! This is ridiculous!

17/10/2026: Good evening, my order was missing a spoon and the sauces. The restaurant was dirty even though it was 7 pm. Furthermore, when I asked for sauces, I was told they were extra, even though I saw other people getting them for free, and several at that. There was no toilet paper left. The waitress was unfriendly.
17/10/2026: Although I'm a regular at this McDonald's, I was very disappointed last night around 1 a.m.
Drive-thru order: 2 McDeals and a Maxi Best Of.
When the order arrived, I trusted the employees and went home… But when I went to unpack it, there were no ice creams for the McDeals, but the spoons were there, of course! Otherwise, where's the fun?
I called McDonald's three times, and they hung up on me each time!

13/09/2026: A 40-minute wait for a Drive order is simply unacceptable.
11/09/2026: Passing through, frankly, the fries in the entrance were filthy, the service was slow, and they only brought half their order. Other people waited 30 minutes and still forgot items in their orders. Avoid at all costs.

17/10/2026: Food tasted usual for McDonald but I found it a bit expensive here.
16/10/2026: I do not recommend! Order placed at 11:34 PM, still not served at 12:15 AM. When you make a comment, their response is haughty: just wait! Honestly, you need to review your team. Disappointing! I understand the negative reviews better now!

04/10/2026: I ordered two set menus with a dessert. The young woman brought me the menu without drinks or dessert after 10 minutes and told me the rest was coming... after another 10 minutes, nothing! I went to see, and the manager asked why I hadn't received my entire order. They replied that they were "swamped"... uh, there were three orders ahead of mine, and my drinks had been waiting for me since the beginning... cold hamburger... tables not very clean

28/09/2026: Very dirty fast food.
A former employee seems to be grabbing sandwiches for free in front of customers waiting their turn.
Service is provided by people who bring you trays with one hand in their pocket.
The upstairs trash can is overflowing and the floor is sticky.
28/09/2026: The toilets were inaccessible (large, heavy boxes inside), and there weren't any clean tables in the entire restaurant (I cleaned one myself so we could eat), yet the dining room was practically empty...
P.S.: I finally found the toilets (there were others upstairs), and it was a traumatic experience. They were so filthy and smelled so bad that I felt nauseous. It's shameful that such a disgusting place is located near the food we eat.

15/08/2024: Cadre merveilleux. Intérieur impeccable, cosy, belle déco (qui fait chic). Personnel très gentil. C'est un restaurant qui fiat gastronomique. Donc le seul défaut, comme tous les gastronomiques, est qu'il y a peu de quantité dans les assiettes, donc nous avons encore faim en sortant. Pain servi en quantité sans avoir ademander (ce qui devient rare dans les restos. Carafe d'eau idem mise directement. Mais la qualité des plats est là. Plat pris : brochette onglet de bœuf, Gratin de pommes de terres et pommes de terres Marius. Délicieux. Viande bien cuite, tendre. Sauce très bonne. Dessert : Finger framboise, croustillant framboise. Succulent. Mais trop petit. J'avoue les tarifs restent chers pour les quantités. Mention speciale, au personnel très souriant, gentil. Limite, c'est même trop on doit leur imposer un service impeccable avec les client (on vous parle et vous sert comme le font le personnel avec les riches, en précisant les plats). Nous qui sommes de simples ouvriers, c'était limite gênant. Nous avons pris en sortant des gaufres, tellement nous avions encore faim. Résumé : restaurant très bien pour y manger dans un cadre où vous voulez épater les personnes (dîners amoureux, déjeuners d'affaires, où vous faire plaisir). A fiare à titre exceptionnel vu les prix. Mais si vous aimez la simplicité, aller régulièrement au resto. ce sera un peu trop.
13/08/2024: Très bonne table et service pro. Cadre très art déco. Il existe un menu à 20 euros qui est très bien pour le midi . Reviendrons sans l’ombre d’un doute . À recommander vivement.

Discovered thanks to the Gourmet Passport.
It's a shame the restaurant isn't signposted on the street; you might assume there's only a hotel, when in fact there's an amazing restaurant.
