02/08/2024: This is a great wine and champagne bar, with delicious tapas snacks. Most of the wines and champagnes are by the bottle. However, on both our visits we ordered by the glass and, though the selection by glass was limited, they were excellent. The service is friendly and professional. We went back the next day because our experience was so good!

10/09/2024: Nothing to say about the service and the quality of flavors. However, the quantities are really very disappointing, especially for the main course. I didn't give it 3 stars because it was delicious but the value for money is very limited. I was rather disappointed by the dessert which did not live up to the flavors of the rest of the menu. I had a great time but I won't be back.

06/09/2024: I'm disappointed. Before the Camembert bites tasted like Camembert. Now it’s bland, when I call, they tell me “we changed supplier” Yes, but I can’t do anything about it. It's bland, tasteless. I will not recommend here anymore, really disappointed

06/08/2024: We are delighted to have used Bertacchi for our wedding. The reception as well as the dinner, from starter to dessert, were excellent. The guests particularly praised the appetizers and the wine of honor workshops, notably the foie gras. The service was also of high quality. The servers agreed to play with the weather by setting up the reception tables inside initially because of the rain, then outside when the weather improved. Each guest was able to benefit from a menu adapted to their dietary constraints. Finally, we thank Elodie for her support for successful preparation. Certainly, the catering service represents a big budget but we do not regret our choice. Thank you so much !

31/07/2024: I organized a birthday party with them in the Bertacchi salons. Everything was perfect from start to finish, from making contact to the end of the service. Élodie, the sales representative, is very professional, very friendly and very efficient. She bends over backwards to ensure that the service offered meets the customer's expectations. The service team led by Head waiter Yannick is formidable. Completely discreet, the service provided is precise. All the guests spoke of their know-how, the quality and appreciable taste of the dishes served as well as the impeccable service. I thank them once again and do not hesitate to trust them.

18/03/2024: Delicious chocolates, especially the pralines. The éclairs are good (excellent choux pastry, not too much sugar) but the cream lacks a little taste. Very nice home. A must-try chocolatier in Reims.

01/09/2024: Went for lunch today (Sunday) after checking website which confirmed they were open. When we arrived there (after a significant walk) we found a piece on the the door stating that they weren't opening until 16:00 - so thanks for that !

02/09/2024: Everything is very good. We can compose the bagels according to our tastes. And the staff is super friendly!! I come back regularly and always enjoy it!

31/08/2024: It's the first time I'm going there, I had a great time 👍👍👍 too bad all the parking is paid I live 30km away so I'm not going to get there by bike!!! and don't tell me about the trains!! ! . So personally for me I ban the center of Reims I go to the shopping centers. Besides he should settle in Cormontreuil that would be great

28/09/2024: We have been customers for several years and we come several times despite our 1 hour round trip drive. We are very disappointed and we were surprised to see the staff change and the appearance of the terminal to order the hamburger now looks like a fast food restaurant rather than a restaurant. Everything is calculated, no more bottles of sauce on the tables, this is put in small plastic pots that they don't even fill! (not very eco-friendly even though we had taken the menus on site). The burger bread has changed (good but it's no longer the artisanal bread from before) as well as the recipe, very salty fries, very thin slice of raclette etc.. We miss the old chef and the old team, it's no longer the same atmosphere... Really a shame we went there as a family because it was our favorite restaurant to eat a good, elaborate burger. Finally, prices have increased by €14 for a burger, fries and drink menu and €17 for the XL menu. This is clearly exaggerated, especially when the quality drops.

18/09/2024: Exceptional wine selection as you would expect, topped off by very welcoming staff and a delicious selection of inventive small plates and charcuterie boards. We enjoyed starting our evening outside, and moving inside as the weather cooled. The ambiance is warm. Highly recommend.

09/09/2024: Fantastic wine list, as well as a stellar backbar. This place was quite busy and we were lucky enough to grab a spot at the bar. The list was very deep and wished we had more time to stick around. The food coming out also looked great. Anyone looking for a stellar list in a laid back and cozy setting should stop in. Also if you appreciate rum!

24/05/2024: A wonder ! I've been going there twice now to grab something to eat during my lunch break and it's really good! Real fresh Italian products and made in front of you. The price of the sandwich is really affordable. The welcome is really pleasant. I recommend !

29/08/2024: This is a lovely specialty coffee shop with quality coffee and the perfect atmostphere! They have lower cost with a few high quality varieties. As a roaster, they know all aspects of coffee! Loved the conversation on coffee. A must for those who love specialty coffee in france. The roast is a bit darker than some to please the french but less than normal cafe.

19/07/2024: Exactly what I was looking for, no big houses but many small producers to taste. Two of us tasted 6 (8cl) for €20 & 3 Grand Crus (€30). Extremely good value, exciting & fun! Unlike winebars where you’re committed to drinking a whole glass. Tasted the 6 side by side & that’s the best way to learn & analyse the difference in 👅! All had 4 and above on Vivino, so good quality stuff 😉🤩. 4, 4.1,4.2…give & take, who cares as they were taaaasty ALL of them! Highly recommended! Come here!
