14/05/2026: Strange experience. We walked in and felt like we were bothering the waitress. She sighed and said, "I hope you're not here to eat," even though it wasn't that late. We ordered a bottle of wine, and then she came back to us to say that the cook could do us a favor and make us a cheese board or some croque monsieur. We decided on the cheese board. What a joke! Six slices of cheese: Comté, Camembert, and Saint-Nectaire. I've never seen such a meager selection. We asked for bread, and that seemed to bother them. Then, when it came time to pay, there was no one at the bar. We waited, and after 5-10 minutes, a guy in front of us finally noticed us (he'd been busy sorting photos on his tablet) and took our money. In short, a real rip-off.

It wasn't reheated on a griddle; it came straight from the spit and was served on a plate. The only difference from my favorite kebab, which was in Saarbrücken, is that there the bread was made fresh on the spot.
