29/03/2026: The table service was very good, however, the meal was completely cold, from the fries to the hamburger. We arrived at 2 pm hoping to avoid the crowds, which was indeed the case. The restaurant was in a catastrophic state: dishes everywhere, tables not cleared, and a very dirty floor. It's a real shame; it's changed a lot.

14/03/2026: A very positive experience at McDonald's. Fast service, friendly staff, and my order was prepared correctly. The restaurant was clean and well-organized. Perfect for a quick and efficient meal.
14/03/2026: One of the most expensive, slowest, and coldest McDonald's (both in terms of the food and the atmosphere...). There's no quality; I don't even think they've followed the original recipes, whether it's the number of tomatoes or pickles. But the price is exorbitant... It's one and a half times more expensive than the McDonald's café at Rennes train station! When the meal is served, it's cold, which is to be expected given the speed of preparation between ordering and delivery. And if you want a smile or a kind word, you can wait forever. A security guard must be more pleasant than the "manager." In short, a fast food restaurant to avoid.

04/03/2026: Overcooked nuggets, cold fries, Big Tasty, way too salty. About ten people in the McDonald's, it took 30 minutes to serve us. The atmosphere was one of shouting in the back; I find it unacceptable. There was a pickle stuck to the ceiling, it's starting to rot. McDonald's should be shut down!
02/03/2026: Inappropriate fast food, slow service (I waited 45 minutes for my order only to have it not prepared). The managers' disrespect towards their employees is beyond words; it's unacceptable to be treated like that in front of customers for a measly extra slice of bacon. Frankly, I do not recommend this McDonald's; the service is better in Loudéac.

28/03/2026: I would have preferred to give 0 stars, but that's not possible. The order arrived in two separate deliveries with a long wait, so the first order was cold and incomplete, and the waitress was extremely unpleasant!
Avoid at all costs!

13/03/2026: The McFlurry portion sizes are outrageous! I've never seen anything like it at any other McDonald's, I'm never going back. And even though we tell them it's supposedly "the automatically generated portion size," you'll have to explain to me how it can be automatic when it keeps falling as long as you pull the handle, huh?
Seriously, when the ice cream plus the toppings don't even fill half the tub, you have to stop taking the piss, and I'm not even talking about the amount of toppings. Look at the picture you put on the menu and what you actually serve! And I'm not just talking about once or twice, it's been like this for ages, but this is the last straw. At the price they cost, having to pay for two to get one and a half, YOU'VE ANNOYED ME!!!
08/03/2026: Remarkably clean for a high-traffic McDonald's. EXCEPT for the children's area. Adding tables there was a good idea, but it's not cleaned regularly enough.

26/03/2026: Passing through Vannes late at night to grab a bite to eat. A friendly young man at the register told me there would be a 5-minute wait. I ended up waiting 30 minutes, with my sandwich arriving at 10:45/10:50 PM when I ordered. Even though the young cashier kindly offered me a free drink or dessert to apologize, when it's past the hour, it's past the hour. I asked for no ketchup, and I wasted it! The young man in the kitchen seemed completely alone, struggling to handle the number of orders. I understand I wasn't a priority customer, but for fast food, that's a very long wait. I won't be back, and I didn't take the free dessert or drink.
17/03/2026: Extremely disappointed with my visit this evening. To begin with, the welcome was appalling. The server was completely unpolished; we were more of a nuisance than anything else, and it felt like she just wanted us to finish our order as quickly as possible. For your information, there was no one after us. We sat down, and then they told us we were making too much noise and hindering the order-taking. Then, when we received our order, we ordered fries with cheese and bacon, and it arrived without bacon. When we asked for a change, they blamed us for the mistake when we placed the order? We had clearly specified it originally, and then suddenly there was no bacon, so they gave us bacon instead?? Finally, the tacos we received were all burnt on the outside. In short, a very disappointing experience; we will not be returning.

31/08/2024: To avoid absolutely.... We went with 4 people who were really very disappointed 😞 meal not up to par despite not being complicated dishes, on the other hand pancake at the top. Taste more or less good.
Personally I don't recommend...
On a personal level, smiling, but that’s all.
