25/03/2026: We won some Nuguets and they wouldn't give them to us that day. We wanted them now since we're from the north, but they wouldn't listen. False advertising and very slow service. Getting to the table was a real drag. My 1-hour lunch break between noon and 1 p.m. was so long I practically had to rush my meal 😫

14/03/2026: A fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was really lovely. But a special mention goes to Romane, the waitress, who practically deserves a Michelin star for service all by herself. Smiling, attentive, and incredibly efficient, she managed to make the meal even better (and it was already very good). If all the service was like Romane's, I'd eat at this restaurant every day. Thank you for a wonderful time!

15/03/2026: A Caesar salad for €16.90, advertised on the menu with various ingredients, which really appealed to me, but the reality of what was served was: 3 cherry tomatoes, 4 croutons, half an egg, 2 grated cheeses, and nonexistent seeds, a Caesar dressing that was clearly measured with a teaspoon, and 4 supposedly homemade nuggets. 🤔🤔👎👎👎👎 Very disappointed and will not be returning to this establishment.

13/03/2026: The welcome is truly exceptional!! Warm, friendly, and very attentive. Honestly, I've never been received like this at any other kebab shop. You immediately feel comfortable and welcome, which really makes a difference. On top of that, the kebabs are delicious and very generous. The ingredients are good, well-filled, and prepared with care. You leave feeling completely satisfied and wanting to come back. I recommend this place 100%: for the quality of the kebabs but also for the kindness of the staff. An address to keep in mind! 😁

10/03/2026: Clean place! Unparalleled friendliness of service! The two cooks, or "Chefs," are cheerful and have a great sense of humor; a friendly atmosphere is immediately established, even if it's your first time! Ordering at the kiosks makes it easier to see your choices with a clear and well-designed concept! I loved the "manager," I suppose he was reciting part of his prayers, because I find that singing in Arabic is a beautiful and underrated language! He offers various donation options for outreach to the most vulnerable, as well as the option to leave a tip. As for the food, it's a real culinary experience! I had a 540g burger for €16.50, 540 grams of fresh, unspoiled ground beef, the kind you can find in Montigny... A fair price and cheaper than average, a real pleasure to chat with these two gentlemen in the kitchen! GO FOR IT, THAT'S AN ORDER ♥️

14/03/2026: Lunch served at a perfect time and excellent quality, featuring traditional dishes plus a daily special. A real institution for us, as we don't come to Metz very often! 23/03/2026: When you order a product, you're supposed to receive it, not replace it with something else! A CBO and a Big Mac Bacon, both part of a Golden Meal deal, and guess what? They were replaced with Big Macs… And if that wasn't enough… everything was cold! Seriously, what kind of establishment is this?!

22/03/2026: Yet another restaurant on the decline: wait times exceeding 20 minutes (the timer has been changed; it says the order is served as soon as you order, lol, whereas in reality it's 20 minutes later). During my long wait, four orders were made incorrectly. When my turn finally arrived, there were more mistakes; the staff's attitude towards their errors was inappropriate, and the manager couldn't care less, leaving his team to struggle. This McDonald's is a disgrace! Avoid it! I can't wait for a statement from McDonald's saying "they're sorry and they're passing this information on to the teams"... don't waste your time, stop being sorry and start being efficient!
