09/08/2024: I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the order I received. When I opened my burger, I discovered chewing gum inside. This is not only disgusting, but also completely unacceptable in terms of hygiene. I certainly did not expect this kind of negligence from McDonald's. This kind of error shows a serious lack of quality control, and I expect that situations like this will not happen again. I hope you will take steps to ensure this does not happen in the future.

06/08/2024: I wanted to try the new Canadian burger, after waiting 25 minutes. I was surprised by the size of the burger compared to its price (very small burger), I don't even talk about the fries... All for 15 bucks... In short, you might as well go to the Burger King next door for the same price, the burger is double the size and much better in taste.

31/08/2024: UberEat order: Where to start... Order the offer with 2 Maxi best menus (€11 each, €10.40 extra. Cheddar Bacon Fries (+€1/per menu) + 20 nuggets at €6 per box. Or €34 in total with Uber Eat fees and ''service fees'' Here's the disappointment: No fork to eat the fries, which actually looked more like a child's fries given the few pieces of potato taking up 6/10th of the remaining box. The height of irony is the box of nuggets which mentions "It is experienced between sauces", when ordering we asked for 3 barbecue sauces, which were undoubtedly forgotten on the work surface because they did not have the privilege to take the Uber to arrive in our throat.. The tape preventing the drink from opening is literally stuck to the place where you want to drink from it. I leave you a photo of the famous ''double cheese''... Mac do literally doesn't care about its customers now that notoriety is established. I would spend the accumulated points to avoid losing any more of my money and then it's over! Bye bye Mac do!

01/09/2024: An oversight in our order for the 4th time. It’s a shame because I really liked this restaurant but I won’t go back there again…..

13/09/2024: All the time Minimum of a quarter of an hour of waiting, Minimum... Sometimes even more! Today, more than 20 minutes of waiting for two menus which finally arrived cold. This is overkill for a “fast” food that is fast in name only. From time to time I'm fine, but now it's every time I come 🤔 I'll end up looking elsewhere.

13/09/2024: Worst experience at McDonald's tonight. After 30 minutes of waiting, our order arrived on a dirty, already used tray with French fries sauce. The fries are cold so we kindly ask for an exchange. Result: the burgers remain cold and are not replaced. I open my 280, but it's served with a CBO bun. When I ask for a change, I am first told that there is no more bread at 280, and finally told me that there is some left. In the end, we left with cold burgers that we had to reheat at home. No commercial gesture, no apology, and the state of the room was deplorable. We weren't the only ones: a person next to us received a burger without bun.

21/06/2024: You ask for a kebab without sauces without vegetables and as usual (the 3rd time anyway) I end up with something white vegetable sauce, never extremely disappointed

11/06/2024: Good morning, Decent kebab bread, frozen meat, a little fatty and not much taste in my opinion. Pay 6 euros for a simple kebab, very light in meat, I find it a little expensive compared to the quantity. However the employees polite, smiling pleasant. Be careful, however, when you collect the change and then take the meat with your hands, it's average. Sincerely

25/07/2024: INADMISSIBLE. Cold reception. We were clearly refused entry because my parents had reduced mobility. I quote "it's not possible, the chairs take up too much space" while I try to move the chair to seat my mother. No respect. A handrail was filed against this restaurant.

14/09/2024: Amazing!!!!!!restaurant very dirty tables and floor full of waste we don't even know where to sit, no table cleaned...horrible toilet!!! trash bin overflowing despite low attendance...but what is the manager doing!!!!! Fortunately, not all McDonald's are like this!!!!

16/12/2024: Always greeted with a smile, thank you to the director for her warm welcome, who takes the time to serve us even when there are people! Top for veggies, with several choices

08/12/2024: I came today so that my little sister could go to the toilet because she couldn't hold back anymore, unfortunately you have to "consume for the toilet". I therefore reduced the bill, the food is very good and the hygiene nothing to say from my point of view.

07/09/2024: Catastrophic! This was my last order from this establishment tonight! Order made via click and collect, upon returning home, the products do not correspond to the order. After going back, I got the good sandwiches but suddenly the rest of the order was cold. We had some sundaes, we're still looking for the peanuts in the bag... and the icing on the cake, when we opened the box of the happy meal toy, we found a paper napkin in place of the toy! There are really questions about hygiene to be asked in this restaurant, this box must have been collected on a tray. I hope they don't do the same thing to food!
